1. Massimo was an excellent resource. So pleasant and very helpful with his hiking knowledge. 2. I did not have a shower tray in my bathroom. (Room 202). I found it difficult on the wet floor in case I’d fall. I was well supplied though with beautiful and enough towels. Place was very clean.

This is a lovely, warm and inviting facility. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is one of the best around. We did not use the pool facilities, but we will return in warmer months and plan to do so. Overall, this is the best hotel in Castelnuovo!

Wir haben uns in Ihrem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir beabsichtigen, in der 2. Mai-Hälfte 2025 mit einer großen Gruppe in Ihr Hotel zu kommen. Es ist noch nicht ganz sicher. Dies haben wir bei unserer Abreise am 10. November der Leitung angekündigt und haben unsere Daten dort gelassen. Wir hoffen, dass der Pool dann geöffnet sein kann. During our stay I broke my ankle whilst walking in the hills. Everybody at the hotel was extremely helpful - the staff went out of their way to help. Crutches were obtained for me so I could move around and my wife was given a lift to a local pharmacy to purchase medicines for me and they helped to translate so I could be issued with the necessary products. Additionally they made numerous phone calls to help us to obtain documentation for early repatriation to the UK. Many thanks to everyone for all the attention and help we received.

7 of us stayed at your hotel & we all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms, common areas & pool area were all perfect. The staff were friendly & helpful & we would all recommend La Lanterna. The restaurant was also top class. We have no complaints at all. Keep up the good work.
