The Hotel Staff at Reception were Very Helpful with our check in and were very pleasant to us throughout our stay and when we made enquires regarding how best to Visit Venice City were very helpful where they even printed out bus timetables and explained to us where to buy transport tickets and how to best utilise the system. Но .особенное спасибо сеньоре Tiziana, мой слабый английский, она смогла все понятно рассказать об отеле, пляже, и главное заказала нам экскурсию в Венецию. Распечатала расписание автобусов, ваучер, объяснила маршрут как доехать до порта, там найти офис турфирмы. В общем мы не заблудились. Прекрасно провели время. Спасибо Kennedy, вернёмся ещё.
