The Hotel Staff at Reception were Very Helpful with our check in and were very pleasant to us throughout our stay and when we made enquires regarding how best to Visit Venice City were very helpful where they even printed out bus timetables and explained to us where to buy transport tickets and how to best utilise the system. The Location Is wonderful The Room and hotel as a whole is maintained to a very high standard of Cleanliness The Catering Staff at Breakfast we excellent with a very good selection on offer The Staff in the Restaurant at the Front were also Excellent and the food was of a very high standard Overall I think that the hotel is a model for Italian Hospitality and would like to thank all the staff for making our stay Very Enjoyable Best Wishes from DH Ireland

Любое обращение было удовлетворено. Завтраки великолепные, все свежее, вкусное. Белье чистейшее. Но .особенное спасибо сеньоре Tiziana, мой слабый английский, она смогла все понятно рассказать об отеле, пляже, и главное заказала нам экскурсию в Венецию. Распечатала расписание автобусов, ваучер, объяснила маршрут как доехать до порта, там найти офис турфирмы. В общем мы не заблудились. Прекрасно провели время. Спасибо Kennedy, вернёмся ещё.
