our room was at sixth floor, when we walked in to the room it was very hot..and clima was not working well..We called a person for fixing it..and clima was very noisy..fire alarm detector flashed all night.so I must say we couldn't sleep well..we asked restaurant around hotel and went to the recommended retaurant it was not open!they should have aware of that..Our previous visit was far more better than this time..Our guest was at the next room and they were same experience like us..

I have stayed in more then 15 different hotels in Milano and to be honest, taking into consideration location, service provided and price - you are the best (comparing to Manin, Una Cusani, Sinna de la Ville, Bruneleschi, Cavour, NH...). I have only 1 suggestion which is standard in majority hotels, not just in Milano but overall - offer bottle of water in each room. You have coffee machine - there is no bottle of water. Guests are thirsty - why not to offer free bottle of water. From cost perspective - include it in overall price for a room for this 0.50 EUR of whatever the amount - but each they in 2025. I would say that free bottle of water is a MUST HAVE. See you probably soon. Everything else really not just above the average of Milano but in **** hotels comparisson - you are on top even though you are not in the center.

The welcome reception with our room ready prior to the checkin time, the waiters on the breakfast always verya available and smiling, the "concierge/receptionists" suggestion good restaurantes and getting the cabs whenever we needed, the happy hours late afternoon with music, drinks and snacks and the room cleaning staff always doing a great job. All the staff were lovely! The breakfast was very good! Maria at the breakfast was very nice to us. As we left today she spoke to us about our holiday and wished us both a merry Christmas. She was lovely.

The room was upgraded to a junior suite which was great. The staff when we checked in and also booked out were very friendly and welcoming. We felt welcome in your hotel. Breakfast was a great mixture of items to choose from and the quality was excellent.
