Avete personale magnifico a cominciare dal sistema prenotazioni, donne fantastiche , gentili ed efficaci, per non parlare della cucina ristorante, , penso siano i più cortesi che abbia incontrato negli hotel, ed io per lavoro sono stato 200 giorni all’anno per 30 anni sempre in giro in hotel, penso sia merito della loro responsabile. Anche il ricevimento sono ragazzi molto cortesi. Complimenti avete persone che , per me fanno la differenza nello scegliere un hotel. Si può migliorare, ma certo , ma questa è un altra storia , che conosco molto bene, ma essendo la mia professione attuale, non ne posso parlare in questo ambito. Comunque ancora complimenti

Thank you for offering check-in much earlier,I was expecting just to be able to leave the baggage instead the receptionist checked and a clean room was offered to us in the quiet area of the hotel as per our preference. Tuesday evening we had a flat tire. Our insurance company could not help us to have the tire changed same night and we had to have one night in Milano. Our appartment was located in Pianello Del Lario. Wednesday the insurance company had very big trouble to inform us about the progress for have our car ready again. I want to tell special thank to staff which was very helpful from the very start of our visit. And very big special thank you to a lady from the hotel who has helped us with our passports. I am really-really sorry that I don’t remember the name of this very nice lady, she was on the phone with us on the 23.04.24 and she has helped us to deliver our passports (which we have forgotten in the safety deposit box) to the airport on a very short notice. We are really grateful. Thank you !

Raphael was absolutely wonderful to our group from start to finish. He was patient and kind when our group was trying to sort out what I had arranged (I arrived last). He went out of his way to engage with the children, send compliments everyone’s way, and was generally a point of comfort for our first trip ti Milan. We count ourselves lucky to have been there while he was working. Further all of the staff we interacted with was lovely including the bar and breakfast staff. I would absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean modern comfortable (and English speaking) hotel in a great location.

Die Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksbereich am Freitag den 15.03. und am Montag, den 18.03.waren besonders freundlich und aufmerksam. Im Empfangsbereich die Kannen mit Wasser sind auch ein guter Service.
