2026-10-14

I was there for work and the centre that sponsored my stay made the booking on my behalf. I wish to extend my compliments for the reception sta. Particular thanks and huge compliments to Manuel who went well above and beyond any expectation. He was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, extremely professional yet his approach was friendly and highly approachable. He truly makes a hotel guest feel welcome when they are away from home. Despite the distance (which I wasnt aware ofinitially) I would not hesitate to stay in your hotel thanks to Manuel's service. For someone who travels yearly to different countries for work, i can honestly say Manuel' has been on the top 1%. He is a true asset to your business and needs to be acknowledged and recognised.

Staff were amazing, very helpful! The only reason I didn’t rate the room a 10 was because the room was extremely hot and unfortunately we had poor sleep because of this. There was no air con connected to main circuit just a cooler pumping out ‘warm air’ in an attic room. But overall the experience was fantastic!
