2026-10-08
I thoughly enjoyed my four night stay at the Hotel Villa Dirce. The staff we’re obliging ( and met my special request for room flowers as requested)and helpful ,and the hotel itself was well positioned above the lake with its wonderful balcony views. The breakfast was excellent and the shuttle to Limone dependable.I would certainly recommend this hotel to others considering a stay in Limone .
2026-10-08
Excellent bus service , welcome and setting
2026-10-08
2026-10-08

2026-10-05
We had such a wonderful stay, the shuttle service drivers were excellent too- this made the nights out easier for us and the early starts for our tours. The hotel and room was spotless, the room was perfect with air con and fridge a bonus ! The staff were all polite and friendly and there was always someone around if we needed anything, it was my husbands 50th birthday whilst we were with you 01.10.26 and I asked if we could order a glass of Prosecco with our breakfast and they said yes we were able to which was nice. We will be looking to come back again as it was the perfect spot to enjoy the lake away from the crowds and being adult only and out of peak season was lovely and quiet. Only one thing, we felt awkward asking for bottled water daily and maybe that is something that can be provided in the room fridges during reset ? Overall we had an amazing stay, thank you very much to all the staff.

2026-08-31
2026-08-30
2026-08-29

Special Thanks We would like to sincerely thank the staff member who was working late at night at the hotel and who wears glasses. He was extremely helpful, especially in assisting us with parking the car, and he treated us with great kindness and respect. We would also like to thank the housekeeping staff for their excellent efforts and service. Finally, thank you to the entire team. We truly enjoyed our holiday and had a wonderful stay. We would also like to thank the management and the female staff member who assisted us with our check-out. We greatly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering us water and biscuits as a simple farewell. It was a very kind and memorable gesture.

2026-08-19

2026-08-10
A marvellous hotel. Very peaceful. Great view from outside area/pool/balcony. All the staff were always helpful and happy. Reliable shuttle service to/from Limone. Great food. Would definitely recommend to a friend or come back one day. So glad we chose this hotel. I'm a very happy customer! I used the pool, which was fantastic, but I didn't use the Wellness Area. There was not a way to mark on the survey that I did not use it, so I marked it as 3. The survey could be changed to give a 'not applicable' option.
2026-08-09
All staff friendly and helpful. Shout out to the great chef who provided me with salmon on request. Would like to have seen this more at breakfast for the fish-eaters. Big thanks to the men on the shuttle service, always happy and friendly. Great team of cleaning staff, room always cleaned to perfection. Air-con ok, could have been better, no boost to cool room down and didn’t always feel that 16 ( lowest temp) was achievable. Thanks for a great stay, relaxing with NO children. Perfect. Did wonder why TUI only give one choice of room type 🤷♀️🤔
2026-08-08
Will was a great and professional baristo

Thank you for a wonderful holiday
2026-06-25
The room we received upon arrival did not meet our expectations (a corner room shaded practically all day). However, the staff did everything possible to switch us to another room despite the high occupancy, and we want to thank them very much. After switching we rate our room on 5

We arrived in the evening after a long eventful journey and in bad weather to find the bar had closed early. The receptionist was very welcoming and went out of her way to get us a drink and crisps inspite of the bar closure. All the staff were generally very friendly and helpful.

2026-06-11
Our holiday to Lake Garda was fantastic and having the Hotel Villa Dirce as our base made this holiday an even better experience. The whole of the staff were amazing, as was the location. For a return to Lake Garda, I would have no hesitation in staying at Hotel Villa Dirce again.

2026-06-07
Thank you for the amazing stay we really enjoyed it.
2026-06-07
Seem to me you need more bar staff Shut at 9 one night only one guy working in the and was doing other jobs around the hotel so had to wait until he came back to order a drink
2026-06-07
Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. However, just a couple of things - due to our son's disabilities, I did request via email that we have our two rooms next to one another (which you kindly did) but also in a quiet high area of the hotel - thinking perhaps you would place our rooms at the end of the building. We were in fact right in the middle and therefore it was somewhat noisy from neighbours at all sides and above. Disappointing but Sam just went inside his room when it got too much. May I also suggest that whilst on holiday you don't necessarily wish to look at your clothes hanging! A covered wardrobe perhaps? However, the staff we lovely. The service to and from the hotel into town was brilliant and the whole stay was lovely - so thank you.
2026-06-07
The staff in every area deserve compliments. Everyone was polite and responded immediately to requests. The breakfast bar staff were excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. Perfecto ☺️
2026-06-06

Thank you all so much for accommodating the best holiday we have ever had.
2026-06-05
Hello, Our stay at Hotel Villa Dirce was one of the best experiences we have ever had, the welcome was fantastic and we were expertly informed and welcomed by a new employee (who did absolutely fantastic for her first day, apologies I didn’t get her name we arrived on 30th May, please do pass on our thanks!) and the staff throughout our 5 days stay were great to be hosted by including the cleaning team who did a fantastic job every day of our stay! Facilities were clean and well looked after also. We only wish we could have booked for longer so thank you very much all who hosted us 30th May - 4th June. We very much look foward to returning! Kind regards, Shay and Sabia who were based in room 216 during our stay. Thank you all again!
2026-06-04
Very very welcoming and comforting from the reception staff, bar staff, breakfast staff and the shuttle bus operators. They all made us feel in safe hands
2026-06-04
Thank you for your hospitality. The only thing that would have improved our experience was if you had offered something to celebrate our recent marriage and honeymoon.
2026-06-04

Vielen Dank.
2026-05-28
Great location, spotlessly clean, and a welcoming team that always goes the extra mile to make guests’ stay enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and offer beautiful views. Amenities are excellent, and the breakfast is very good. The only downside was that the bar closed at 10:00 pm, which felt far too early. The courtesy bus runs regularly into town until 11:00 pm, and the drivers are always willing to do extra runs if needed. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay with fantastic views and excellent service.
2026-05-28
We had a wonderful stay, all staff including the shuttle drivers were excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend your hotel.
2026-05-28
All the staff were excellent and extremely helpful and courteous. Special mention must be given to the cleaning staff, the shuttle bus drivers and especially Dario on reception and Tess in the dining room and bar, who always went ‘above and beyond’ in an effort to be helpful and kind and always with a smile on their faces.
2026-05-28
Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Special thanks to Dario and the gentleman who drove the shuttle bus (I cannot remember his name sorry, but he had very cool orange glasses!) who gave us wonderful local recommendations. All of the staff are a credit to the hotel.

2026-05-24
All staff very polite and helpful
2026-05-24
Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and so hard working. Breakfast was lovely and views amazing. Only thing that would have been good is the option to take some bits for lunch from the buffet at the end in a bag as other hotels we’ve stayed at offer. People are sensible and don’t take too much and it saves a lot of waste aswell. Lovely place though thanks for an amazing stay.
2026-05-24
Excellent stay really happy with the reception we received on arrival, the room was spotless clean,
2026-05-23
First time in lake Garda and the hotel view didn’t disappoint, clean room and lovely breakfast. I think in future I would choose a bigger room for more space. Also if the hotel did a proper evening meal that would really enhance the experience.
2026-05-24

2026-04-13
The reception staff and bar staff were amazing. We had a few issues, but they resolved them and was amazingly helpful!
2026-04-14
The excellent staff made our stay! Couldn’t do enough, friendly and welcoming from the second we arrived. Special thanks to the barman for making a special coffee each morning (and remembering every morning!) and a toastie for us when there was an issue with the room temporarily

Tutto super,grazie
2026-04-08
