My daughter and I were overwhelmed with absolutely every aspect of your hotel. We have stayed in many hotels and yours ticked all the boxes and some ! Special thanks to the ladies on the reception who were so knowledgeable, welcoming, helpful and friendly and whose command of English was impeccable. The gentleman in charge of overseeing the breakfast buffet was so kind and helpful… offering my daughter a vegan flan as the others were not suitable… the buffet was amazing and you could see the care and attention given to it. Beautiful breakfast room, breathtaking view and absolutely everything SPOTLESSLY clean and fragrant….. We were so sad to leave and now unfortunately you’ve set a very high bar for the rest of our accommodation on our Italian trip !!! Our stay at your hotel was really memorable! All the staff that helped us were always friendly :) Our cuppucinos in the mornings were fantastic :) Our beers we ordered always came with some nibbles that was so thougtful.... thanks to everyone!! I don't want to add a complaint but rather suggestions: A double bed wouldve been great, rather than 2 singles It was a weekend away for our 20 year anniversary which I mentioned with booking - It wouldve been a nice touch to add something to our room or at the breakfast table :) but this is really a minor!! Great place, everything is clean, room was modern looking, breakfast was the most generous in comparison to other hotels in Italy, it was nice to receive welcoming drink and snacks. It was also surprise to receive snacks in the pool area although we ordered only drinks! Shuttle bus opportunity is also great even though we could not use it since we wanted to come back from Limone at 8pm. Overall, you really have many little nice surprises for the guests, I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

You had everything anybody could have wished for and it was very spacious so easy to get around and choose without bouncing off other guests which made the experience relaxing and enjoyable whilst looking at the beautiful scenery. My experience in Italy is that the staff usually has a bit of a lax attitude, they are helpful but it's more of a job. Not so in your hotel. All the staff I had the opportunity to meet were great. Both receptionists speak perfect English, they took care of us, always smile and always try their best to help, recommend, arrange. It was a very pleasant experience for me. Also the bar staff, although they don't speak much English, are exceptionally friendly, always helping to sort everything out to our satisfaction. We stayed last year, the very first week of opening. We loved the place and decided to make it our destination every year from then on. This year, it was even better. We were happy to see our suggestion to extend return shuttle services was implemented. It made getting back to the hotel after dinner in limone much easier. I’ve been going to Garda every year since 2001 and this is my favorite hotel and I’ll continue to go from now on. The location is great, the breakfast is amazing and even too much, and the staff is superb. Top quality hotel!

At the hotel Villa Dirce the staff were always friendly, always helpful and could not do more for us as guests. We loved staying here and had a couple of wonderful days just lounging on top of the hotel just letting the world drift by us as we relaxed on what appeared to be a slice of heaven on earth. On top of the staff, the ridiculously comfy beds (the hotel beds…WOW!) and great rooms the view is simply unmatched. Its location a 10 minute walk into town Limone makes the hotel an ideal location and the inclusion of a shuttle bus just made it even better. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Gerade der Empfang und die Verabschiedung an der Rezeption war äußerst höflich. Auch das Reinigungs- & Restaurantpersonal haben ihre Arbeit sehr gut gemacht. Der Fahrer des Shuttle Services war immer pünktlich, höflich und ist sicher gefahren.

Wir waren letztes Jahr und auch heuer wieder im Hotel, ich muss sagen wir waren wieder vollkommen zufrieden. Das Personal war wieder sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Villa Dirce nur weiterempfehlen, die Lage mit Blick auf den See, das Frühstücksbuffett und natürlich das Personal, alles war perfekt!

Everyone was great! We had thought the hotel had food and one night we misjudged so we had drinks in the bar and the bartender gave us nuts and cookies to help with our hunger. Very nice of him!

Shuttle service really helped us as we didn't have time to arrange the car hire in advance. Despite the bad weather, nice to stay at the hotel with great views from the room balcony. The staff are brilliant and very helpful. Thank you for offering the upgrade room as a solution when we have water tap issues for the cold water. We will come back again when it's warmer weather next time:)
