Hello, Our stay at Hotel Villa Dirce was one of the best experiences we have ever had, the welcome was fantastic and we were expertly informed and welcomed by a new employee (who did absolutely fantastic for her first day, apologies I didn’t get her name we arrived on 30th May, please do pass on our thanks!) and the staff throughout our 5 days stay were great to be hosted by including the cleaning team who did a fantastic job every day of our stay! Facilities were clean and well looked after also. We only wish we could have booked for longer so thank you very much all who hosted us 30th May - 4th June. We very much look foward to returning! Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen direkt im Anschluss an unsere Hochzeit bei Ihnen im Hotel verbracht. Wir haben die Hydrosuite gebucht und waren absolut begeistert von dieser. Die Suite war so groß und einfach wundervoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Sekt sowie einer großen Obstauswahl begrüßt, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat. Die große Dachterrasse war der absolute Höhepunkt. Wir hatten ursprünglich einige Ausflüge geplant, diese jedoch alle abgesagt, weil uns Ihr Hotel so gut gefallen hat und das Wetter auch noch so super war, dass wir viel Zeit am Pool verbringen konnten und die Zeit in der Suite sehr genossen haben. Der Aufenthalt bei Ihnen war wundervoll, wir hoffen, dass wir ihn mal wiederholen können. Großes Lob auch an alle Servicekräfte!

Special mention must be given to the cleaning staff, the shuttle bus drivers and especially Dario on reception and Tess in the dining room and bar, who always went ‘above and beyond’ in an effort to be helpful and kind and always with a smile on their faces.

Great location, spotlessly clean, and a welcoming team that always goes the extra mile to make guests’ stay enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and offer beautiful views. Amenities are excellent, and the breakfast is very good. The only downside was that the bar closed at 10:00 pm, which felt far too early. The courtesy bus runs regularly into town until 11:00 pm, and the drivers are always willing to do extra runs if needed. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay with fantastic views and excellent service.

Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet, sehr sauber und perfekt organisiert. Das Frühstück war einfach wunderbar und wurde mit so viel Aufmerksamkeit serviert, dass man sich wirklich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Wir hatten keinen Badeanzug dabei und konnten die Sauna und den Whirlpool nicht genießen. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Kurzurlaub. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns alles erklärt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut. Ich empfehle jedoch eine weitere Kraft einzustellen, da bei Stosszeiten doch viel los war, und es troz grosser Bemühung der Angestellten zu längeren Wartezeiten gekommen ist und Teilweise auch zu leerem Buffet. Auch die Parkingsituation könnte man ein wenig anderst lösen. Wir waren am Sonntag in Verona und haben bescheid gegeben, dass wir sehr späht nachhause kommen. Unser Vater ist Invalide weshalb er darauf angewiesen ist mit dem Auto bis vor das Hotel zu kommen. Wir baten darum, dass unser Parkplatz frei bleibt. Jedoch war bei ankunft um Mitternacht jemand anderes drauf. Zu guter Glück konnten wir eine Lösung mit dem Nachtwächter finden. Meine Empfehlung ist es, Verkehrshüte bereit zu halten, diese werden in der Regel nicht einfach von den Gästen weg gestellt, ein freier Parkplatz aber schnell besetzt. Allgemein bei hat die Zuvorkommenheit und Nettigkeit der Mitarbeiter, den ein oder anderen kleinen Fehler wieder wet gemacht. Sehr Angenehm!

Everything was great, the hotel is amazing. I will definitely recommend it anyone I know heading to Lake Garda. Three notes: 1. the parking is a potential issue, we were assigned a close space so it was great but maybe not for those who aren't that lucky. 2. The air conditioning dependency is annoying. The receptionists tell everyone that only they can turn the A/C on or off, which caused the A/C being turned off at random times in the night. The room I was in had a local control over the A/C so as long the main unit is on I could turn it on or off, not sure why they need to turn off the AC for everyone. 3. Our room cleaning was 90%, it smelled good and everything was tidy, but the coffee section was not checked to cleaned. We ate crackers and they weren't replenished, the coffee seemed grossly outdated, there was a dead bug in the tea compartment, one of the coffee cream pods was open and empty placed on top of the glass like it was new.

We loved our stay at Villa Dirce and found the hotel to be beyond expectations. The breakfasts, in particular, were superb and wholesome. Our room balcony had a stunning view of the lake. The walk into Limone was about 25 minutes, but was well worth the effort in terms of restaurants, coffee bars and gelato shops. The staff in Villa Dirce were always cheerful, helpful and professional - any query or request was dealt with immediately.

Schön wäre wenn man ein kleines warmes Gericht noch bei den Snacks anbieten würde - aber alle Snaks waren ausgezeichnet und sehr liebevoll zubereitet. The old town is a 25-minute walk from the hotel, but you can also take the free shuttle bus every hour between the hotel and Limone. Das männliche Personal im Frühstücks- und Barbereich war deutlich schneller und zuvorkommender. Hier ist insbesondere ein Kellner besonders herausgestochen durch seine freundliche und zuvorkommende Art. Getränke wurden schnell serviert. Es wurde regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob noch alles in Ordnung ist. Kleine Snacks wurden zu den Getränken auch gebracht. Die Bedienung ist hier besonders positiv aufgefallen! Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt im Hotel Villa Dirce sehr schön. Wir haben uns immer sehr auf das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück und die Kuchen gefreut. Hier hat jeder einzelne Kuchen wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und ordentlich. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Urlaub!

Just wow! A peaceful taste of paradise with a stunning view of the lake. Love that all rooms have a lake view because waking up to that view each morning was the icing on the cake for me. Rooms are beautiful , Immaculately clean and maintained to a high standard. Excellent location, peaceful and quiet yet only a short walk to the village of Limone and local amenities. Staff are wonderfully welcoming and accommodating, nothing was ever too much trouble, in fact, the day we arrived it was quite late and we were hiungry - although the shuttle bus had finished for the day, the driver who was off duty offered to drive us down to the town, which was super nice of him and very appreciated by us. Staff super knowledgable about the area which made our stay even more perfect!

Vielen Dank für den Shuttle- Service. Hat super geklappt. Auch ein großes Lob für Ihr Gastronomie Personal. Eine Empfehlung haben wir noch, obwohl wir wissen, dass keine eigne Küche vorhanden ist. Vielleicht ist es irgendwie möglich ein einziges Pasta- Gericht mit auf die Snack-Karte zu nehmen. Dann wäre alles perfekt😁

The reception staff did listen to our complaints and did finally resolve. The breakfast and staff where very good and an enjoyable experience.Rooms where cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc .the chamber maids did a great job with no issues.

Lovely caring staff, genuinely friendly and want to assist. Hotel is perfect, adult only, great location and enjoyed walking in to Limone everyday. Only concern is not having the ability to control the air con. Requested it to be turned off completely for a full 2 weeks as it was uncomfortably too noisy and cold in the room.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Dirce. The location was perfect, the surrounding area was very peacful. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of different choices. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Vor 18 Jahren waren wir das erste mal im Villa dirce, mit meinen Eltern! Und dann sollte 2016 leider kurzfristig / spontan zu unserem zehnten Hochzeitstag kein Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen, dann kam Corona, und die Verzögerungen bei der Renovierung! Zu gerne wären wir nochmal mit meinen Eltern zu Gast gewesen, weil mein Vater malermeister war, und das mit den RAL Konzepten sehr sein gefallen gefunden hätte, leider sind meine Eltern 2023 und 2024 verstorben! Umso schöner war es diesen Urlaub bei ihnen jetzt zu machen! Es war wie nach Hause kommen! Und alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren so liebevoll und freundlich zuvorkommend, dass wir gar nicht mehr weg wollten! Grazie mille!!!!!!

Enjoyed our stay of 7 nights , the hotel was perfect for a quiet holiday within easy access of the town by foot or with the courtesy shuttle . Breakfast was lovely . If I had to make any suggestions it would be that a slightly larger , more varied option of food on the bar menu . E Doherty

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiterin Julia, die mit ihrer Herzlichkeit, Professionalität und bemerkenswerten Sprachvielfalt einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Sie spricht mehrere Sprachen, unter anderem fließend Russisch, was für viele internationale Gäste von unschätzbarem Wert ist. Gerade im persönlichen Kontakt fühlt man sich durch sie verstanden, willkommen und rundum gut betreut. In einer Zeit, in der Servicequalität oft oberflächlich bleibt, ist es erfrischend und beeindruckend, auf jemanden wie Julia zu treffen – eine Mitarbeiterin, die mit echter Leidenschaft und Aufmerksamkeit arbeitet. We had a wonderful stay. All the staff that we came into contact with were helpful, friendly, polite. Hotel cleanliness is fantastic. Loved fresh linens daily. Cleaning staff were great! Important room features such as air con, curtains, mattress and shower were top quality. Breakfast offering far exceeded expectations. Quality and variation of food offering was impressive. Special mention to the tall blonde male staff member who oversaw the bar and breakfast services - he was fantastic and clearly ran a tight ship! Shuttle service was great too and super convenient. Particularly loved the pool and bathing areas.

The reception staff were helpful on arrival, the breakfast staff were great directing us to find what we liked, the bar staff in the evening particularly the man with no hair (sorry I missed his name) and the biggest smile was so friendly and warm.

Besonders möchten wir die Rezeptionistin Julia erwähnen – sie war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hat uns alles ausführlich und verständlich erklärt und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben. Die Frühstücke waren hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, lecker und frisch. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Alles war einfach perfekt!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. However, just a couple of things - due to our son's disabilities, I did request via email that we have our two rooms next to one another (which you kindly did) but also in a quiet high area of the hotel - thinking perhaps you would place our rooms at the end of the building. We were in fact right in the middle and therefore it was somewhat noisy from neighbours at all sides and above. Disappointing but Sam just went inside his room when it got too much. May I also suggest that whilst on holiday you don't necessarily wish to look at your clothes hanging! A covered wardrobe perhaps? However, the staff we lovely. The service to and from the hotel into town was brilliant and the whole stay was lovely - so thank you.
