Our stay was amazing, hotel room was lovely. If i was to be really fussy i would say a couple of little things. The bottom of the shower was a little worn and the door handle to the balcony in our room was broken but that would be all and I understand that there will be wear and tear in any hotel over time. Over all I was very pleased with the hotel room and the hotel it's self. Everything was clean, tidy, organised. The staff were amazing and very quite to help you at anytime. The restaurants were brilliant, a great selection of food to choose from, I don't even like pizza and don't eat a lot of pasta and there was still enough selection for me on the menu. At breakfast there was a selection of continental and cooked breakfast. You always had a great view of the lake whilst eating breakfast or dinner in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel it was a great place to stay. Also the hotel had a pool, it was quite cold but it was still great and had a lovely view of the mountains.

Firstly thanks for my wonderful birthday surprise of fruit and champagne on arrival with a note wishing me happy birthday, a lovely touch! Also to say how friendly and helpful all the staff were, they all clearly work very hard too. The breakfast team were great and also the staff who served us on the gelato bar, they were great fun (have to say the gelato at Al azzuro was by far our favourite in limone! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt direkt am See, absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub im Hotel all'Azzurro. Besonders begeistert hat uns die erstklassige Lage direkt am Gardasee, schöner kann man den Tag kaum beginnen! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, eine tolle Auswahl, frisch und sehr lecker. Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht an das gesamte Team, das Personal ist extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt für eine tolle, herzliche Atmosphäre. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

My wife and I would like to extend our thanks to the reception staff who were so helpful upon our arrival and during our stay. Elona was so welcoming and spoke really good English and she should be commended for her friendly, informative and positive attitude towards us and seemingly to all guests. Elona on reception was a delight and extremely helpful. Bucha who picked us up at the car park and transported us to the hotel was very friendly, stopped to speak to us every time we met him. Breakfast choices were very good and we ate in the restaurant in the evening also and the food was very good. We were very disappointed not to have a balcony or a view of the beautiful lake and also the air conditioning in the room was very poor. Despite this I would definitely stay here again as the location is fabulous and the staff were very friendly.

Ich freue mich darüber, das im Restaurant wieder ein richtig tolles Serviceteam ist. Alle anwesenden Kellner/Inen und helfenden Hände waren freundlich, Hilfsbereit, motiviert. Sie haben die Gäste gesehen, verstanden und ihnen ein wundervolles Erlebnis geschaffen. Man merkt, das es endlich wieder ein Team ist und nicht einzelne Arbeiter. Die Dame der Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, es ist einfach nur toll mit ihr zu sprechen. Sie gibt Ratschläge, kümmert sich sofort um Probleme und hat jeder Zeit ein Lächeln im Gesicht.

Obwohl das Einzelzimmer mit knapp 140 € doch recht teuer war, war es klein, aber fein. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den ausgesprochen freundlichen, herzlichen und aufmerksamen Service an der Rezeption. Leider habe ich mir den Namen der Mitarbeiterin nicht notiert. Da ich in der Schweiz lebe und sie ausgezeichnet Deutsch sprach, verlief die Kommunikation völlig problemlos. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Im Restaurant erhält man zudem 10 % Rabatt, und das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker und frisch. 👍 Sollte ich wieder einmal in die Gegend kommen und der Preis passen, würde ich dieses Hotel jederzeit gerne wieder buchen. 🥰

I would like to say a big thanks to all the cleaning staff who do such a wonderful job every day keeping the rooms clean and providing towels. This makes our holiday much more enjoyable knowing that we’ve got clean beds and towels to come back to. We had really nice golf buggy drivers during our stay and we had a lovely warm reception on arrival and during our stay from all the staff. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely come back again in the future.

Bedrooms spotless and meticulously cleaned everyday .. plus a clean supply of linen. Pool area is smallish but obviously restrained by the hotel area .. we dined in the restaurant.. it can be busy, food average plus. Overall another super week in position A on the lake.

I was looked after very well on my solo visit for my first time in Italy. The reception team were all lovely and helpful and very personal (they know which room I was in whenever I went to them with a query). I had one lunch and one dinner in the restaurant which were both very nice with good service. Der ältere Herr an der Rezeption im Azzuro war der beste, echte alte Schule das merkt man , so jemanden als gute Seele zu haben ich kann nur gratulieren. Would just like to say our stay was wonderful from start to finish , our room wasnt ready on arrival but we were offered complimentary drink while we waited which was greatly appreciated, all your staff are lovely and friendly from the guy who picked us up in golf cart we would always say hi if we saw him on his travels , to reception staff so helpful and always greeted you with a smile . Those serving in the restaurant always pleasant , food was lovely especially lasange and pizza 🍕 😋. Breakfast was just the right amount to set you up for the day . Our up most thanks to Elana she was amazing from check in to advising bike routes. We requested breakfast one day for our trip as it was to leave before 7am. When we got to reception there was no breakfast package for us, Elana was extremely apologetic and gave us a complimentary drink as way of apology. She is a credit to your hotel, if all hotels had an Elana they would be amazing too.

This was our first stay in lake garda so had created a wonderful picture of views, strolls along mountain paths and restful evenings looking over the lake Limone did not disappoint a beautiful resort to spend time. The pick up and drop off service to and from car park/hotel really helpful especially with our cases. Our stay was made all the more memorable by the help and information we received from Elona at reception. 10 out of 10 for Elona's warm welcome and pleasant attitude, her willingness to help so we could enjoy our stay was amazing a big thank you from Ray and Steph.

All the staff we met were exemplary, cheerful and helpful. There was some confusion over a meal payment which I had paid with cash and then was asked to sign a receipt for. Fortunately reception resolved this for me so again I am happy about that. We stayed in the annexe so next time I will make sure to have a lake view in this wonderful hotel and its fabulous location.

All Waiting staff were very good, if a little stretched during busy times. One of them, about 5'6 dark hair,bit of a goatee- lates 20s was very good he joked about us sitting at our favourite table, and could easily switch between languages. Ich war als Reiseleiterin mit einer Gruppe von 42 Personen da. Die Lage des Hotels, Frühstück und Abendessen waren perfekt. Es hat nur mit einem Zimmer ein Problem gegeben - aus der Klimaanlage tropfte Wasser auf das Bett einer Kundin. Trotz täglicher Versuche konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden, erst nach 3 Tagen haben diese dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und werde sicher auch wieder in den nächsten Jahren mit einer Gruppe kommen. Vielen Dank!

I thought the breakfast choices were excellent ++ Slightly.disappointed with the evening choices. Linen changes very good and frequent, the complimentary tea/coffee would have benefitted with some milk provided and the outside area would have benefitted with some potted plants, the wall wasnt very picturesque. Hatten unseren kleinen Hund mit, wonach im Restaurant immer selbständig Wasser von den Angestellten gebracht wurde und es viele Streicheleinheiten für ihn gab. Abholung und Transfer zum Parkhaus wurde schnell durchgeführt.

All the team who worked outside providing and serving the food to the table. Especially the lady who was off tuesday/Wednesday last week. Possibly in charge of the waiting team. She was most helpful.and remembered us. All the team were happy. Special thanks to the golf cart driver. He is a saviour.

The chap at reception was very helpful, cheerful and welcoming. Our daily housekeeper was superb. Putting up with our untidiness and poor italian. Teaching us a new word every day. Lovely lady

Elona particularly. When we arrived to stay at the hotel, gave us all the information we requested. During our stay also Elona was always served us with a wide smile. We would also like to thank all the staff in the restaurant and the breakfast area. They went beyond their normal duty to make our stay very pleasant. Also the chambermaid who looked after our room No. 112 left our room tidy and clean. Bravo to her. Finally, Bachu was very helpful to transfer our luggage from the bus park to the hotel. Thank you Bachu. Overall, the hotel staff and the service they provide is exceptional. We have now stated at your hotel 3 times and loved every minute of our stay at the hotel . Thznk you to everyone👏👏👏👋
