All Waiting staff were very good, if a little stretched during busy times. One of them, about 5'6 dark hair,bit of a goatee- lates 20s was very good he joked about us sitting at our favourite table, and could easily switch between languages. We last stayed in 2022, and its nice to see standards are still good, our stay was very relaxing. We would definately return.

This was our third stay at your hotel, and each time the service and atmosphere of the place has been very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is quite lavish and fresh and the waiting staff very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely, clean hotel at an excellent price. If you could dispose of the previous day's empty bottles a bit later and stop the extremely annoying early-morning dog barking nearby, it would probably be perfect!

Ich war als Reiseleiterin mit einer Gruppe von 42 Personen da. Die Lage des Hotels, Frühstück und Abendessen waren perfekt. Es hat nur mit einem Zimmer ein Problem gegeben - aus der Klimaanlage tropfte Wasser auf das Bett einer Kundin. Trotz täglicher Versuche konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden, erst nach 3 Tagen haben diese dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und werde sicher auch wieder in den nächsten Jahren mit einer Gruppe kommen. Vielen Dank!

Linen changes very good and frequent, the complimentary tea/coffee would have benefitted with some milk provided and the outside area would have benefitted with some potted plants, the wall wasnt very picturesque. Having said that we weren’t in there very much! We had a lovely holiday, the staff were very helpful and the weather was glorious, would recommend.

One day after a day out, we got back to our hotel room & it hadn't been cleaned. We went down to reception & within 5 minutes someone came to give the room a clean & give us fresh towels. The following day management were seen checking rooms to make sure they were cleaned. We were extremely impressed by the customer service

Meine Frau und ich waren nach drei Tagen komplett erholt und konnten super glücklich und zufrieden abreisen. Zum Schluss noch ein ganz großes Lob an ihre Küche wir haben sehr gut gespeist.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean with wonderful staff. We had a wonderful view from our room, which was immaculate. We ate in the hotel, service and food were perfect. Just a couple of points to make ( please note these are minor and would not stop us from recommending the hotel) the motor to work the fans on the upstairs terrace was so noisy when relaxing by the pool. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and when reading about the hotel and its facilities it did not mention a hairdryer in the room, however there was one.

In annexe room no balcony or view and room lot smaller than expected also was problems with safe fault and no coat hangers but after tui rep asked the reception the man on reception sorted straight away so was fine then also came straight away to sort safe . Our aircon didn't work and I was worried we'd have to have room without but we were given another room which was great. The restaurant staff were superb, especially Marco who was always friendly happy and helpful. He even expanded my limited Italian vocabulary. The reception area was always staffed and helpful if required. Congratulations to all at this super hotel.

1. Der Herr Franko hat sich stets darum gekümmert, dass die Maschine in der Küche abgestellt wurde. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit, höflich und wertschätzend. 2. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut. 3. Eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre. 4. Sehr gute Betten/ Matrazen.

Auf Anfrage hat man unser Balkonlicht umgehend still gelegt. Der nette ältere Herr an der Rezeption hat sich wirklich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert. Das Zimmer- und Frühstückspersonal waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Lovely stay with lovely staff - highly recommend. Bella is was tired and we had to get changed in a cubicle full of laundry, no robes and no explanation of the facilities I would not recommend this the Bellevue but we loved our stay at the Azzuro.

This was our first visit to Italy and Lake Garda . We loved our holiday and were really pleased with our whole experience at a lovely well run hotel. Every member of staff was friendly and professional. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends as a great place to stay. Wir hatten zwei tolle Nächte in der Unterkunft. Uns hat man immer freundlich und nett umsorgt. Die Lage in Limone ist einfach hervorragend. Es gab ein Shuttle Service bis zum Hotel vom Hoteleigenen Parkplatz den es sich lohnt zu buchen, weil er preiswerter als das Parkhaus ist.

Wonderful wonderful hotel - we will be back. Staff were lovely, room was fabulous, and cleaner did a great job! Only thing to improve there would be replenishing the water and toiletries - we had to keep asking! The location is brilliant, and the director and hotel manager were both lovely 😃 Breakfast had a good selection - again, only feedback would be to replenish. Often we came down in the morning at 9am with still 1 hour of breakfast time left and there was no sausage, egg or yoghurt. We also often had to ask for a cup or a plate which made breakfast a bit more frantic and less relaxing than we had hoped. But no complaints on the selection and the setting. All in all we had a fantastic time and we will be back! Thank you 🙏
