Vincenzo at the restaurant (tall with Viking tattoo on arm) looked after us well, was very friendly and efficient. Always greeted us with a lovely smile. The breakfast service and choice was excellent. Always orderly and clean- the lady in breakfast works very hard and keeps it all looking clean and organised.

This was our first stay in lake garda so had created a wonderful picture of views, strolls along mountain paths and restful evenings looking over the lake Limone did not disappoint a beautiful resort to spend time. The pick up and drop off service to and from car park/hotel really helpful especially with our cases. Our stay was made all the more memorable by the help and information we received from Elona at reception. 10 out of 10 for Elona's warm welcome and pleasant attitude, her willingness to help so we could enjoy our stay was amazing a big thank you from Ray and Steph.

Our up most thanks to Elana she was amazing from check in to advising bike routes. We requested breakfast one day for our trip as it was to leave before 7am. When we got to reception there was no breakfast package for us, Elana was extremely apologetic and gave us a complimentary drink as way of apology. She is a credit to your hotel, if all hotels had an Elana they would be amazing too.

All the staff we met were exemplary, cheerful and helpful. There was some confusion over a meal payment which I had paid with cash and then was asked to sign a receipt for. Fortunately reception resolved this for me so again I am happy about that. We stayed in the annexe so next time I will make sure to have a lake view in this wonderful hotel and its fabulous location.

All Waiting staff were very good, if a little stretched during busy times. One of them, about 5'6 dark hair,bit of a goatee- lates 20s was very good he joked about us sitting at our favourite table, and could easily switch between languages. We last stayed in 2022, and its nice to see standards are still good, our stay was very relaxing. We would definately return.

This was our third stay at your hotel, and each time the service and atmosphere of the place has been very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is quite lavish and fresh and the waiting staff very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely, clean hotel at an excellent price. If you could dispose of the previous day's empty bottles a bit later and stop the extremely annoying early-morning dog barking nearby, it would probably be perfect!

Die Getränkebestellung und Lieferung verlief optimal. / Die beiden sich wohl noch in der Ausbildung befindlichen weiblichen Servicekräfte waren sehr bemüht und freundlich und wurden von ihrem Ausbilder Marco (?) gut und fair behandelt. / Das Abholen und Bringen der Koffer vom Busbahnhof zum Hotel (und zurück) verlief einwandfrei. Sie wurden sogar vor die Zimmertür gestellt bzw. am Abreisetag von dort abgeholt!

Sie macht alles möglich was man möchte und hat alles sehr gut im Griff und ist immer sehr,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und auch ein Dank an alle Kellner und Reinigungskräfte. Eigentlich waren wir rundherum zufrieden. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer für 3 Erwachsene. Leider kein drittes Bett sondern nur ein enger ausklappbarer Sessel. Das ist für ältere Menschen leider nicht so schön.

Ich war als Reiseleiterin mit einer Gruppe von 42 Personen da. Die Lage des Hotels, Frühstück und Abendessen waren perfekt. Es hat nur mit einem Zimmer ein Problem gegeben - aus der Klimaanlage tropfte Wasser auf das Bett einer Kundin. Trotz täglicher Versuche konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden, erst nach 3 Tagen haben diese dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und werde sicher auch wieder in den nächsten Jahren mit einer Gruppe kommen. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful hotel. Very clean with wonderful staff. We had a wonderful view from our room, which was immaculate. We ate in the hotel, service and food were perfect. Just a couple of points to make ( please note these are minor and would not stop us from recommending the hotel) the motor to work the fans on the upstairs terrace was so noisy when relaxing by the pool. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and when reading about the hotel and its facilities it did not mention a hairdryer in the room, however there was one.

In annexe room no balcony or view and room lot smaller than expected also was problems with safe fault and no coat hangers but after tui rep asked the reception the man on reception sorted straight away so was fine then also came straight away to sort safe . If to book hotel again I would like to book a bigger room if any and with balcony overlooking the lake so could sit and enjoy a lovely view .

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, meine Freundin und ich waren vom 23.06.2025 bis 27.06.2025 Gäste im All`Azzurro. Meine Tochter hat es mir wärmstens empfohlen. Wir waren von Anfang an positiv überrascht, freundlicher Empfang, sehr freundliches Personal im Servicebereich. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Klima innerhalb Ihrer Belegschaft sehr gut und absolut professionell war. Erlauben Sie mir einen kleinen Wermutstropfen. Leider könnte der für Italien typische aromatische Cappuccino/Cafè/Espresso ect. besser sein. Wir werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in ihrem Hause.
