This was my second time here as I had come with a friend 4 years ago and this time with my partner and both times I've loved it. The afternoon / evening front desk manager (sorry, we lost his name) was the nicest person we met in our stay in Venezia. He remembered our room numbers when we got our keys, he gave advice on touring the island and always smiled. Also the breakfast buffet manager was welcoming and helpful.

Et y avoir inclus un kit de couture avec une aiguille est vraiment une très bonne idée (l'aiguille a été plus qu'utile pour les ampoules aux pieds alors un grand MERCI...) Every single staff member was positive, polite, and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank Walter (the bar manager), for his excellent company, recommendations, and humour. On our five night stay, we spent the end of most evenings with a final drink at the bar, mostly because of his hospitality. On our first night, he put on some romantic music for us, and turned the fairylights on in the courtyard, and I used the opportunity to propose to my partner. A special thank you to Walter, the barman, who was very professional, accommodating and entertaining when we decided to have a last drink after dinner back at the hotel. He showed us the courtyard area and made the most magnificent Sgroppino for us (explaining the meaning of the drink's name in English). His language skills are exceptional, we heard him speaking fluent French with other customers, and his Italian is not too bad as well! ;)

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Giorgione and would absolutely return. The hotel itself is beautiful — classic Venetian style with an upscale, boutique feel. It’s elegant without feeling stuffy, and the location is perfect. You’re tucked away just enough for it to feel peaceful, but everything is easily walkable. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Francesca and Ricardo at the front desk were incredible. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel immediately at home. They were professional, knowledgeable, and so generous with their time — helping us navigate the streets of Venice, offering thoughtful recommendations, and even sharing personal stories that made the experience feel authentic and special. In a city that can feel overwhelming at first, they made everything seamless. Walter at the bar was just as wonderful. Not only were his drinks fantastic, but he created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere each evening. We genuinely looked forward to stopping by to chat with him — he added so much personality to our stay. Hotel Giorgione strikes that rare balance of being refined and highly professional, while still feeling warm and personal. We left Venice with incredible memories, and the team here played a big part in that. Highly recommend.

The hotel lobby was beautiful decorate and comfortable. The bedroom was spotless and so relaxing and beautiful designed. The breakfast was excellent and the service staff went over and above to facilitate people arriving for breakfast. The menu was high standard and very much appreciated. I have recommended the hotel to freinds who are looking yo travel to vemice on coming months due to the welcome we received during our stay. And the location is brillant for walking to different parts. Pleae advertise this more as it will increase footfall.

I have stayed in the Giorgione a least once a year since 2010. I have always been warmly welcomed and any problems or requests for help have been dealt with courteously. It is a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay and I am looking forward to the next opportunity I have to come back. My grand children call it my 'happy place'

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a wide selection of food choices. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. They arranged a water taxi to the train station for us, and even made sure our luggage was taken right to the boat. It made our departure so much easier.

The only other suggestion is for room staff to ensure there is enough soap when we were running out. We left a note and the issue was resolved. Thanks to our room cleaners as well. Wenn etwas vergriffen am Frühstücksbuffet war, wurde dies sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Es blieben keinerlei Wünsche offen. We had the loveliest time at Hotel Giorgione and would recommend without hesitation. What makes it special is the staff and how out of the way they go to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you might have. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the decor is classic and the location is great because it is out of the throngs of tourists. Every member of the team acts as though it is their hotel, the pride comes through and the friendliness is very welcome. We love this hotel specifically because it avoids the impersonal feel of a big chain. Thank you to the whole lovely team.

All the front desk staff were always helpful and accommodating. We especially enjoyed seeing Walter every evening in the bar area. He was very nice and fixed great cocktails.

The hotel is run and maintained, clean and tidy. The staff very friendly full of smiles and helpful. Albert who works in the dinning area is fun and full of smiles and humor he is a great asset to the hotel along with his colleagues. We also met the owner of the hotel who is very nice we also met her dog who is loverly. My impression with the hotel is very high and staff.
