You are welcomed by your exceptionally nice personell. Not only the receptionists were pleasant and nice, also waiters and room staff. Villa Balis Crema is restaurated with cosy elements, the rooms are modern and have a lot of wooden elements which spread a very positive atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable, too. As I personally like to swim very early in the mornings and evenings, I enjoyed your pool a lot. One of our wedding guests with a two year-old child had your garden room with jaccuzi. They told me that they never before had such a great hotel room. They loved the big panorama windows with the lovely view towards the valley with the vineyards. The breakfast buffet was very good. Desiré si è subito attivata aiutandoci nella ricerca in tutto il resort. Quando finalmente abbiamo trovato la chiave, abbiamo chiesto un consiglio per un ristorante nella zona di Garda: anche qui Desiré ci ha subito proposto un ottimo ristorante a Peschiera del Garda in cui ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per festeggiare il nostro secondo anniversario del matrimonio e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Fin dal primo momento siamo rimasti colpiti dalla bellezza del posto: la villa è tenuta benissimo, immersa nel verde, con una vista davvero mozzafiato. La piscina è stupenda e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di godercela in pieno maggio, con temperature intorno ai 30 gradi! Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, e con nostra grande sorpresa ci hanno anche fatto un upgrade gratuito della camera: una suite ancora più bella, con affaccio sui giardini e sulla villa… un vero sogno! Abbiamo gustato un ottimo spritz e un aperitivo delizioso nel cortile fronte villa, in un’atmosfera rilassata e romantica. La cena è stata eccezionale, ogni piatto curato nei minimi dettagli, con sapori autentici e ben bilanciati. Il tocco speciale? Lo chef ci ha offerto un antipasto fuori menù che ci ha davvero conquistati! Anche la colazione è stata all’altezza: varia, ricca sia nel dolce che nel salato, con prodotti freschi e gustosi. Il personale di sala sempre sorridente e attento. Insomma, è stata un’esperienza splendida sotto ogni punto di vista. Ci torneremmo sicuramente e la consigliamo a chiunque voglia concedersi un momento speciale in un luogo magico!

As I already say Nous avons séjourné en couple du samedi 29 au dimanche 30, dans ce magnifique hôtel. C’était la seconde fois et nous connaissions déjà ce magnifique endroit avec vue imprenable sur la vallée qui mène à Vérone. Nous avions déjà été très satisfaits de l’accueil, de la propreté, des services proposés et de la gentillesse du personnel, nous l’avions écrit à l’époque. Cette seconde visite a été un peu particulière. En effet, nous avons dû faire appel au service d’urgence à cause d’un malaise qui a touché mon épouse et ceux alors que nous étions déjà à table dans l’excellent restaurant de l’hôtel. je tiens à dire combien nous avons été touchés Par la diligence du personnel, son empathie et son humanité. Être commercial c’est une chose, considérer les clients comme nous l’avons été en est d’une autre. Nous tenons vraiment à exprimer notre gratitude à l’égard du personnel d’accueil, de la Restauration et du Gardien de Nuit qui ont été touchant à notre égard. Grâce à eux et leur attention cette expérience pénible, une nuit passée à l’hôpital, a été adoucie par leur bienveillance. Qu’il est bon de voyager à travers l’Europe et de rencontrer des citoyens européens porteurs de ces valeurs humaines. This was our second visit, and we were already familiar with this magnificent location with its breathtaking views of the valley leading to Verona. We had already been very satisfied with the welcome, the cleanliness, the services offered, and the kindness of the staff, as we wrote at the time. This second visit was a bit unusual. We had to call the emergency services due to a sudden illness that affected my wife and I as we were preparing to dine in the hotel's excellent restaurant. I would like to express how touched we were by the staff's diligence, their empathy, and their humanity. Being a salesperson is one thing; treating customers as we did is another. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the reception staff, the restaurant staff, and the night porter, who were so kind to us. Thanks to them and their thoughtfulness, this difficult experience, a night spent in the hospital, was softened by their kindness. How wonderful it is to travel across Europe and meet European citizens who uphold these human values. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and see you soon!

La estancia nos ha encantado y de hecho ya la hemos recomendado. Se nota que el trabajo de restauración y de decoración se ha hecho con mucho mimo y gusto. Realmente uno se siente especial en estas instalaciones. La limpieza es impecable, mi enhorabuena por este tema. La atención del personal, sobre todo Anastasia, sobresaliente. La comida en el restaurante muy buena. Mi marido y yo hemos comentado que hacía mucho tiempo que no encontrábamos un sitio tan de nuestro gusto. Hace poco nos hemos construido una casa y sabemos lo que es llegar a este tipo de detalle y el trabajo que cuesta , por lo tanto una vez más enhorabuena por esta maravillosa obra de arte.

Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne. Das Haus ist wunderbar, der Garten traumhaft, das Styling großartig und das Personal aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Es sind die Kleinigkeiten (zB Begrüßungsdrink, Prosecco am Frühstücksbuffet, Wasser für die Autofahrt), die den Aufenthalt besonders machen. Und das Frühstücksangebot ist fantastisch.

Il personale è davvero molto disponibile e cordiale nel rispondere a tutte le esigenze della clientela. Il restauro dell'edificio è di alto livello come lo sono la scelta degli arredi di aree comuni e camere. Gli spazi esterni sono ben tenuti.
