Room was very hot even when we turned off heating so had disturbed sleep due to sleeping with windows open in room and bathroom (temperature of the room was extremely hot) Breakfast service was extremely good with the staff exceptional Reception staff very professional and friendly Snacks in room positioned badly next to "with compliments" sign and no price list for them only for the drinks which was misleading for them being taken as complimentary. I am mentioning these points as I think it would assist in improving your services. Overall was very pleased with the hotel and facilities

Amazing hotel and great service. If we have any friends coming to Venice, we would definitely recommend Hotel Palazzina Sardi. Our only feedback is that throughout the night we could hear a low pitched rumbling noise that went on and off (we stayed in room 402 and the noise seemed to be coming directly from above). It would also have been nice to have complimentary tea in the room. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Venice.

Ho scelto il vostro albergo perché ho apprezzato l'arredamento, moderno ma con un occhio alla tradizione veneziana. Ringrazio per la generosità del kit bagno, davvero ricca. Lo staff è fantastico, tutti cordiali e professionali allo stesso tempo. Ho scritto una recensione su booking con tutti 10! Se vorreste tenere in considerazione solo due piccoli suggerimenti: le luci delle abat-jour, meglio luce calda che luce fredda. I cuscini sono tutti molto compatti, forse si potrebbe metterne uno soffice e uno più rigido. Lo so che non è di vostra competenza ma magari potete segnalarlo a chi se ne occupa: all'ingresso della calle dell'albergo, sotto il portico, il giorno che siamo arrivati, era pieno di spazzatura di persone che avevano evidentemente bivaccato lì, per cui arrivando abbiamo avuto l'impressione di degrado. Per fortuna il giorno dopo era stato tutto pulito ma non è un bel biglietto da visita. Purtroppo Venezia è esposta a questo tipo di inciviltà, tuttavia abbiamo trovato la città molto più pulita di Roma che ormai è una discarica a cielo aperto. Grazie mille per l'accoglienza, quando tornerò a Venezia verrò di nuovo a trovarvi.

Beautiful comfortable rooms! Good reception! Doorman was very friendly —he was very helpful in getting us to our taxi boat to go back to the train station. The only problem was the pickup service arranged by the hotel — our pickup guide told our taxi boat to go to the wrong hotel (Columbina hotel?), then got lost walking us to the Palazzina-Sardi, she was barely able to walk over the bridge (due to her age), but insisted on carrying one of our luggage (which was embarrassing for us having an old lady try to carry our luggage). This service was not worth 240 euros.

Mr « Vanni » a été exceptionnel pendant notre séjour en nous indiquant toujours de bonnes adresses. Il a été très réactif lorsque nous sommes restés coincés 10 mns dans l’ascenseur. Un immense merci à lui pour tout. Mes deux réserves portent sur l’ascenseur car il n’est pas normal pour un hôtel neuf d’avoir ce genre de problème. Pour le petit déjeuner également, je l’ai trouvé moyen. Pas de jus d’orange frais’ pas assez de variétés de pains ni de petites choses salées chaudes, en sucré ces petits desserts ne sont pas exceptionnels non plus. Sinon, très bon hôtel dans un endroit calme et proche de la place St Marc.

Mi sono goduta il mio soggiorno al Hotel Palazzina Sardi. La mia camera d'albergo era pulita, tranquilla ed elegante. Tuttavia, di notte, la mia stanza era piuttosto fredda e non sono riuscita a capire come utilizzare il termostato per aumentare la temperatura. Ad ogni modo, tutto il personale è stato gentile ed accogliente, e ha fornito un servizio eccellente. Un ringraziamento speciale a questi membri dello staff: Andrea che lavora alla reception la sera, Vanni e la ragazza (non conosco il suo nome) che lavorano alla reception la mattina, e Joe che lavora nella sala da colazione e che mi ha aiutata molto, portando le mie valigie pesanti al molo dei taxi acquei. Una richiesta, per piacere: Vi consiglio di offrire più opzioni vegane e senza glutine a colazione. Spero di ritornare al Hotel Palazzina Sardi se riesco a visitare Venezia di nuovo. Die Zimmertür lässt sich nur mit hohem Kraftaufwand öffnen (bei Einsatz der Karte - mit Schlüssel ist das kein Problem). Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft (nachts) sehr, sehr kalt. Das Frühstück wird sehr liebevoll und abwechslungsreich präsentiert und serviert. Die Qualität von Obst, Gemüse und Brot könnte man verbessern.

L’alta temperatura della camera ha impattato sul generale benessere, aprendo le finestre entravano zanzare: consiglio di installare delle zanzariere che potrebbero aiutare la causa. Inoltre suggerisco di prestare la massima attenzione alla piccola manutenzione (es. piccole macchie sui muri). A l'arrivée le veilleur de nuit ne savait pas que l AC ne fonctionnait pas, seulement le chauffage et rentrer dans une chambre avec 27 degrés à 23h, ce n'est en rien agréable. La chambre très belle et lit très confortable petit bémol les oreillers très épais. Le point négatif important est le petit déjeuner au vue du prix de la chambre, il serait bien de proposer un jus d'orange frais pressé, une petite carte avec les œufs et accompagnements possible et mettre des produits régionaux (prosciutto, parmesan ...), du pain grillé (complet ou céréales). MAIS très appréciable d'avoir des Yaourts bio et du miel du pays ! Le personnel est agréable et vraiment serviable. MERCI à la jeune fille pour les réservations des restaurants. Hôtel très bien placé et bien refait : petit plus mettre en avant l'entrée de l'hôtel avec des pots de fleurs ou tapis, car de l'extérieur on ne dirait pas un hôtel. Étant dans l'hôtellerie depuis 17 ans et étant assistant manager dans un hôtel en France, je me permets de vous donner mon avis en espérant que cela puisse être constructif.

It would be great to allow circulation of air through a fan, even if the AC can't be used. However, the staff went above and beyond. They are friendly and we enjoyed the hotel, our room was clean and beiaitful, and the location was great.
