ZACCARIA, si può raggiungere qualsiasi località facilmente, sia a piedi che con il vaporetto. Il personale della Reception è molto gentile e professionale, sempre disponibile ad assistere e a dare consigli su dove andare e su "Bacari " e Ristoranti locali di ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il personale delle Colazioni e Pulizie anche molto gentili e sempre pronti ad assistere. Essendo il Compleanno di mia Moglie, ci hanno anche omaggiato di una bottiglia di PROSECCO con tatto di secchiello e calici. Raccomando vivamente, non vi pensitere della scelta. E' bello trovare realtà dove il turista è assistito e fatto sentire al centro dell'attenzione.

When giving directions at the front desk, let people know which water taxi ticket to buy based on the planned origin and destination. We asked the front desk for directions three times. At no time did they mention that the ticket kiosk at the water taxi might not be right for the route we planned. So we bought the wrong ticket once and had to buy a second one online.

Staff excellent Andreas was beyond wonderful. Our stay was excellent. We did not enjoy the foam mattress or foam pillows. We had better luxury foam beds in Florence that were not hard as a rock. Memory foam is too stiff. Other than a backache from bed we enjoyed our room. Anne prepared wonderful hot coffee our compliments to her.

The staff there were extremely helpful and pleasant there. They started assisting us from the time we made a reservation in many ways from water taxi reservations to dinner recommendations. They started assisting room is a little small but they did an excellent job with organization. I would like to see them offer some assistance in helping the guest bring their luggage from the drop off point to the hotel and in reverse when leaving. Perhaps someone with a luggage cart. I would recommend the hotel.

We spent 5 nights at your hotel. The bed is comfortable. The reception service is good. The breakfast is good. Pick up service and water taxi booking service both are good! Just the room air conditioner only the third days works well at the evening. Also the room have mosquito. And 3 nights the show room waterproof pad was missed. One night the bed sheets and pillow covers no changed and felt wear, then I request your service people to change but she put the pillow on my luaggage which is dirty. And I am sorry for my daughter make pain on your the leather folder on the desk, however we paid 50Euro dollars to your hotel for indemnity which is fine. Overall your hotel is good, just you could improve and make it better. Thanks again for your take care during our visit in Venice.

Please resource better quality bed pillows, the pillows were awful, cheap quality and too flat and hard. :( I would suggest creating a lounge area for guests in the hotel instead of the front room with breakfast tables and an unused bar. Maybe reduce the size of the breakfast bar in the back to make room for more tables in that room. Seemed like an over exaggeration of the breakfast food that sits there day after day. Otherwise, I had a super positive stay at the hotel.

Everything about our stay was easy and convenient! The front desk arranged a private water taxi pick up from the train station. It was a short walk and easy with our bags to the hotel. Andrea was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and made our stay feel special. We loved our Prosecco on the roof! Only complaint was the pillows were very hard.
