The staff there were extremely helpful and pleasant there. They started assisting us from the time we made a reservation in many ways from water taxi reservations to dinner recommendations. They started assisting room is a little small but they did an excellent job with organization. I would like to see them offer some assistance in helping the guest bring their luggage from the drop off point to the hotel and in reverse when leaving. Perhaps someone with a luggage cart. I would recommend the hotel.

The only thing you could improve is the aircondition/cooling. Itbwas blowing so strongly straight to the bed, that it couldn’t be used.

We spent 5 nights at your hotel. The bed is comfortable. The reception service is good. The breakfast is good. Pick up service and water taxi booking service both are good! Just the room air conditioner only the third days works well at the evening. Also the room have mosquito. And 3 nights the show room waterproof pad was missed. One night the bed sheets and pillow covers no changed and felt wear, then I request your service people to change but she put the pillow on my luaggage which is dirty. And I am sorry for my daughter make pain on your the leather folder on the desk, however we paid 50Euro dollars to your hotel for indemnity which is fine. Overall your hotel is good, just you could improve and make it better. Thanks again for your take care during our visit in Venice.

Please resource better quality bed pillows, the pillows were awful, cheap quality and too flat and hard. :( I would suggest creating a lounge area for guests in the hotel instead of the front room with breakfast tables and an unused bar. Maybe reduce the size of the breakfast bar in the back to make room for more tables in that room. Seemed like an over exaggeration of the breakfast food that sits there day after day. Otherwise, I had a super positive stay at the hotel.

Everything about our stay was easy and convenient! The front desk arranged a private water taxi pick up from the train station. It was a short walk and easy with our bags to the hotel. Our only feedback is that throughout the night we could hear a low pitched rumbling noise that went on and off (we stayed in room 402 and the noise seemed to be coming directly from above). Lo staff è fantastico, tutti cordiali e professionali allo stesso tempo. Ho scritto una recensione su booking con tutti 10! Se vorreste tenere in considerazione solo due piccoli suggerimenti: le luci delle abat-jour, meglio luce calda che luce fredda. I cuscini sono tutti molto compatti, forse si potrebbe metterne uno soffice e uno più rigido. Lo so che non è di vostra competenza ma magari potete segnalarlo a chi se ne occupa: all'ingresso della calle dell'albergo, sotto il portico, il giorno che siamo arrivati, era pieno di spazzatura di persone che avevano evidentemente bivaccato lì, per cui arrivando abbiamo avuto l'impressione di degrado. Per fortuna il giorno dopo era stato tutto pulito ma non è un bel biglietto da visita. Purtroppo Venezia è esposta a questo tipo di inciviltà, tuttavia abbiamo trovato la città molto più pulita di Roma che ormai è una discarica a cielo aperto. Grazie mille per l'accoglienza, quando tornerò a Venezia verrò di nuovo a trovarvi.

Beautiful comfortable rooms! Good reception! Doorman was very friendly —he was very helpful in getting us to our taxi boat to go back to the train station. The only problem was the pickup service arranged by the hotel — our pickup guide told our taxi boat to go to the wrong hotel (Columbina hotel?), then got lost walking us to the Palazzina-Sardi, she was barely able to walk over the bridge (due to her age), but insisted on carrying one of our luggage (which was embarrassing for us having an old lady try to carry our luggage). This service was not worth 240 euros.
