Tutto bene ma il riscaldamento era eccessivamente alto, anche abbassando al minimo. Nonostante la segnalazione e il successivo cambiamento di settaggio da parte del concierge, la temperatura è rimasta troppo alta (24/25°). Gestendola meglio si otterrebbe anche un risparmio energetico.

The staff there were extremely helpful and pleasant there. They started assisting us from the time we made a reservation in many ways from water taxi reservations to dinner recommendations. They started assisting room is a little small but they did an excellent job with organization. I would like to see them offer some assistance in helping the guest bring their luggage from the drop off point to the hotel and in reverse when leaving. Perhaps someone with a luggage cart. I would recommend the hotel.

We spent 5 nights at your hotel. The bed is comfortable. The reception service is good. The breakfast is good. Pick up service and water taxi booking service both are good! Just the room air conditioner only the third days works well at the evening. Also the room have mosquito. And 3 nights the show room waterproof pad was missed. One night the bed sheets and pillow covers no changed and felt wear, then I request your service people to change but she put the pillow on my luaggage which is dirty. And I am sorry for my daughter make pain on your the leather folder on the desk, however we paid 50Euro dollars to your hotel for indemnity which is fine. Overall your hotel is good, just you could improve and make it better. Thanks again for your take care during our visit in Venice.

Please resource better quality bed pillows, the pillows were awful, cheap quality and too flat and hard. :( I would suggest creating a lounge area for guests in the hotel instead of the front room with breakfast tables and an unused bar. Maybe reduce the size of the breakfast bar in the back to make room for more tables in that room. Seemed like an over exaggeration of the breakfast food that sits there day after day. Otherwise, I had a super positive stay at the hotel.

Our only feedback is that throughout the night we could hear a low pitched rumbling noise that went on and off (we stayed in room 402 and the noise seemed to be coming directly from above).
