This was my sixth stay at Ca' Pisani and it is always a welcoming home away from home. The staff, several of whom I know from over the years, are always polite and accommodating. The room is always fresh and clean and they even brought lovely bowls and a pillow for my dog and arranged a dog sitter. The restaurant is wonderful and everyone at the hotel works together to make a memorable experience.

The entire stay was very nice. The staff is really friendly and the check in was handled perfectly. In addition, we were able to move into our room a little earlier, and the front desk staff covered the time until then perfectly with tips and information about Venice. whether reservations for a restaurant or other tips and checkout, everything was very good. We also gladly accepted the offer to visit the island of Murano and everything worked perfectly. The fact that the staff accompanied us directly to the boat was really extremely friendly and prevented confusion in the crowds when looking for the boat. Housekeeping was also very friendly and always made sure that the coffee machines in the rooms were well stocked. we really appreciated that.

The hotel is beautiful and I really love all the little things eg leaving the night lollies on our bed and making sure all the bathroom items were replenished daily. The lounge and coffee/tea self service outside of our rooms was lovely. I could catchup with my friends who where travelling with us and enjoy a coffee and tea at the hotel. My husband and I got married in Venice and stayed at Ca' Pisani for 10 days. From a bottle of prosecco when we checked in to when we checked out, they made us feel so welcome and supported. Our wedding and stay would not have been the same without the hotel staff's help. Stefano helped us make reservations for us and for our family. Brian helped us find places to get drinks and celebrate. They all helped us with navigating public transit and making sure that we didn't miss our important events!
