The room was lovely; however, it was not suitable for my elderly husband, as it had a raised platform for the bed. We loved the location of this beautiful hotel and found the furnishings in the room and common areas inviting and relaxing. I am uncertain of the capacity at the time we stayed, but we found the hotel to be beautifully quiet. The hotel staff was amazing- always patiently helpful with every question and made sure to greet us as we left and entered the hotel. The cleaning service was very aware of our departures and worked around us to assure a clean room without disturbance. The breakfast staff was attentive and prompt. While the hotel was all we hoped for, the staff assured our stay was an amazing experience.

From the moment myself and my 2 best friends arrived we felt very welcome. ALL the staff, our room, the roof terrace, the breakfast, the ambience were perfect. We loved people watching outside the hotel over a cup of tea or a drink. Listening to the bells striking on the roof terrace was magical. We felt valued as guests, which is so important. On arrival there were some welcoming biscuits and a hand written note, on departure we were given perfume, sweets and a card wishing us a good journey home. The location was perfect, nothing further than 10/15 mins. A complimentary trip to the Murano Island was included which was such a lovely surprise. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough and would recommend it without hesitation. The decor was another thing, carefully looked after and interesting to look at. We took advantage of sitting in all the different areas to relax in. Thank you Ca’Pisani Hotel for making our trip to Venice magical and perfect

Reception staff, restaurant staff and concierge were all friendly, professional and very pleasant to deal with. We were particularly impressed with the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff, who provided fresh towels, turndown service, restocking of teabags etc whenever we left our room - without being asked. Cleanliness of the room and common areas were always consistent.

I thought your service was excellent. I loved being met at the taxi dock and walked to the hotel and we did not have to find our way after a long day of travel. Every employee knew who we were and what our plans were upon leaving the hotel. The reception desk readily and quickly helped us change our water taxi pickup and driver at 4 am when I found out our flight had been delayed a second time and we didn’t need to be picked up at 6 am. The staff even took our luggage with us to the water taxi dock upon leaving and waited until the water taxi arrived! Everyone was helpful and friendly and would definitely stay there again. The room was also very clean and sizable and very quiet. Location was good as well. Quick walk to St Marks Square and lots of restaurants. Absolutely loved our stay here!!!

We left some important medicines in our room when we checked out. The front desk contacted us within an hour and held our meds until we returned the following day. This was very, very appreciated. In addition, clearly the management hires well. ALL HOTEL STAFF we encountered throughout our stay were cheerful, kind and professional.
