I thought your service was excellent. I loved being met at the taxi dock and walked to the hotel and we did not have to find our way after a long day of travel. Every employee knew who we were and what our plans were upon leaving the hotel. The reception desk readily and quickly helped us change our water taxi pickup and driver at 4 am when I found out our flight had been delayed a second time and we didn’t need to be picked up at 6 am. The staff even took our luggage with us to the water taxi dock upon leaving and waited until the water taxi arrived! Everyone was helpful and friendly and would definitely stay there again. The room was also very clean and sizable and very quiet. Location was good as well. Quick walk to St Marks Square and lots of restaurants. Absolutely loved our stay here!!!

We absolutely loved your hotel! The location is perfect, and the design is fantastic. We especially appreciated the unique furniture in the rooms and common spaces. Our room was spacious, clean, and full of natural light. We had both lunch and breakfast in La Revista, and both meals were delicious. We were only in Venice for one night, so we didn't get to experience the hotel for very long, but our short stay was memorable! This was my sixth stay at Ca' Pisani and it is always a welcoming home away from home. The staff, several of whom I know from over the years, are always polite and accommodating. The room is always fresh and clean and they even brought lovely bowls and a pillow for my dog and arranged a dog sitter. The restaurant is wonderful and everyone at the hotel works together to make a memorable experience.

The entire stay was very nice. The staff is really friendly and the check in was handled perfectly. In addition, we were able to move into our room a little earlier, and the front desk staff covered the time until then perfectly with tips and information about Venice. whether reservations for a restaurant or other tips and checkout, everything was very good. We also gladly accepted the offer to visit the island of Murano and everything worked perfectly. The fact that the staff accompanied us directly to the boat was really extremely friendly and prevented confusion in the crowds when looking for the boat. Housekeeping was also very friendly and always made sure that the coffee machines in the rooms were well stocked. we really appreciated that.
