What I loved most was how genuinely dog-friendly the hotel is. Our dog was warmly welcomed everywhere. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling, chatting with our dog, and making him feel like a VIP guest. To all of the staff at “GHA”, my family wishes to thank you all for a wonderful stay from arrival to departure. Your hospitality and support helping to arrange the tours and museum visits made our visit to Florence all the better. It was great to return at the end of our busy days of touring the city and the Tuscan countryside to the comfort of the hotel. We also very much enjoyed The Opera restaurant and the piano bar. We were honestly sad to leave and would come back again. Bravo!!!!

Camera matrimoniale bellissima tutto perfetto. Ottimo il frigo bar con varie bibite da scegliere. La colazione molto buona e varia c'era di tutto. Each front desk staff member treated me and my son very well. We speak English and Spanish, and they were patient with us as Americans who know very little Italian. They helped us when our electrical outlets weren't working (due to a bad plug I brought from home), and were patient with us. We stayed with you after landing at the airport in Florence, and we are going to stay with you again on this coming Sunday. Thank you! ~ Dr. Hamel

Please see added comments above. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the sites we walked to. Train station was close by, but had difficulty pulling our luggage on rocky sidewalks and streets.

Always welcomed with a smile and how may I help you. Answered each question thoroughly, whether about directions, taxi or a meal. We were able to compliment hotel regarding their fine Restaurant Opera 23; food was absolutely the best we had while in Italy and service was impeccable.
