End of April we enjoyed a pleasant 7 days stay at the Adriatico. The service, constant attention to our accommodation and comfort were outstanding. We felt like privileged guests who's standing and every requests were treated as important and fulfilled with excellence. Room and guest services, concierge, all of the staff but especially house keeping and maids were excellent. I would recommend this hotel as a wonderful stay in the center of florence, with a location well suited to visiting the historic Florence and main shopping streets yet surprisingly quiet. The grand Hotel Adriatico is definitively overperforming its 4 star class.

We had an issue with the lights and despite the late hour, the receptionist and maintenance personnel made a good effort to fix it, so we didn't have to sleep with the lights on. The issue was completely resolved the following day. - Thank you!

Yes! The three ladies in the restaurant (two older and one younger), at the breakfast, they were so kind, nice, helpful, always happy and smiling to our child. Those behind the desk were very friendly. But at the checkout they were 3, one in the front and two behind a wall which is see through. One was attending a checkin and the other two was talking with each other behind the wall. I am not used to calling for attention if they could help with the checkout. The one attending with the person checking in called on the two when he saw me waiting by the desk. All in all good.

What I loved most was how genuinely dog-friendly the hotel is. Our dog was warmly welcomed everywhere. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling, chatting with our dog, and making him feel like a VIP guest. Being able to bring him to breakfast and seeing how naturally and kindly everyone treated him made our stay extra special.

Wir bedanken uns bei den Putzangestellten. Sie machen einen super Job. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber. Auch bedanken wir uns bei den Kellnerinnen am Morgen beim Frühstück. Sehr freundliche, aufgestellte Und höfliche Mitarbeiter! Und selbstverständlich auch an die Rezeptionmitarbeiter einen grossen Dank. Sie waren immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich arbeite selber in der Dienstleistungsbranche, wir haben aber nicht so viele Touristen und deshalb weiss ich wie viel Geduld man braucht. Danke an alle es war ein toller Aufenthalt in eurem Hotel.
