Yes! The three ladies in the restaurant (two older and one younger), at the breakfast, they were so kind, nice, helpful, always happy and smiling to our child. Rosanna when we checked in. She went above and beyond to provide a room that would help my wife who is disabled. Eleana our housekeeper who provided us with excellent service for our entre stay. Elisabetta and Dori in the dining room where we had breakfast. They made every morning pleasent and provided a wonderful way to start your day. Niccolò at the front desk. Who was a terrific help when we needed it to get tickets and information for a performance we wanted to see. It was absolutely terrific

Those behind the desk were very friendly. But at the checkout they were 3, one in the front and two behind a wall which is see through. One was attending a checkin and the other two was talking with each other behind the wall. I am not used to calling for attention if they could help with the checkout. The one attending with the person checking in called on the two when he saw me waiting by the desk. All in all good.

What I loved most was how genuinely dog-friendly the hotel is. Our dog was warmly welcomed everywhere. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling, chatting with our dog, and making him feel like a VIP guest. Being able to bring him to breakfast and seeing how naturally and kindly everyone treated him made our stay extra special.

To all of the staff at “GHA”, my family wishes to thank you all for a wonderful stay from arrival to departure. Your hospitality and support helping to arrange the tours and museum visits made our visit to Florence all the better. They helped us when our electrical outlets weren't working (due to a bad plug I brought from home), and were patient with us.
