The hotel staff was always friendly and helpfull. It was a pleasure to meet them.
2026-09-05
Gracias
2026-09-04
Very pleasant and helpful young man in reception. Very sweet old man to help with suitcases.
2026-09-03

Freundliches Personal am Empfang
2026-09-01
Altogether had very good 1 night stay. All staff were very pleasant and welcoming in all interactions. The pool was closed in the early evening but staff kindly allowed me to swim. This was appreciated. Only reason not to return is that I have a regular place to stay that was fully booked. My daughter lives in Como and said she had always thought your hotel looked very nice when passing by.

2026-07-17
Thanks.
2026-07-16
We had a great stay, good room, good food and nice swimming pool. The staff was very kind and helpfull! Only tip: Some more beds at the swimming pool would have been great!

On behalf of our group I would like to personally thank Lorenzo, Gian Luca and Billy for their warm and friendly welcome, they would always help with a smile and their personalities shone and made our stay at the hotel a positive and enjoyable experience. They are a credit to the hotel and whilst they maintained a professional approach they felt like friends. Thank you Lorenzo, Gian Luca and Billy (who made us laugh the most!)
2026-07-10
The check-in went so smoothly, we were a big group in town for classes (study abroad) and they made us feel so welcome. The candies at the front desk were also delicious (Gelee candy). We were only stayiing for 3 nights, but it truly was a beautiful experience, especially the breakfast!

2026-05-05
We found the staff extremely professional and kind. As an Italian American, we don’t always receive acceptance and tolerance.
2026-05-05
The evening desk clerk and porter were friendly and exceptional. We felt a tension between management and staff in the breakfast area. It was like the poor waiters were afraid to even smile or talk with us. We would have appreciated a little interaction. I know it was busy and maybe everyone was stressed.
2026-05-04
Grazie mille. The staff was overall 10/10
