We were disappointed with the first room offered as the airconditioning wasn’t working and the room was small and dark. However , the problem was addressed quickly and we were moved to another room the following day. Thanks to Reception for quickly resolving the problem. We were impressed with all staff both on reception and in the dining room, all polite and welcoming.

The evening desk clerk and porter were friendly and exceptional. We felt a tension between management and staff in the breakfast area. It was like the poor waiters were afraid to even smile or talk with us. We would have appreciated a little interaction. I know it was busy and maybe everyone was stressed.

I would like to express my utmost thanks to Michele- General Manager for his help in retrieving my phone which I accidentally left in the taxi that he called for us on the way to the train station. As soon as I came back to check if I left it at the bench at the front desk, he called the taxi company and the driver confirmed that he found it but was 3 hrs before he could bring it back.He took my information on our next hotel and promised to mail it. In a matter of 2 days,I got my well padded and packed packaged phone with all the money on it.It seemed like a miracle to me.I couldn’t believe I had an angel-Michelle, who didn’t give up and helped me in tracking the delivery. Not only are the staff great but the accommodation,food,cleanliness was superb.I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel. Excellent service and accommodation!

My friend, Cecile lost her phone in a taxi and the hotel manager, Michele Ascione went out of his way to help locate the taxi driver. The phone was found and Michele expedited the shipment of the phone to our next hotel in the Dolomites. I would rate the hotel's service as super EXCELLENT (10+ stars) and special mention to Michele for going out of his way to assist my friend! The receptionists at check-also were very helpful. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious, location was a bit far from the center but this was minor compared to the many positive reasons that the hotel can offer. I would come back here in a heartbeat! Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

The hospitality staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Every day they greeted me with sincerity. The waitstaff during breakfast was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful even making dinner reservations for us and showing us how to get to the restaurant. They also provided a pot to heat water when asked which wasn’t in the room. We liked the location and character of the hotel with its historical features.

The staff, especially at the reception, are very helpful. My cousin who was traveling with us lost his wallet and they were very helpful in checking with the restaurants we visited that night and also gave us details about where to lodge a police complaint for insurance purposes, etc. In all other interactions as well, they were quite courteous and friendly. Thanks again, we really enjoyed our visit.

Your front desk personnel are outstanding. They are available, personal, welcoming, and very willing and able to assist. The breakfast crew were very pleasant and the groundskeepers were also available and efficient. Your hotel is extremely well kept, peaceful and beautiful. A perfect place which we will highly recommend to our friends and for Experience Plus to continue for their cycling groups.
