Altogether had very good 1 night stay. All staff were very pleasant and welcoming in all interactions. The pool was closed in the early evening but staff kindly allowed me to swim. This was appreciated. Only reason not to return is that I have a regular place to stay that was fully booked. My daughter lives in Como and said she had always thought your hotel looked very nice when passing by.

The check-in went so smoothly, we were a big group in town for classes (study abroad) and they made us feel so welcome. The candies at the front desk were also delicious (Gelee candy). We were only stayiing for 3 nights, but it truly was a beautiful experience, especially the breakfast!

We were disappointed with the first room offered as the airconditioning wasn’t working and the room was small and dark. However , the problem was addressed quickly and we were moved to another room the following day. Thanks to Reception for quickly resolving the problem. I want to say thank you to your entire staff for being so warm, friendly and helpful during our stay in Como. Your staff made us feel very welcome And we certainly enjoyed the wonderful breakfast that was provided every morning. Staying at your hotel was a highlight of our trip. Great Hotel – Highly Recommended! This hotel was simply great. The staff were absolutely wonderful – warm, helpful, and always available. The location is excellent, right across from the old city and directly cloze to the lake, about 15 minute walk a way, close to all the shops and restaurants. We had an great stay. Thank you Nani
