The check-in went so smoothly, we were a big group in town for classes (study abroad) and they made us feel so welcome. The candies at the front desk were also delicious (Gelee candy). We were only stayiing for 3 nights, but it truly was a beautiful experience, especially the breakfast!

We were disappointed with the first room offered as the airconditioning wasn’t working and the room was small and dark. However , the problem was addressed quickly and we were moved to another room the following day. Thanks to Reception for quickly resolving the problem. It was like the poor waiters were afraid to even smile or talk with us. We would have appreciated a little interaction. I know it was busy and maybe everyone was stressed.

I would like to express my utmost thanks to Michele- General Manager for his help in retrieving my phone which I accidentally left in the taxi that he called for us on the way to the train station. As soon as I came back to check if I left it at the bench at the front desk, he called the taxi company and the driver confirmed that he found it but was 3 hrs before he could bring it back.He took my information on our next hotel and promised to mail it. In a matter of 2 days,I got my well padded and packed packaged phone with all the money on it.It seemed like a miracle to me.I couldn’t believe I had an angel-Michelle, who didn’t give up and helped me in tracking the delivery. Not only are the staff great but the accommodation,food,cleanliness was superb.I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel. Excellent service and accommodation!

My friend, Cecile lost her phone in a taxi and the hotel manager, Michele Ascione went out of his way to help locate the taxi driver. The phone was found and Michele expedited the shipment of the phone to our next hotel in the Dolomites. I would rate the hotel's service as super EXCELLENT (10+ stars) and special mention to Michele for going out of his way to assist my friend! The receptionists at check-also were very helpful. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious, location was a bit far from the center but this was minor compared to the many positive reasons that the hotel can offer. I would come back here in a heartbeat! Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

I emailed a gentleman at reception a few months ago, after booking, about getting Como football tickets. He was extremely helpful at the time.
