L'hotel si trova in una posizione centrale, comoda per esplorare Tirano e visitare la famosa ferrovia del Bernina. La struttura è elegante e ben curata, con camere moderne, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. Un punto di forza che voglio sottolineare è il *servizio impeccabile* che abbiamo ricevuto durante la nostra permanenza. In particolare, vogliamo fare un ringraziamento speciale al *signore cameriere* che ci ha servito durante la colazione. È stato incredibilmente cortese, professionale e attento a ogni dettaglio. Ogni mattina ci ha accolto con un sorriso e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, facendoci iniziare la giornata con il piede giusto. Thank you to all your staff for their help during our stay. Wait staff during breakfast were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping always giving friendly hello’s when passing in hallways, and same for hotel front office. Location, size of room and staff will have us book this property again for our next stay in Milan.
