This attitude continued throughout our stay. The staff attending at breakfast were very good. They were appropriately attentive, noticed when a particular food was low and refilled it, and kept a very good level of availability at all times.

We were offered a complimentary glass of prosecco each as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and the receptionist ensured we were made to feel really special. Of the 5 hotels we stayed in on our holiday yours was the only one that did something for our celebration and it made it a memorable stay. I would like to commend Giovanni for being the perfect hotel manager ( am not really sure of his proper designation) because he knows how to make the guests feel comfortable and he is solution focused for our questions and concerns on our room specially the internet he went to personally check and get the internet on the smart tv functioning. Also his assistant- Irena - very hands on with the guest needs.
