The young woman who checked us in was an absolute success in making us feel welcomed, conveying to us that nothing was too much trouble and being warm, friendly and professional. This attitude continued throughout our stay. The staff attending at breakfast were very good. They were appropriately attentive, noticed when a particular food was low and refilled it, and kept a very good level of availability at all times.

A huge thanks to the ladies on reception who helped us sort transport to Milan after all the trains were cancelled due to a strike on 28th Feb. They rang around all of the taxi companies and helped arrange taxis when we were all getting rather stressed. They were so kind and helpful and it was much appreciated

The employees at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. The room on the first floor was not very good. It was fully sufficient for one night but the least attractive of the seven hotels we stayed in during our trip.

We were offered a complimentary glass of prosecco each as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and the receptionist ensured we were made to feel really special. Of the 5 hotels we stayed in on our holiday yours was the only one that did something for our celebration and it made it a memorable stay. I would like to commend Giovanni for being the perfect hotel manager ( am not really sure of his proper designation) because he knows how to make the guests feel comfortable and he is solution focused for our questions and concerns on our room specially the internet he went to personally check and get the internet on the smart tv functioning. Also his assistant- Irena - very hands on with the guest needs.

The reception staff were outstanding. So friendly and ao helpful and they seemed genuinely interested in our plans. I'm not sure I've met anyone better in any hotels in terms of making us welcome and the warm feeling we got from your staff.
