The young woman who checked us in was an absolute success in making us feel welcomed, conveying to us that nothing was too much trouble and being warm, friendly and professional. This attitude continued throughout our stay. The staff attending at breakfast were very good. They were appropriately attentive, noticed when a particular food was low and refilled it, and kept a very good level of availability at all times.

A huge thanks to the ladies on reception who helped us sort transport to Milan after all the trains were cancelled due to a strike on 28th Feb. The reception staff were outstanding. So friendly and ao helpful and they seemed genuinely interested in our plans. I'm not sure I've met anyone better in any hotels in terms of making us welcome and the warm feeling we got from your staff. The staff at the Hotel Central Tirano was exceptionally courteous, professional and helpful.
