Irena greeted us on arrival and she was lovely, very informative providing information about our stay at the hotel and suggestions of places to go for our evening meal. We were celebrating our 60 th birthdays and the extra touches of a room upgrade, birthday scroll, chocolates and a glass of fizz made the stay more memorable and was very appreciated. All staff we met were very friendly. You have a lovely hotel and we will recommend.
