Irena greeted us on arrival and she was lovely, very informative providing information about our stay at the hotel and suggestions of places to go for our evening meal. We were celebrating our 60 th birthdays and the extra touches of a room upgrade, birthday scroll, chocolates and a glass of fizz made the stay more memorable and was very appreciated. All staff we met were very friendly. You have a lovely hotel and we will recommend.

Thank you to the front desk staff at Hotel Centrale, Tirano. We enjoyed our stay & the kind welcome, courtesy & friendliness shown to us at all times. Our only reason for not returning again, is because we are from Australia & this will likely be our last trip to Europe.

Mi è piaciuto tutto fin da subito dall'attimo in cui sono entrata nel vostro hotel. La camera bellissima con tante finestre e piacevole sorpresa anche vasca idromassaggio. Gli arredi molto belli. Anche la pulizia perfetta. Grazie X aver reso la nostra piccola vacanza ancora più piacevole. Anche il modo in cui siamo stati accolti molto piacevole.. Grazie di tutto ❤️

Asked gentleman on Reception desk for some more creamer sachets for the room hot drink tray. He proactively offered a small jug of real milk which was really a treat.
