We were offered a complimentary glass of prosecco each as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and the receptionist ensured we were made to feel really special. L'hotel si trova in una posizione centrale, comoda per esplorare Tirano e visitare la famosa ferrovia del Bernina. La struttura è elegante e ben curata, con camere moderne, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. Un punto di forza che voglio sottolineare è il *servizio impeccabile* che abbiamo ricevuto durante la nostra permanenza. In particolare, vogliamo fare un ringraziamento speciale al *signore cameriere* che ci ha servito durante la colazione. È stato incredibilmente cortese, professionale e attento a ogni dettaglio. Ogni mattina ci ha accolto con un sorriso e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, facendoci iniziare la giornata con il piede giusto.
