We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Centrale in Tirano. The staff was professional, friendly, and exceptionally helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax before our Bernina Express trip. The hotel’s location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the train station, restaurants, and the historic center of Tirano. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Centrale to anyone visiting the area.

The young woman who checked us in was an absolute success in making us feel welcomed, conveying to us that nothing was too much trouble and being warm, friendly and professional. This attitude continued throughout our stay. The staff attending at breakfast were very good. Irena greeted us on arrival and she was lovely, very informative providing information about our stay at the hotel and suggestions of places to go for our evening meal. We were celebrating our 60 th birthdays and the extra touches of a room upgrade, birthday scroll, chocolates and a glass of fizz made the stay more memorable and was very appreciated. All staff we met were very friendly. You have a lovely hotel and we will recommend.
