We had a very pleasant stay for our honeymoon here! So satisfied with the location (literally a short walk away from Tirano station) and service. We were so impressed with how spotless the room was. Thank you to the male counter staff on 6 Oct whose service was exceptional in preparing our check in, and the lady staff who kindly allowed us to deposit our luggages before we checked in.

THANK YOU
2026-10-05
The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
2026-10-03
The front staff was very accommodating. The breakfast staff was less so. Food assortment was good. Coffee is important to Americans and wasn’t always front and center. Loved the egg cooker but more signage would have been good. Such as cooking times for different egg stages.

Thank u for a great service
2026-09-10
Thank you for your efforts. However, when I tried to contact you prior to arrival, I couldn’t as the email was for the booking service. Secondly, would have helped if you direct guests to the hotel first, that would have saved a number of blocks, dragging heavy luggage. Overall, probably the best accomodation of our 3 week trip.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel was clean. The staff were very pleasant. I couldn't have wished for anything more. My only criticism which is not the fault of the hotel is that it was very noisy at night. It felt like someone was revving their motorbike and it caused a lot of disturbance.
