Nachdem wir in ein anderes Hotel an unserem gebuchten Standort verlegt worden waren, wurden wir in ein anderes Zimmer geschickt, das ebenfalls kalt war. Als wir die Heizung einschalteten, fiel der Strom aus. Das war eine völlige Überraschung in einem frisch renovierten Zimmer. Glücklicherweise war der Besitzer so nett und suchte uns ein alternatives Hotel. Wir waren nach einem langen Tag sehr müde und hungrig. Wir möchten uns herzlich bei der Dame an der Rezeption für den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Empfang und die Unterbringung bedanken. Es ist ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Vielen Dank 😊😊

Dear Hotel Bernina Team, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to you and your staff for the warm hospitality extended to our group of 23 guests, most of whom are over 70 years of age, during our stay at your hotel on the night of 15 July. We had 12 rooms booked and were all delighted with the service and care we received. As you are aware, due to the disruption in train schedules, our journey from Bergamo Airport to Tirano took over nine hours instead of the expected three. It was a long and difficult day for our group, and the delay significantly affected their peace of mind. We are especially grateful to your kind staff who stayed late into the night and patiently waited to check us in when we finally arrived just before 1am. The hotel facilities were excellent, and your team’s professionalism and kindness made us feel truly welcomed and well looked after. It was a comfort to end such a tiring day with your support.
