We were very grateful for the assistance of the breakfast room attendant in our detached accommodations across from the train station. One morning my wife left her purse there in the basement breakfast room and we didn't realize she didn't have it with her until later in the day. On return to the hotel, we found that the breakfast staff had found purse and turned it in to the main hotel reception desk. Thank you again very much!!

The room was very comfortable. I loved looking out the window to see the Bernina Express. The ceiling windows which opened were very cool. My only interaction with staff was the woman at breakfast and she was very pleasant and accommodating.

Like to acknowledge the housekeeping staff. They were very friendly and attentive. We had a room on the landing, near the fire escape. One sunny afternoon we had come back and had the door open. Suddenly one of the housekeeping staff came running, having noticed the door open. Very impressed with attentiveness to security. We loved our stay- great location, easy access to Train Stations and the lively piazza area.

The two young people (an exceptionally helpful south african man and a young lady) on your service desk at the time of our booking, are an absolute asset to your hotel. We were in the wrong town, no accommodation for the night and panicked. They were so calm, empathetic and provided the best solution for us. Grazie, grazie mille!

We had a lovely stay. Staff were truly wonderful and helpful. They all held their appearance in high regard and represented the hotel beautifully. A lovely room and we enjoyed sitting on the outside terrace. Fabulous location allowing access to towns attractions and so close to the train station.

We were most impressed with the welcome on our arrival by the two staff members. They explained all the devices available to us. The room was lovely , clean & provided everything we needed. We even had the reception staff lend us a Connection to charge my phone as I had left it behind so could charge my phone overnight. Staff in the Restaurant were wonderful as was the ambience of this rooom. Loved our buffet breakfast. Congratulations to management for employing such friendly, dedicated, top attention to guests and welcoming staff. We will highly recommend the Hotel to many friends travelling to Tirano. We are from Australia but have friends travelling next year. A top selection by our German Travel Company to book us into your lovely Hotel. Congratulations in every aspect.
