The receptionist was very patient and kind when the jacuzzi did not provide hot water. Even if your receptionist could not solve the problem, she was very kind and tried to find a solution. We managed ourselves to obtain hot water later on as we discovered the main water tabs on the wall next to the jacuzzi itself.

Wir fanden die Aussicht von Ihrer Dachterrasse wunderschön, auch hier möchten wir uns für den freundlichen Service bedanken.
