Mi è sembrato di tornare a casa, il posto è familiare ed elegante, Il personale è accogliente, attento, efficiente. Con Cassandra mi sembrava di parlare come con un'amica. Il personale della struttura è molto giovane e questo mi è piaciuto molto, sono spontanei ed estremamente educati e gentili. Mi sono trovata benissimo.
