All staff at the Astoria were excellent. Reception staff Stefania and Sorina were so friendly. They were very informative and dealt with any questions we had. Also Iacopo deserves a special thank you as he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had help when we needed it, especially with our wheelchair. He went out of his way to help and always did so with good humour. The lady who managed the breakfast service was super efficient and always very pleasant to guests. We loved staying at the Astoria and felt very at home in the hotel.
