This was our 5th visit to lake garda. The previous visits we stayed in malcesne. So we were unsure what garda town would be like. We didn't think it would be for us but was pleasantly surprised and had a very enjoyable holiday.

Die Mitarbeiter sin tüchtig und freundlich, immer hilfsbereit. Manchmal halt Personel unterbesetzt, dafür manchmal (abends im Retaurant) stehen die Jungs rum und quatschen miteinander.

Luca was so friendly and helpful on the night of our arrival he helped us get a table in restaurant before closing. The girl in the restaurant at breakfast time is very pleasant and appears to be a very efficient member of staff. Also the girl on reception desk unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she is very pleasant too.

All staff at the Astoria were excellent. Reception staff Stefania and Sorina were so friendly. They were very informative and dealt with any questions we had. Also Iacopo deserves a special thank you as he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had help when we needed it, especially with our wheelchair. He went out of his way to help and always did so with good humour. The lady who managed the breakfast service was super efficient and always very pleasant to guests. We loved staying at the Astoria and felt very at home in the hotel.
