Every staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful, from the staff at the main desk to restaurant and housekeeping. On that end, Davide at the pool provided the best service I have ever received at a hotel or resort, he is a tremendous asset to your organization and I hope that is recognized and reciprocated.

I can't compliment the hotel staff enough for helping make my Amalfi Coast holiday extremely memorable. I received prompt, friendly and outstanding service from Giuseppe, Francesco, Lina, Giada and Enzo. They made me feel like a valued guest. The restaurant staff who tended to our needs during breakfast and our dinner at Ristorante Franchino (whose names I do not know) also were excellent. The only reason it wasn't a 10/10 was the lack of assistance to help us from the pier where we were dropped off by the water taxi that you arranged. We were promised to be greeted by you and helped, but no one was there to help with luggage. The booking process was very good, and thanks for helping arrange transport by water taxi. Thanks as well for upgrading our room to help us celebrate our honeymoon. We stayed at Onde Verde for our first holiday together in 2023, and we are so glad we came back for our honeymoon in June 2025. We will come back in the future!

Thank you to the incredible front desk staff who were so helpful and responsive! Especially over WhatsApp when our trains from Rome kept getting delayed. They helped us schedule tours (Pompeii was awesome) and water taxis and answered all the random questions we had!! Also major thanks to Tomas, our taxi driver from the train station to the hotel for waiting as we worked out the cancelled train situation. Additionally all of our taxis (car and water) were lovely. Alfredo from the La Sibilla was incredible and made our water taxi journey to Positano so lovely. Additional thanks to David by the pool for his incredible service and bright energy every day by the pool! We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back someday. Will also recommend to anyone coming to the Amalfi coast as praiano was perfectly peaceful compared to other areas on the coast.

The Sofia suite was flat out stunning. Every detail of that suite was perfect and the view from the bed was out of a magazine or travel show. The balcony with the loungers was perfect as well. The wine fridge instead of the mini fridge, heated towel rack, towel space in the shower, etc. topped any other suite we stayed at other resorts. All staff members were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience better. Specifically, Davide at the pool bar area was always hustling and on top of everything. Would 1000% come back. Restaurant produced one of the best dishes my wife had all of the trip. I like how all rooms had corkscrews in them. My only constructive comment is to have a steamer in the non suite rooms instead of an iron. (We stayed in a regular room instead of the suite our last night there. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

We thought the hotel was fantastically presented, we didn't notice any areas that looked untidy or unloved - it shows that all of the staff and management have a pride in the property and their service to the guests. The half board option was also great - when we have stayed in other places that don't offer evening meals it can be quite stressful finding places to eat. Also if you pay up front for the meals then you don't have to worry about the cost of meals when you arrive. I hope you guys can rest up during winter and take a well earned break. Thank you again. Bery pleasant greeting every morning for breakfast from the owner of the restaurant. She was absolutely wonderful. And Francesco was very helpful at the front desk with information and scheduling of our needs. Every request was met by the entire staff at all times. Out stay of the was perfecto.

A very enjoyable stay, with pleasant staff making sure any needs were quickly dealt with. Rooms could do with more comfortable beds and walk in showers (ours didn't have one). A slightly more varied dinner menu would also be welcome delivering a wider variety of foods across a broader price range.

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal and we would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for accommodations in the area. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind and our stay was a highlight of our trip exploring Italy.

Guiseppe and Lena were absolutely amazing!! They helped us tremendously with water taxis, restaurant reservations, even our shopping experience. The best was Guiseppe wouldn’t let us carry our luggage to our room. He insisted on carrying it all himself. Loved seeing their friendly smiles every morning.
