Our room was gorgeous, we loved the new infinity pool, the location was great and convenient to all the places we wanted to visit, and we are especially helpful for all the restaurant tips and help making reservations for things like parasailing, water taxis, and more! It was also very much appreciated that the restaurant and kitchen teams were so helpful and accommodating for all of my food allergies to help make me feel safe, but still able to enjoy the food! The only reason it wasn't a 10/10 was the lack of assistance to help us from the pier where we were dropped off by the water taxi that you arranged. We were promised to be greeted by you and helped, but no one was there to help with luggage. The booking process was very good, and thanks for helping arrange transport by water taxi. Thanks as well for upgrading our room to help us celebrate our honeymoon. We stayed at Onde Verde for our first holiday together in 2023, and we are so glad we came back for our honeymoon in June 2025. We will come back in the future!

Thank you to the incredible front desk staff who were so helpful and responsive! Especially over WhatsApp when our trains from Rome kept getting delayed. They helped us schedule tours (Pompeii was awesome) and water taxis and answered all the random questions we had!! Also major thanks to Tomas, our taxi driver from the train station to the hotel for waiting as we worked out the cancelled train situation. Additionally all of our taxis (car and water) were lovely. Alfredo from the La Sibilla was incredible and made our water taxi journey to Positano so lovely. Additional thanks to David by the pool for his incredible service and bright energy every day by the pool! We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back someday. Will also recommend to anyone coming to the Amalfi coast as praiano was perfectly peaceful compared to other areas on the coast.

The Sofia suite was flat out stunning. Every detail of that suite was perfect and the view from the bed was out of a magazine or travel show. The balcony with the loungers was perfect as well. The wine fridge instead of the mini fridge, heated towel rack, towel space in the shower, etc. topped any other suite we stayed at other resorts. All staff members were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience better. Specifically, Davide at the pool bar area was always hustling and on top of everything. Would 1000% come back. Restaurant produced one of the best dishes my wife had all of the trip. I like how all rooms had corkscrews in them. My only constructive comment is to have a steamer in the non suite rooms instead of an iron. (We stayed in a regular room instead of the suite our last night there. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

Hotel Onda Verde was the perfect first stop on our honeymoon and set the bar for every hotel after. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Hotel Onda Verde. The room was superb and we are pleased that we stayed for 2 nights to fully enjoy the hotel (originally we had only booked for 1 night). All of the staff were very professional, and the service was delivered in a friendly way, which we appreciated. The food and wine offerings were excellent, thank you, we hope to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. it is absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing with an amazing view. Breakfast every morning was fabulous. Everyone was so approachable and courteous. Most especially, I want to say that David who was working the bar outside was the nicest, most pleasant and friendly person. I can’t say enough about how wonderful and gracious he was to us.

This hotel was a highlight of our honeymoon trip and we will remember it forever. The staff member in the pool and bar area were great! So helpful and kind going above and beyond what we would expect. we were blown away by the views, Great room, and delicious breakfast. we will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone coming to the area. We arrived very early to check-in (8am), but we were able to leave our luggage at the desk. We were able to enjoy and explore the area around us while we waited and by 12pm our room was ready even though check in isn’t until 2pm. They found us on the property, showed us our room and had already brought our bags to the room! Every single person on staff were wonderful and we would highly recommend anyone else to stay at Hotel Onda Verde.

Honestly the most wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a boat tour taxis massage and they were so helpful with these. Thank you for making our anniversary so special - room 118 we left our bottle of Prosecco but I would love for staff to share this as a thanks from us.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel and appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness! My husband reached out with some questions before we got to the hotel, and your staff was quick in replying and very helpful. The staff arranged transportation and excursions for us, which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet was delicious and so many choices of delicious food.
