Our room was gorgeous, we loved the new infinity pool, the location was great and convenient to all the places we wanted to visit, and we are especially helpful for all the restaurant tips and help making reservations for things like parasailing, water taxis, and more! It was also very much appreciated that the restaurant and kitchen teams were so helpful and accommodating for all of my food allergies to help make me feel safe, but still able to enjoy the food! We can't wait to come back again!

The only reason it wasn't a 10/10 was the lack of assistance to help us from the pier where we were dropped off by the water taxi that you arranged. We were promised to be greeted by you and helped, but no one was there to help with luggage. The booking process was very good, and thanks for helping arrange transport by water taxi. Thanks as well for upgrading our room to help us celebrate our honeymoon. We stayed at Onde Verde for our first holiday together in 2023, and we are so glad we came back for our honeymoon in June 2025. We will come back in the future!

Thank you to the incredible front desk staff who were so helpful and responsive! Especially over WhatsApp when our trains from Rome kept getting delayed. They helped us schedule tours (Pompeii was awesome) and water taxis and answered all the random questions we had!! Also major thanks to Tomas, our taxi driver from the train station to the hotel for waiting as we worked out the cancelled train situation. Additionally all of our taxis (car and water) were lovely. Alfredo from the La Sibilla was incredible and made our water taxi journey to Positano so lovely. Additional thanks to David by the pool for his incredible service and bright energy every day by the pool! We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back someday. Will also recommend to anyone coming to the Amalfi coast as praiano was perfectly peaceful compared to other areas on the coast.

The Sofia suite was flat out stunning. Every detail of that suite was perfect and the view from the bed was out of a magazine or travel show. The balcony with the loungers was perfect as well. The wine fridge instead of the mini fridge, heated towel rack, towel space in the shower, etc. topped any other suite we stayed at other resorts. All staff members were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience better. Specifically, Davide at the pool bar area was always hustling and on top of everything. Would 1000% come back. Restaurant produced one of the best dishes my wife had all of the trip. I like how all rooms had corkscrews in them. My only constructive comment is to have a steamer in the non suite rooms instead of an iron. (We stayed in a regular room instead of the suite our last night there. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

Hotel Onda Verde was the perfect first stop on our honeymoon and set the bar for every hotel after. The views were absolutely stunning, and the location offered a peaceful escape while still being just 20 minutes from both Amalfi and Positano. The staff were incredibly accommodating—helping us arrange taxis, massages, and tours with ease. Their service was fast, friendly, and professional, and they spoke excellent English. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Onda Verde is a hidden gem on the Amalfi Coast!

My rating on check in relates to settling with car driver service. I was unable to connect to internet at curb or in main lobby to access pay online. Felt rushed and bothered by staff that it was not happening fast enough. Dampened check in reception and opening impressions. We arrived very early to check-in (8am), but we were able to leave our luggage at the desk. We were able to enjoy and explore the area around us while we waited and by 12pm our room was ready even though check in isn’t until 2pm. We thought the hotel was fantastically presented, we didn't notice any areas that looked untidy or unloved - it shows that all of the staff and management have a pride in the property and their service to the guests. The half board option was also great - when we have stayed in other places that don't offer evening meals it can be quite stressful finding places to eat. Also if you pay up front for the meals then you don't have to worry about the cost of meals when you arrive. I hope you guys can rest up during winter and take a well earned break. Thank you again. Lina and Giuseppe helped us SO much every day of our stay. One day it was raining and we needed to reschedule a boat tour we booked through another company. Guiseppe had a new one booked in minutes. Our luggage was lost on our flight there and Lina spent 2 days calling on our behalf, working with multiple taxis to get it back for us. We never would’ve gotten it back without the help of the hotel. The staff here go above and beyond and do it all with a smile on their faces.
