Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich beim Service Team beim Frühstück und Abendessen bedanken. Alle waren durchweg sehr aufmerksam und haben einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Besonderes Highlight war der zweite Nachtisch den wir bekommen haben, nachdem wir geäußert hatten, dass er unschlagbar lecker war und wir gerne noch mehr davon hätten. Dies haben wir im Spaß gesagt und sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir vertröstet werden. Es hat jedoch keine 3 Minuten gedauert und wir hatten noch eine zweite Portion des Desserts auf dem Tisch stehen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür! Des Weiteren ein Riesen Lob an die Damen die täglich unser Zimmer gereinigt haben, es war alles sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt

We really liked your service for fresh coffee in the morning. "Coffee machine? That's our man behind the bar." ;)) It really gives the Italian vibe. We had a very good experience with your hotel, we found the staff very friendly, polite and 100% service (powerful team), from room cleaning to breakfast and bar personel! The room, ski room and sauna, hallway clean and modern. Compliments!

Your staff are all so friendly and helpful, they really made our holiday great. The hotel is great, clean, well located and beautifully furnished. Food was delicious with a great choice, clearer information on the fact that the children could order some simple food that was not on the menu from day one rather than a few days into our holiday would have helped them. We did use the spa facilities at both Medzi and Recort as they had pools and you could wear costumes there. These are important to us for relaxation and if you can't provide this, could you arrange a partnership so your guests could use their facilities?

Complienti per la cura con cui tutti gli spazi della struttura venivano puliti e sistemati tutti i giorni. Abbiamo avuto alcune difficoltà a trasferire ai ragazzi/e di sala le nostre scelte per la cena. Forse un modello diverso del menù potrebbe aiutare il cliente e i ragazzi/e ad intentendere più velocemente e efficacemente le scelte dei clienti.

Very nice hospitality and perfect service in the reception, bar and restaurant. Perfect roomservice and good food. Really nice spa, men please make it optional to wear close og not. No hygienic reason to ban bikine/trunks, just old nazi stupidity. And could the cold pool have at cleaner to remove the (pubic-)hair from the surface? Takes some of the well-being ;-)
