Karolina met us at Via Vittoria and was very helpful in processing our arrival and showing us to our apartment. She made us feel very welcome and Mr Effisio and Daniele were also very welcoming and helpful at all times. We love staying at Incentrum because of the location, the room facilities and the friendly and helpful staff.

Io e mia moglie Valentina ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'appartamento era arredato anche con quadri/litografie di importanti autori e disponeva di pezzi di design. Sono stati tutti gentilissimi con noi, speriamo di poterci rivedere a gennaio/febbraio; l'Istituzione per cui lavoro non ha rinnovato la convenzione ma cercherò comunque di optare per i Vostri servizi anche pagando una differenza.
