We throughly enjoyed our stay at Borgo San Gregorio. We loved the food, wine, wine testing and cellar tour (big thank you to Rosella (I hope I have her name right). And after a very long day and delicious dinner, we had one of the best sleeps in the dimore (mattress and pillows were so comfy!) during our little road trip. I hope to return soon and drink more of you lovely sparkling wine.

The wine tour guide, Marco, was particularly good - an excellent mix of Italian warmth and enthusiasm for the wine and region; alongside the dedicated customer service he perhaps learned or honed during his time in the USA. It was an interesting and informative tour, with generous portions The restaurant staff at dinner and breakfast were all excellent- friendly, attentive, but not intrusive. We were impressed that our pre-noted (minor) food allergies were paid attention to. The breakfast was the best “experience” we ever had at that mealtime. Every single worker we met was absolutely amazing. They spoke English very well and always were willing to help with anything we needed with a smile on their face. The hospitality was 10/10! Marco also went above and beyond for us and made sure we had everything we wanted/needed. Our server at breakfast was also amazing.
