The views are breathtaking. The cuisine is exquisite, prepared with love and regional ingredients combined in the most delightfully curious ways by Chef Antonio Minichiello. He even came out to say hello towards the meal's end. The wine is world class, as is the staff. Everyone we encountered (esp. Maria, Martina, the waitstaff upstairs, our sommelier Marco and others) were polylingual and so helpful, sweet and lovely. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day. It was both amazing and unreal.

Extreme thanks to restaurant’s chef and staff. Dinners were deserving a Michelin star. Restaurant manager was very nice and welcoming, you can see that a person loves his job. Living room and kitchen area is a good idea, makes you feel at home. Nature surrounding the wine resort is also fascinating.

Siamo stati davvero molto contenti. Non abbiamo avuto il tempo di fare una visita alla cantina ma la faremo un'altra volta. Abbiamo comunque degustato i vini la sera a cena. Conoscevamo naturalmente e abbiamo da sempre apprezzato i vostri vini più diffusi nei ristoranti, ma è stato interessante conoscerne di nuovi. La struttura è molto bella e il personale tutto, anche nella sala ristorante, è davvero perfetto.

Small details like the valet tray by the bedside, toothbrush cup in the bathroom & the mini bar being refreshed daily all lend to a luxurious and thoughtful stay. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Borgo San Gregorio. We loved the food, wine, wine testing and cellar tour (big thank you to Rosella (I hope I have her name right). And after a very long day and delicious dinner, we had one of the best sleeps in the dimore (mattress and pillows were so comfy!) during our little road trip. I hope to return soon and drink more of you lovely sparkling wine.

The wine tour guide, Marco, was particularly good - an excellent mix of Italian warmth and enthusiasm for the wine and region; alongside the dedicated customer service he perhaps learned or honed during his time in the USA. It was an interesting and informative tour, with generous portions The restaurant staff at dinner and breakfast were all excellent- friendly, attentive, but not intrusive. We were impressed that our pre-noted (minor) food allergies were paid attention to. The breakfast was the best “experience” we ever had at that mealtime.
