We throughly enjoyed our stay at Borgo San Gregorio. We loved the food, wine, wine testing and cellar tour (big thank you to Rosella (I hope I have her name right). And after a very long day and delicious dinner, we had one of the best sleeps in the dimore (mattress and pillows were so comfy!) during our little road trip. I hope to return soon and drink more of you lovely sparkling wine.

The wine tour guide, Marco, was particularly good - an excellent mix of Italian warmth and enthusiasm for the wine and region; alongside the dedicated customer service he perhaps learned or honed during his time in the USA. It was an interesting and informative tour, with generous portions The restaurant staff at dinner and breakfast were all excellent- friendly, attentive, but not intrusive. We were impressed that our pre-noted (minor) food allergies were paid attention to. The breakfast was the best “experience” we ever had at that mealtime. Lovely flavours also My wife is from Campania, and you made her emotionally proud that a place of such high standards exists in her region

Un esperienza unica, in una delle cantine più belle e importanti d’Italia. La visita in cantina e la degustazione dei vini, mi ha fatto capire quanto importante sia il territorio, creando un vero e proprio legame con le famiglie del luogo, penso che sia una cosa meravigliosa e rara. Il ristorante è bellissimo in chiave moderna, dove si possono degustare non solo i vini dell’azienda, ma anche dei piatti gourmet con materie prime del territorio a km0. Every single worker we met was absolutely amazing. They spoke English very well and always were willing to help with anything we needed with a smile on their face. The hospitality was 10/10! Marco also went above and beyond for us and made sure we had everything we wanted/needed. Our server at breakfast was also amazing. I don't remember her name, but she served us on Saturday and Sunday. My husband and I also did the 8-course dinner on Friday night and it was the best meal I've ever had. Our stay and overall experience was truly incredible. We were so impressed by the team, hospitality, communication, and excellence with which Borgo San Gregorio operates. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again, and we have already recommended the property & BSG products to others. There are a couple of staff names that unfortunately I cannot recall, but we had a great experience with everyone. Huge praise for Michael who did our wine tour; he is so knowledgable and was so kind to answer our many questions. Other people we interacted with who did an incredible job as well were: Marco, Celina, and Julia // Special shout out to Chef Antonio as well. Our meals were fabulous (and we go to Michelin restaurants all over the world), and we appreciated him both taking a photo with us and saying hello during dinner. We also felt the tour was a very unique experience where we enjoyed knowing more about the design and architecture of the facility, but also the comprehensive information that was shared of the entire winemaking process from start to finish. Other unique offerings that we thoroughly enjoyed were the aperitivo & dj experience, the incredible dinner & wine pairings we had, as well as our expansive, well curated breakfast. It's clear that every detail is well thought out in every aspect of Borgo San Gregorio. We can't say enough good things!
