Excelente servicio! En todo momento fueron serviciales y atentos a hacer de nuestra estadía un momento especial. Tiene la mejor vista al lago! Buen desayuno y posibilidad de cenar ahi mismo. Las habitaciones son prolijas y muy limpias, el personal MUY AMABLE! Alleghe es un pueblo de cuentos de hadas y este Hotel tiene la mejor orientaciön al lago.

We arrived very late to the hotel on Friday 13th February. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman on the desk but he was extremely helpful and friendly, went through everything efficiently for us and as I was (trying) to speak Italian he spoke Italian back to me which I really appreciated.
