Il vostro è un ambiente dove ci si sente coccolati, con un sorriso sincero che scalda il cuore e con l'altissima professionalità del personale, eccellente il maître Roberto, che sa trattare ogni cliente con attenzione e cordialità, ma gentilissimi e disponibilissimi anche tutti i camerieri, in particolare, il mio elogio va a Pino, Vincenzo, Max, Rosa, che ho avuto il piacere di conoscere di più e alla fantastica Maria con le sue prelibatezze mattutine.

Che dire? Venire all'hotel Torino è un appuntamento d'obbligo nelle estati, ormai dal 2009. Conto di soggiornare qualche giorno a Pasqua 2026, come già detto a Serena (01-07.04.2026). L'accoglienza e la professionalità con cui sapete tutti voi gestire il cliente sono eccellenti; mi rammarico che molte persone si lamentino e non sappiano apprezzare. I miei amici lo fanno, invece. Grazie di tutte le vostre premure ed attenzioni, dalla Direzione, alle ragazze del 4° piano, alla mitica sala ristorante che Roberto, Pino, Max e Jessica rendono unica. Lo staff è stato eccezionale. Dalla reception, alle signore che hanno pulito la stanza, passando per servizio ristorazione (tutti gentilissimi, solari ed efficienti). Bravissima e veloce la signora al servizio colazione (uova…) molto veloce, educata e capace di servire tutti a ritmi eccellenti. Durante la cena abbiamo trovato uno staff attento alle nostre esigenze e alla nostra piccola di due anni. Torneremo!

We thoroughly enjoyed or holiday at Hotel Torino. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and were always willing to please and help. The room was lovely, and contained the best shower I have ever seen, in any hotel around the world. Breakfast was great with plenty of friendly staff to keep things moving along. La colazione era ottima con un’ampia varietà di scelta tra dolce e salato che si svolgeva sulla terrazza con una vista splendida, ed il ristorante la sera una delizia!! Una settimana molto romantica, tra la camera deluxe favolosa con doccia emozionale ed ogni confort, e la jacuzzi al 5 piano disponibile in qualsiasi momento! Abbiamo inoltre conosciuto un team (da serena alla reception, ai camerieri) eccezionale, disponibili, gentili e sempre pronti a strapparti un sorriso! Questo posto ci ha rubato davvero il cuore… e ovviamente torneremo presto!! Grazie ancora a tutti per questa vacanza rigenerante!

Voglio ringraziare tutti ma proprio tutto per il servizio eccellente ricevuto. Mi sono sentita coccolata fin dalla prima telefonata alla prenotazione. I camerieri in sala tutti preparati e anche simpatici, il mio preferito era Francesco di soli 20 anni ma con una eleganza e preparazione impeccabile. Anche la signora che ci rifaceva la stanza era molto gentile e attenta alla pulizia. Ho girato parecchi alberghi e devo dire che così belli moderni e puliti non li ho mai trovati. Complimenti anche alla cucina per la varietà dei menu. La piscina un’oasi di pace. La terrazza dove si fa colazione ha un panorama meraviglioso ma io ero molto più incuriosita dalla quantità e dalla scelta tra frutta dolci e anche il salato preparato al momento.Spero di tornare presto, magari a settembre.

Siamo state ospiti dell’hotel per una settimana e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatte. La pulizia delle camere era impeccabile, la doccia molto spaziosa e i letti comodi, perfetti per un riposo rigenerante. La colazione è stata sempre abbondante e varia, con un’ottima scelta tra dolce e salato e prodotti freschi ogni mattina. Lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, accogliente anche con i più piccoli, sempre con grande simpatia e professionalità. Un ringraziamento particolare va al maître Roberto: presente ma mai invadente, si è dimostrato attento e premuroso. Seguo un’alimentazione senza glutine e ho sempre trovato piatti adatti a me anche adattati sul momento o fuori menù. La posizione dell’hotel si è rivelata perfetta: vicino al centro ma in una zona tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Ich war durch meine Allergie auf Olivenöl für das Servicepersonal und die Küche kein einfacher Gast aber es wurde immer sorgfältig und mit grosser Höflichkeit darauf geachtet und das für mich mögliche Menu für den Folgetag besprochen. Ein grosse Lob und ein noch grösseres Dankeschön. So wurde unser Aufenthalt in Italien auch ohne Olivenöl ein Erlebnis. Sie haben das beinahe Unmögliche möglich gemacht! This was our 4th time that we stayed at Torino. We like the atmosphere of the hotel. The neat rooms. During dinner the staff work together. We never had to wait long for our plates. Offcourse it is Roberto who is always able to give the quests a warm welcome. He works very hard, like the others, but he also takes the time to make little jokes. Make others laugh.

Die Mehrsprachigkeit und große Aufmerksamkeit des Service-Personals (insbesondere Roberto), samt Erklärungen zum jeweiligen Gericht, ist äußerst lobenswert. Ausgezeichnete Küche! Perfekt organisierter Frühstücks-Service, insbesondere zu jeweils gewünschtem Kaffee/Expresso etc. ohne "ewige" Wartezeiten. Das Frühstück auf der Panorma-Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Ce qui m'aurait fait plaisir c'est une petite attention en tant que bon client un petit chocolat en plus, ou un petit café offert bref un petit un geste. Vous avez eu une chouette idée de mettre un spa, sauna, baignoire a remous. Maintenant impossible pour nous de redressandre a une chambre inférieure. Bien cordialement

Sie haben ein außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Durch die zentrale Lage ist in Diano Marina alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Über das Essensangebot, das gilt für Frühstück (auf einer tollen Frühstücksterrasse) und Abendessen waren waren wir begeistert. Einziger Wermutstropfen: wenn der Essensraum im EG voll belegt ist, ist es sehr laut, die Kommunikation am Tisch ist dann schwierig.

Le samedi 31/5 à l'accueil une dame très bien, chaleureuse et arrangeante........ Pour le départ et le coup du parking ! Beaucoup moins bien !! Surtout que sur la note ils avaient oublié de nous compter le restaurant du samedi soir (2 repas +des boissons) à peu près 120 euros et c'est nous qui leur avons signalé cet oubli !!! Je pense que les 4h en plus de parking elle aurait pu nous l'offrir ???? À bon entendeur !!

Ihre Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, besonders ein älterer Herr im Frühstücksraum /Speiseraum, der seit mehreren Jahren bereits bei euch arbeitet. Auch finde ich die Jessy sehr freundlich! Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut, das einzige was man noch verbessern könnte wäre die Möglichkeit frischen Orangensaft zu pressen und die Brotauswahl etwas ausdehnen. Alles in allem muss ich sagen das es sehr schön ist, sehr freundliche und herzliche Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

La struttura è favolosa, numerosi servizi anche per i bambini piccoli, cosa davvero difficile da trovare negli alberghi. Sehr geehrte Geschäftsleitung, wir durften eine Woche in Ihrem Haus Urlaub machen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir möchten auf diesem Wege gerne noch ein Lob bzgl. Ihrem Personal aussprechen. Wir haben immer alle als sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich erlebt. Sie trugen dazu bei, dass man schon am Morgen gute Laune bekam und man sich auf das Abendessen schon ab 18.00 Uhr freute. Das Essen und die Getränke wurden zügig serviert und zu Essen war für jeden genug da. Leider sind wir der italienischen Sprache nicht mächtig, umso angenehmer war es, dass wir dem Personal unsere Wünsche trotzdem mitteilen könnten. Die Sauberkeit in Ihrem Haus war Dank Ihrer Mitarbeiter/Innen einzigartig und ist nicht selbstverständlich. Das haben wir in anderen Häusern auch schon anders erlebt.
