We felt really well looked after. The breakfast staff made sure that my wife (Gluten free) was provided for. The reception staff gave us a huge amount of advice and helped us make arrangements such as free transfers or taxis, restaurant bookings and local ideas. Grazie, io e mia moglie siamo stati meravigliosamente. Tutto il personale è stato cortese ed efficiente, in ogni occasione: reception, pulizie, sale pranzo e colazione. Il mio ricordo più bello è legato al massaggio rilassante (da solo e con mia moglie): ragazze bravissime, cortesi, persino la musica di sottofondo (orientale) era perfetta. Piscina sempre in ordine e pulita, come la nostra camera e tutti gli ambienti comuni.

Allerdings ist wahrscheinlich ein kleines Versehen passiert, wir haben eine Weinprobe für 15€ bestellt und gemacht. auf der Rechnung wurden dann zwei Weinproben zu 30€ abgerechnet, obwohl wir nur eine Weinprobe gemacht, Ich habe die Rechnung erst später zu Hause nochmal geprüft. Ein Störfaktor möchte ich dennoch ansprechen, welcher aber nicht direkt in Ihrem Machbereich liegt. Der unnötige Lärm von aufgedrehten Autos und Motorrädern vor dem Hotel. Es ist ein rücksichtloses Verhalten, nicht nur in Italien, auch bei uns zu Hause. Aber da könnte man zum Wohle der Gäste und Besucher einmal intervenieren.Vielen Dank.

Nous avons invité un couple d’amis pour les remercier. Nous ne connaissions pas l’hôtel. J’ai donc tenté ma chance en espérant avoir fait le bon choix…..Au final, Nous avons eu un séjour parfait. La réception avec un service impeccable, un accompagnement pour garer le véhicule impeccable aussi. Puis, les chambres spacieuses, agréables, très propres, le service spa plus apéritif au 5eme au top, le dîner en demie pension avec un repas et un service au top aussi. Un verre au bar avant de rentrer en chambre avec une serveuse attentionnée et souriante malgré l’heure tardive, un petit déjeuner de très haut niveau, un service incroyable, un personnel qui vous reconnaît du soir au matin, nous n’avions pas rencontré cette situation depuis bien longtemps. Le seul point qu’il faudrait tenter d’améliorer, c’est le bruit dans la salle des petits déjeuners. Du coup nous avons déménagé sur la terrasse. Mais l’offre, le service tout était de haut niveau. Bravo pour votre façon de travailler et merci pour le plaisir que l’équipe nous a offert durant ce court séjour. Oui reviendrons à coup sûr passer quelques jours de détente au moment de la plage. Wir kommen seit ca. 15 Jahren immer an Ostern in das Hotel Torino. Die Zimmer, der Service, das überaus freundliche und kompetente Personal lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Tag fängt immer bei einem guten Frühstück an und da ist nicht nur der wunderbare Ausblicke auf der Terrasse, sondern auch die reichliche Auswahl und vor allem und dass ist besonders zu erwähnen, das extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal zu erwähnen. Alle Mitarbeiter verdienen hier wirklich ein großes Lob, ebenso wie die Geschäftsführung die jährlich Neuerungen und Modernisierung durchfährt. Aktuell wird gerade der neue Parkplatz gepflastert, der Barbereich mit Aussenterrasse wurde neu gestaltet, was zu einem gemütlichen Verweilen einlädt. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächste Besuch im Hotel Torino.

Mir gefiel insbesondere die Einrichtung im Foyer, die Aufzüge, und der Etagen mit all den liebevoll gestalteten Sitzgelegenheiten, Kissen. Bilder. In meinem Zimmer habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war Zimmer 209 und ich mochte das bequeme Bett, den Kleiderschrank mit Beleuchtung und das schöne Bad mit dem Lichtkonzept. Das ganze Hotel war so sauber und gepflegt. Auch waren alle Mitarbeiter*innen vom Zimmerservice über Rezeption, Küche. Bar und Restaurant sehr nett und aufmerksam. Besonders hat mich der Frühstücksraum im 5ten Stock begeistert. Er hat soviel Flair und ist lichtdurchflutet. Im ganzen Haus atmet Gastfreundschaft und Bella Italia. Ich komme gerne wieder. Solche Häuser gibt es nicht mehr viele. Ihr Haus hat Seele🍃🌹🌞🌞🌞🌺

Che dire? Venire all'hotel Torino è un appuntamento d'obbligo nelle estati, ormai dal 2009. Conto di soggiornare qualche giorno a Pasqua 2026, come già detto a Serena (01-07.04.2026). L'accoglienza e la professionalità con cui sapete tutti voi gestire il cliente sono eccellenti; mi rammarico che molte persone si lamentino e non sappiano apprezzare. I miei amici lo fanno, invece. Grazie di tutte le vostre premure ed attenzioni, dalla Direzione, alle ragazze del 4° piano, alla mitica sala ristorante che Roberto, Pino, Max e Jessica rendono unica. The room was lovely, and contained the best shower I have ever seen, in any hotel around the world. Breakfast was great with plenty of friendly staff to keep things moving along. Questo hotel è davvero un sogno! Abbiamo trascorso, io e il mio compagno, una settimana in mezza pensione e non c’è stato nulla che non andasse. La colazione era ottima con un’ampia varietà di scelta tra dolce e salato che si svolgeva sulla terrazza con una vista splendida, ed il ristorante la sera una delizia!! Una settimana molto romantica, tra la camera deluxe favolosa con doccia emozionale ed ogni confort, e la jacuzzi al 5 piano disponibile in qualsiasi momento! Abbiamo inoltre conosciuto un team (da serena alla reception, ai camerieri) eccezionale, disponibili, gentili e sempre pronti a strapparti un sorriso! Questo posto ci ha rubato davvero il cuore… e ovviamente torneremo presto!! Grazie ancora a tutti per questa vacanza rigenerante!

Volevo ringraziare per la meravigliosa fuga dalla realtà che ho potuto provare soggiornando nel vostro hotel. Innanzitutto ringrazio che ci siano delle strutture che accettino i nostri piccoli compagni di avventura (i cagnolini) e soprattutto per non farci sentire a disagio per questo. L'accoglienza è stata professionale e gentile, sempre con il sorriso; la camera era pulitissima e ordinata oltre ad avere una meravigliosa terrazza anch'essa in ordine. Un ringraziamento speciale a chi si occupa del servizio della colazione perchè oltre alla gustosissima e vastissima scelta c'è una cura e un'attenzione speciale nei confronti di tutti. Grazie e torneremo sicuramente, con il nostro Leone.
