Wir kommen seit ca. 15 Jahren immer an Ostern in das Hotel Torino. Die Zimmer, der Service, das überaus freundliche und kompetente Personal lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Tag fängt immer bei einem guten Frühstück an und da ist nicht nur der wunderbare Ausblicke auf der Terrasse, sondern auch die reichliche Auswahl und vor allem und dass ist besonders zu erwähnen, das extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal zu erwähnen. Alle Mitarbeiter verdienen hier wirklich ein großes Lob, ebenso wie die Geschäftsführung die jährlich Neuerungen und Modernisierung durchfährt. Aktuell wird gerade der neue Parkplatz gepflastert, der Barbereich mit Aussenterrasse wurde neu gestaltet, was zu einem gemütlichen Verweilen einlädt. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächste Besuch im Hotel Torino.

Sehr ❤️ herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese schöne Zeit in Ihrem wunderschönen Hotel mit all den freundlichen Menschen und einem Top-Service. Mir gefiel insbesondere die Einrichtung im Foyer, die Aufzüge, und der Etagen mit all den liebevoll gestalteten Sitzgelegenheiten, Kissen. Bilder. In meinem Zimmer habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war Zimmer 209 und ich mochte das bequeme Bett, den Kleiderschrank mit Beleuchtung und das schöne Bad mit dem Lichtkonzept. Das ganze Hotel war so sauber und gepflegt. Auch waren alle Mitarbeiter*innen vom Zimmerservice über Rezeption, Küche. Bar und Restaurant sehr nett und aufmerksam. Besonders hat mich der Frühstücksraum im 5ten Stock begeistert. Er hat soviel Flair und ist lichtdurchflutet. Im ganzen Haus atmet Gastfreundschaft und Bella Italia. Ich komme gerne wieder. Solche Häuser gibt es nicht mehr viele. Ihr Haus hat Seele🍃🌹🌞🌞🌞🌺

Im Ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt. Abgesehen von der ringhörigkeit der Zimmer und der, für Schweizer, zum Teil falschen Bezeichnung der Menu-Speisen. Z.B. “Bratkartoffeln” sind für Schweizer nicht Pommes, 🍟 😃wie bekommen. Omlette sind in Italien Frittata, bei uns französische Omlettes. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super und das Personal überaus zuvorkommend und höflich.

Che dire? Venire all'hotel Torino è un appuntamento d'obbligo nelle estati, ormai dal 2009. Conto di soggiornare qualche giorno a Pasqua 2026, come già detto a Serena (01-07.04.2026). L'accoglienza e la professionalità con cui sapete tutti voi gestire il cliente sono eccellenti; mi rammarico che molte persone si lamentino e non sappiano apprezzare. I miei amici lo fanno, invece. Grazie di tutte le vostre premure ed attenzioni, dalla Direzione, alle ragazze del 4° piano, alla mitica sala ristorante che Roberto, Pino, Max e Jessica rendono unica. Durante la cena abbiamo trovato uno staff attento alle nostre esigenze e alla nostra piccola di due anni. Torneremo!

We thoroughly enjoyed or holiday at Hotel Torino. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and were always willing to please and help. The room was lovely, and contained the best shower I have ever seen, in any hotel around the world. Breakfast was great with plenty of friendly staff to keep things moving along. The chef cooking the eggs, omelettes and pancakes was excellent.

Questo hotel è davvero un sogno! Abbiamo trascorso, io e il mio compagno, una settimana in mezza pensione e non c’è stato nulla che non andasse. La colazione era ottima con un’ampia varietà di scelta tra dolce e salato che si svolgeva sulla terrazza con una vista splendida, ed il ristorante la sera una delizia!! Una settimana molto romantica, tra la camera deluxe favolosa con doccia emozionale ed ogni confort, e la jacuzzi al 5 piano disponibile in qualsiasi momento! Abbiamo inoltre conosciuto un team (da serena alla reception, ai camerieri) eccezionale, disponibili, gentili e sempre pronti a strapparti un sorriso! I camerieri in sala tutti preparati e anche simpatici, il mio preferito era Francesco di soli 20 anni ma con una eleganza e preparazione impeccabile. Anche la signora che ci rifaceva la stanza era molto gentile e attenta alla pulizia. Ho girato parecchi alberghi e devo dire che così belli moderni e puliti non li ho mai trovati. Complimenti anche alla cucina per la varietà dei menu. La piscina un’oasi di pace. La terrazza dove si fa colazione ha un panorama meraviglioso ma io ero molto più incuriosita dalla quantità e dalla scelta tra frutta dolci e anche il salato preparato al momento.Spero di tornare presto, magari a settembre.

Ich war durch meine Allergie auf Olivenöl für das Servicepersonal und die Küche kein einfacher Gast aber es wurde immer sorgfältig und mit grosser Höflichkeit darauf geachtet und das für mich mögliche Menu für den Folgetag besprochen. Ce qui m'aurait fait plaisir c'est une petite attention en tant que bon client un petit chocolat en plus, ou un petit café offert bref un petit un geste. Einziger Wermutstropfen: wenn der Essensraum im EG voll belegt ist, ist es sehr laut, die Kommunikation am Tisch ist dann schwierig.

Ihre Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, besonders ein älterer Herr im Frühstücksraum /Speiseraum, der seit mehreren Jahren bereits bei euch arbeitet. Auch finde ich die Jessy sehr freundlich! Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut, das einzige was man noch verbessern könnte wäre die Möglichkeit frischen Orangensaft zu pressen und die Brotauswahl etwas ausdehnen. Alles in allem muss ich sagen das es sehr schön ist, sehr freundliche und herzliche Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Complimenti a tutto lo staff, tutti molto gentili e disponibili, dell'accoglienza alla reception ai camerieri di sala. La struttura è favolosa, numerosi servizi anche per i bambini piccoli, cosa davvero difficile da trovare negli alberghi. Una nota di merito anche per la pulizia, ogni angolo dell'hotel è estremamente pulito e curato.

Les suites sont sublimes, vous avez eu raison de mettre un sauna, et un jacuzzi dans les suites c'est une expérience merveilleuse. La décoration des suites est vraiment très belle. l'Italie et sa dolce et vita.. Tous sont extrêmement aimable de la réception, aux petites mains qui œuvrent dans les coulisses pour remettre en ordres les chambres, les couloirs... Bref en un mot, la direction a un personnel exemplaire, gentil, courtois, aimable. Surtout ne changer rien.

Sono strafelice di essere tornata in hotel a Pasqua, che non frequentavo da prima del Covid. Accoglienza, professionalità massima dello staff di sala ristorante e colazioni, ambienti molto confortevoli, attenti ai dettagli, fanno dell'hotel Torino la migliore struttura ricettiva alberghiera a Diano. Arrivederci a luglio. Ci sentiamo periodicamente.
