Special thanks to Francesco! He was a 2-day old employee who came in at 11pm to assist a friend with new room keys (after a theft). When he heard that my friends were having frustrating experiences at the police station, he went out of his way to help in hailing down a carabinieri car, and in calling the carabinieri stations. His demeanour remained very empathetic and joyful all the time. You are lucking to have him as employee.

Management was helpful with any issues that came up and addressed them immediately. They moved us to be closer to our kids. The kids room had a leak and they moved them the next night to a nice room.
