When he heard that my friends were having frustrating experiences at the police station, he went out of his way to help in hailing down a carabinieri car, and in calling the carabinieri stations. I want to thank the management for moving our room closer to our children without us even asking. And when the Childrens room had a leak, they were moved the next morning to equivalent accommodations quickly. Thank you for excellent service!

Management was helpful with any issues that came up and addressed them immediately. They moved us to be closer to our kids. The kids room had a leak and they moved them the next night to a nice room. We loved the showers. The beds are really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful with questions.

We absolutely love the accommodation and often recommend Martelli 6 to our friends. The location could not be more convenient (the pizza Next door at Eataly is amazing) and it is so close to all the best parts of Florence and convenient to the train station.
