When he heard that my friends were having frustrating experiences at the police station, he went out of his way to help in hailing down a carabinieri car, and in calling the carabinieri stations. His demeanour remained very empathetic and joyful all the time. You are lucking to have him as employee.

The reception staff was super helpful and made sure we were allocated our room despite us reaching a bit earlier than our check in time They also were very prompt in arranging a cab to the airport at the end of our stay The housekeeping service was very good and 10/10 for location of the hotel 👍🏼

Matteo was so responsive and easy to reach. Loved the keyless entries, the sauna, the location, the design, the WiFi, everything was beautiful. We appreciated the write up about what to do and his recommendations. Everything and more than we would have expected was in the apartment. Definitely a luxury experience! Highly recommend with our highest accolades and appreciation.
