Special thanks to Francesco! He was a 2-day old employee who came in at 11pm to assist a friend with new room keys (after a theft). When he heard that my friends were having frustrating experiences at the police station, he went out of his way to help in hailing down a carabinieri car, and in calling the carabinieri stations. His demeanour remained very empathetic and joyful all the time. You are lucking to have him as employee.

The service desk people are super helpful and very nice. The location of the hotel is excellent. Room is also spacious and very nice. My only complaints is the smell. It really bothered me.

Management was helpful with any issues that came up and addressed them immediately. They moved us to be closer to our kids. The kids room had a leak and they moved them the next night to a nice room. We loved the showers. The beds are really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful with questions.

I want to thank the management for moving our room closer to our children without us even asking. And when the Childrens room had a leak, they were moved the next morning to equivalent accommodations quickly. Thank you for excellent service!
