Overall, we had a lovely stay at the apartments. They are spacious, clean and all appliances worked well. Only one small irritation was the number of coat hangers in the wardrobe. Only a few were provided. Also, it would be nice if the cleaners could leave more than one toilet roll in the bathroom when replacing the rolls. two full rolls should be the minimum.

When we arrived we were dismayed to find our booking for a twin bed room, as advertised on booking.com, was in fact 1 bed and a sofa bed in another room. The reception staff were lovely and advised that we should have emailed a request for a twin room as this hadn’t been conveyed by the booking site, and we only had 1 bed.. which my friend and I did not want to share. The staff were great and very quickly made up the sofa bed in the other room within our apartment. thank you.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff very friendly. Location was wonderful. The air conditioner worked well during a hot week and kept us cool overnight.

My only complaint is that the AC is so noisy but I guess in building that are so old it’s tough.
