The check in was fast & easy, and the person helping us was very good. He spoke perfect English which was very helpful to us. The only not so great thing was early morning garbage pick up, every day, which is not under your control.

Matteo was so responsive and easy to reach. Loved the keyless entries, the sauna, the location, the design, the WiFi, everything was beautiful. We appreciated the write up about what to do and his recommendations. Everything and more than we would have expected was in the apartment. Definitely a luxury experience! Management was helpful with any issues that came up and addressed them immediately. They moved us to be closer to our kids. The kids room had a leak and they moved them the next night to a nice room. We loved the showers. The beds are really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful with questions.
