Special thanks to Francesco! He was a 2-day old employee who came in at 11pm to assist a friend with new room keys (after a theft). When he heard that my friends were having frustrating experiences at the police station, he went out of his way to help in hailing down a carabinieri car, and in calling the carabinieri stations. His demeanour remained very empathetic and joyful all the time. You are lucking to have him as employee.

The check in was fast & easy, and the person helping us was very good. He spoke perfect English which was very helpful to us. The only not so great thing was early morning garbage pick up, every day, which is not under your control.

La habitación que teníamos era muy ruidosa debido a las obras del edificio de al lado. La dirección nos cambió a una habitación interior donde pudimos dormir perfectamente el resto de noches. Fueron muy amables y solícitos.
