The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and everything is perfectly clean. However, I would like to point out that the windows need some maintenance and a fresh coat of paint. It would be a shame to neglect them, as the rest of the hotel is wonderful.

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Gast im Grand Hotel Liberty. In diesem Jahr bereits das 2. Mal und wir kommen im Oktober wieder. Die Lage des Hotels, der stets sehr gute Service, das seit vielen Jahren grossteils gleiche Personal, die sehr schön renovierten Zimmer und der tolle Garten mit Pool sind einfach perfekt. Für uns wichtig ist auch immer ein Stellplatz in der Garage, was bisher immer geklappt hat. Dieses Mal haben wir ein wenig das Café Liberty vermisst, welches leider geschlossen war. Insgesamt tolles Hotel - tolles Team - weiter so! Nur eine kleine Bemerkung - wir nutzen sehr sehr gerne den Pool, bei schlechtem Wetter auch den Innenpool. Wir sind keine Saunagänger, müssen aber um den Innenpool zu nutzen ein Zimmer mit Spa-Zugang buchen. Die Mehrkosten sind zu hoch wenn man nur den Innenpool nutzen möchte. Das war vorher besser. Für nur Poolnutzer sollte man eine Zwischenlösung finden, das wäre perfekt.

It was a perfect blend of everything for our family holiday celebrating my 40th birthday. The hotel was beautiful, Spa wonderful, food great, service fantastic and staff so friendly and polite. We have already recommended and will definitely return. The destination for exploring Riva was perfect. What a breathtaking place and wonderful hotel.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, purtroppo le nostre camere non avevano un affaccio interessante ed avendo la suocera anziana un affaccio lato piscina sarebbe stato forse più gradito, ma quando abbiamo prenotato non erano più disponibili. Personale fantastico tutto, dalle signore che rifanno le camere, al personale di sala, al bar, a bordo piscina, alla reception, al centro benessere.

We totally enjoyed your facilities, from our 1st contact with the night Manager, a big compliment to him in how he looked after us on our unfortunate late arrival. The desk staff were also very helpful and patient each day. The Brekfast (Manager) was a humorous hit and his staff were quick to make sure breakfast was always available. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Hotel Liberty for our wonderful stay. Riva del Garda was the next stop on our family trip through Italy, following our stay in Cortina and my participation in the Maratona dles Dolomites, and it turned out to be a truly exceptional place. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained and perfectly located. The swimming pool and the entire surroundings create a wonderful atmosphere, but the greatest praise goes to the staff, who were always warm, helpful and professional. Our children absolutely loved both the hotel and their time at Lake Garda, which for us as parents is the best possible recommendation. Congratulations to the management and the entire team for creating a place where guests truly feel welcome. Our stay at Hotel Liberty left us with wonderful memories, and we would be delighted to return in the future. Thank you!

Wir waren schon oft am Gardasee und haben uns in mehreren Orten und Hotels aufgehalten. Wir kennen Riva gut, weil wir oft dort waren, aber noch nie vor Ort gewohnt haben. Dieser Urlaub im Grand Hotel Liberty war der schönste Urlaub, den wir je dort hatten. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Das Hotel ist total zentral und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das hervorragende Frühstück mit der großartigen Kaffe-Auswahl, die schönen sauberen Zimmer, die wunderschöne Lobby, die großen Chinoiserie-Vasen und die tolle Außenfassade. Noch nie war ein Urlaub so schön und wir fanden es immer schön am Gardasee, weshalb wir jedes Jahr wieder kommen und ab diesem Jahr wahrscheinlich immer ins Grand Hotel Liberty. Für nächstes Jahr haben wir bereits gebucht und danken allen Mitarbeitern für ihre Freundlichkeit und den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal Gast in Ihrem Haus. Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit exelenter Lage. Mit der Garage zudem gute Parkmöglichkeit. Bitte nur als einen freundlichen konstruktiven Hinweis verstehen. In der 3. Etage könnten die Türen und Fussleisten neu mit Farbe gestrichen werden. Das verhindert den Eindruck jahrelanger Nutzung. Etwas störend empfand nachts den relativ starken Lichteinfall aus dem Flur über die größeren Spaltmaße der beiden Türblätter und Schließspalt ind das Zimmer. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter an Interessenten für den Urlaub an den Gardasee.

When we arrived, we couldn't park for about half an hour because another guest blocked the parking lot—something that really shouldn't happen. Additionally, the AC in our room only worked on one floor. The hotel knew about this issue beforehand, and I would have expected to be notified in advance, especially since it was crucial for us during the hot days of our stay. However, I must highly commend the staff, who were incredibly service-oriented. They remained patient and polite throughout all our interactions and actively tried to find a solution (we were moved to a different room the following day, and they handled the entire move for us). They also arranged quick laundry service because it was urgent for us. Overall, it's a very pleasant and professional team—thank you so much!

Dear We spent three nights in two different rooms, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful. We didn’t receive any information, for example, about the spa. What stood out was that there was no coffee or tea available in the room. The building looks stunning, as do the new rooms; however, the room in the old wing was a bit of a letdown for the price. There was no modern safe in the room, and the layout felt a bit cold and not very luxurious. Again, we enjoyed our vacation, and the front desk staff were super helpful, and the people at breakfast were also super friendly. Thank you for this. I would make a few small adjustments to the room in terms of service and luxury.

Please give our thanks to the team on reception for all their help. We had a couple of non-hotel issues that they helped with. Also, we accidentally pulled the emergency cord and we immediately got a phone call to check things were ok - good to know the team is quick to react! All of the staff at breakfast were fantastic - no waiting to be seated, everyone cheerful and helpful. Finally, our housekeeper was wonderful - very cheery and did a great job looking after our room.

Die Suite 321 wirkt abgewöhnt. Am Geländer fehlt stellenweise die Farbe. Leider nur 4 deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche sind teilweise schwarz(Schimmel). Soggiorno meraviglioso, dovuto alla gentilezza del personale, alla pulizia, l'ordine, gli spazi e buon gusto nell'arredo. Davvero complimenti. Abbiamo inoltre scoperto il meraviglioso lago di Garda. Non lo conoscevamo da turisti, ma lo avevamo sempre visto con gli occhi di un pendolare che passa in giornata. Soggiornarvi è un altra cosa, sopra tutto se si soggiorna su un bellissimo Hotel.

Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich - insbesondere morgens beim Frühstück. Mit unserem lebhaften kleinen Enkelsohn haben wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. I’d like to thank Alessandro for remembering i asked for butter once with lunch with my bread and he remembered each time after that. It ‘s a little thing but adds to the enjoyment of our stay. I’d also like to commend all the restaurant staff and pool waiting staff as the service was excellent. Also, the hotel was so well looked after and clean.

Your staff is fabulous. The cleaning is so efficient and tidy, and your receptionist are all wonderful. The maintenance of the place is extremely good, and we will recommend all our friends and family to stay here. The bed was a little hard, and it would be nice to know a little better in advance the placement of the window, but all in all I fell like we got great value for money

Mir ist ein wertvolles Schmuckstück in unserem Zimmer zwischen Schreibtisch und Wand in einen sehr schmalen Spalt gefallen. Es war nicht möglich, eigenständig daran zu kommen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat umgehend den Hausmeister informiert und dieser hat meinen Kettenanhänger mit viel Engagement, einer sehr guten Idee und viel Freundlichkeit gerettet. Hier nochmals ein großes Lob für seinen Einsatz und vielen lieben Dank!
