Die Suite 321 wirkt abgewöhnt. Am Geländer fehlt stellenweise die Farbe. Leider nur 4 deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche sind teilweise schwarz(Schimmel). Auch hier ist der Zimmerpreis nicht ganz angebracht. Als Lob möchte ich das sehr freundliche und professionelle Personal erwähnen, die den Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel sehr angenehm gestalten.

Tipp: Vielleicht könnte die Bar noch einen Essens-Happen mehr anbieten, als nur einen Toast (der allerdings ist sehr lecker!) - nach einigen Abenden hätten wir Lust auf was anderes gehabt.... :-))) Eure Weihnachtsdeko und Bäume mit Beleuchtung ist sehr sehr schön. ! Thank for a wonderful holiday. The staff are so friendly and I have never stayed anywhere where the staff are so professional. We loved the fine dining experience, beautiful food, wine and beer. The hotel has beautiful rooms with excellent facilities and it is delightful to be in such a building with a history, parts of which were built over 100 years ago. I shall be returning.

Buongiorno, abbiamo soggiornato due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ambienti molto puliti (sia la camera, che le aree comuni, compreso centro benessere e piscina esterna); colazione molto ricca (top le omelette e le crepes fatte al momento). Signora Petra efficiente e precisissima, ai clienti fedeli ed in giro per affari ,credo, un trattamento più "familiare" fa piacere. Già si è via da casa per cui un upgrade, una camera con vista piscina , sono quelle "carezze" che non si dimenticano.
