When we arrived, we couldn't park for about half an hour because another guest blocked the parking lot—something that really shouldn't happen. Additionally, the AC in our room only worked on one floor. The hotel knew about this issue beforehand, and I would have expected to be notified in advance, especially since it was crucial for us during the hot days of our stay. However, I must highly commend the staff, who were incredibly service-oriented. They remained patient and polite throughout all our interactions and actively tried to find a solution (we were moved to a different room the following day, and they handled the entire move for us). They also arranged quick laundry service because it was urgent for us. Overall, it's a very pleasant and professional team—thank you so much!

Einziger Punkt wir hatten diesmal ein sehr hellhöriges Zimmer, so das wir jedes Mal den Nachbar duschen gehört haben, leider war unser Kühlschrank auch sehr laut, Wir sind aber mit allem sehr zufrieden und kommen auch wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Dear We spent three nights in two different rooms, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful. We didn’t receive any information, for example, about the spa. What stood out was that there was no coffee or tea available in the room. The building looks stunning, as do the new rooms; however, the room in the old wing was a bit of a letdown for the price. There was no modern safe in the room, and the layout felt a bit cold and not very luxurious. Again, we enjoyed our vacation, and the front desk staff were super helpful, and the people at breakfast were also super friendly. Thank you for this. I would make a few small adjustments to the room in terms of service and luxury.

Please give our thanks to the team on reception for all their help. We had a couple of non-hotel issues that they helped with. Also, we accidentally pulled the emergency cord and we immediately got a phone call to check things were ok - good to know the team is quick to react! All of the staff at breakfast were fantastic - no waiting to be seated, everyone cheerful and helpful. Finally, our housekeeper was wonderful - very cheery and did a great job looking after our room.

Tipp: Vielleicht könnte die Bar noch einen Essens-Happen mehr anbieten, als nur einen Toast (der allerdings ist sehr lecker!) - nach einigen Abenden hätten wir Lust auf was anderes gehabt.... :-))) Eure Weihnachtsdeko und Bäume mit Beleuchtung ist sehr sehr schön. ! Lob auch dafür! Sehr elegant und einem Belle Epoque Haus würdig.

Mir ist ein wertvolles Schmuckstück in unserem Zimmer zwischen Schreibtisch und Wand in einen sehr schmalen Spalt gefallen. Es war nicht möglich, eigenständig daran zu kommen. Wir waren zum zweiten Jahr, in Folge, in Ihrem Haus. Das gesamte Team/Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist aussergewöhnlich gut und sehr hochwertig.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in Ihrem Hotel. Wir haben uns bewusst für ein Zimmer im älteren Teil entschieden. Die sind einfach genial. Aber vielleicht könnte man zumindest die Türen einmal neu machen und entsprechend gegen Lärm isolieren, da man alle Gespräche und Schritte im Gang sehr gut hört.
