Die Suite 321 wirkt abgewöhnt. Am Geländer fehlt stellenweise die Farbe. Leider nur 4 deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche sind teilweise schwarz(Schimmel). Auch hier ist der Zimmerpreis nicht ganz angebracht. Als Lob möchte ich das sehr freundliche und professionelle Personal erwähnen, die den Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel sehr angenehm gestalten.

Tipp: Vielleicht könnte die Bar noch einen Essens-Happen mehr anbieten, als nur einen Toast (der allerdings ist sehr lecker!) - nach einigen Abenden hätten wir Lust auf was anderes gehabt.... :-))) Eure Weihnachtsdeko und Bäume mit Beleuchtung ist sehr sehr schön. ! Lob auch dafür! Sehr elegant und einem Belle Epoque Haus würdig.

Bei unserem letzt Aufenthalt geschah uns das Missgeschick mit einer Platzwunde am Kopf bei der wir vom Team sehr gut betreut und von der Dame an der Bar sehr gut versorgt wurden. Mir ist ein wertvolles Schmuckstück in unserem Zimmer zwischen Schreibtisch und Wand in einen sehr schmalen Spalt gefallen. Es war nicht möglich, eigenständig daran zu kommen.
