Die Suite 321 wirkt abgewöhnt. Am Geländer fehlt stellenweise die Farbe. Leider nur 4 deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche sind teilweise schwarz(Schimmel). Auch hier ist der Zimmerpreis nicht ganz angebracht. Als Lob möchte ich das sehr freundliche und professionelle Personal erwähnen, die den Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel sehr angenehm gestalten.

Tipp: Vielleicht könnte die Bar noch einen Essens-Happen mehr anbieten, als nur einen Toast (der allerdings ist sehr lecker!) - nach einigen Abenden hätten wir Lust auf was anderes gehabt.... :-))) Eure Weihnachtsdeko und Bäume mit Beleuchtung ist sehr sehr schön. ! Mir ist ein wertvolles Schmuckstück in unserem Zimmer zwischen Schreibtisch und Wand in einen sehr schmalen Spalt gefallen. Es war nicht möglich, eigenständig daran zu kommen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat umgehend den Hausmeister informiert und dieser hat meinen Kettenanhänger mit viel Engagement, einer sehr guten Idee und viel Freundlichkeit gerettet. Loved the character and charm of this hotel. From the moment we stepped in the door we were met with lovely helpful friendliness. All staff we encountered were lovely. Attention not overbearing. Loved the nooks and crannies to sit and read in. Charming, beautiful. Couldn't complain. We were happy with the great service in all our encounters. Room, fresh daily towels, airy, high ceilings.
