Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, wie liebevoll und fürsorglich man sich um uns gekümmert hat. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft nicht nur ein Wort ist, sondern mit viel Herz gelebt wird. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel, das Essen war hervorragend und die gesamte Atmosphäre einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Dank des großartigen Services wurde unser Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir waren schon oft am Gardasee und haben uns in mehreren Orten und Hotels aufgehalten. Wir kennen Riva gut, weil wir oft dort waren, aber noch nie vor Ort gewohnt haben. Dieser Urlaub im Grand Hotel Liberty war der schönste Urlaub, den wir je dort hatten. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Das Hotel ist total zentral und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das hervorragende Frühstück mit der großartigen Kaffe-Auswahl, die schönen sauberen Zimmer, die wunderschöne Lobby, die großen Chinoiserie-Vasen und die tolle Außenfassade. Noch nie war ein Urlaub so schön und wir fanden es immer schön am Gardasee, weshalb wir jedes Jahr wieder kommen und ab diesem Jahr wahrscheinlich immer ins Grand Hotel Liberty. Für nächstes Jahr haben wir bereits gebucht und danken allen Mitarbeitern für ihre Freundlichkeit und den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal Gast in Ihrem Haus. Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit exelenter Lage. Mit der Garage zudem gute Parkmöglichkeit. Bitte nur als einen freundlichen konstruktiven Hinweis verstehen. In der 3. Etage könnten die Türen und Fussleisten neu mit Farbe gestrichen werden. Das verhindert den Eindruck jahrelanger Nutzung. Etwas störend empfand nachts den relativ starken Lichteinfall aus dem Flur über die größeren Spaltmaße der beiden Türblätter und Schließspalt ind das Zimmer. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter an Interessenten für den Urlaub an den Gardasee.

When we arrived, we couldn't park for about half an hour because another guest blocked the parking lot—something that really shouldn't happen. Additionally, the AC in our room only worked on one floor. The hotel knew about this issue beforehand, and I would have expected to be notified in advance, especially since it was crucial for us during the hot days of our stay. However, I must highly commend the staff, who were incredibly service-oriented. They remained patient and polite throughout all our interactions and actively tried to find a solution (we were moved to a different room the following day, and they handled the entire move for us). They also arranged quick laundry service because it was urgent for us. Overall, it's a very pleasant and professional team—thank you so much!

Einziger Punkt wir hatten diesmal ein sehr hellhöriges Zimmer, so das wir jedes Mal den Nachbar duschen gehört haben, leider war unser Kühlschrank auch sehr laut, Wir sind aber mit allem sehr zufrieden und kommen auch wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Dear We spent three nights in two different rooms, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful. We didn’t receive any information, for example, about the spa. What stood out was that there was no coffee or tea available in the room. The building looks stunning, as do the new rooms; however, the room in the old wing was a bit of a letdown for the price. There was no modern safe in the room, and the layout felt a bit cold and not very luxurious. Again, we enjoyed our vacation, and the front desk staff were super helpful, and the people at breakfast were also super friendly. Thank you for this. I would make a few small adjustments to the room in terms of service and luxury.

Please give our thanks to the team on reception for all their help. We had a couple of non-hotel issues that they helped with. Also, we accidentally pulled the emergency cord and we immediately got a phone call to check things were ok - good to know the team is quick to react! All of the staff at breakfast were fantastic - no waiting to be seated, everyone cheerful and helpful. Finally, our housekeeper was wonderful - very cheery and did a great job looking after our room.

Die Suite 321 wirkt abgewöhnt. Am Geländer fehlt stellenweise die Farbe. Leider nur 4 deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche sind teilweise schwarz(Schimmel). Auch hier ist der Zimmerpreis nicht ganz angebracht. Als Lob möchte ich das sehr freundliche und professionelle Personal erwähnen, die den Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel sehr angenehm gestalten.

Das Frühstücksbuffet und Ihr Frühstückskoch sind spitze! Ebenfalls der Herr am Frühstücksempfang/Eingang. Sehr professionell! Ein grosses Lob hierfür und auch für ihr Abendessen/Menü am 24. Dezember. Sehr gut. Wir haben unser Essen sehr genossen. Ebenfalls Ihren Service an der Bar. Wir waren jeden Abend dort. Tipp: Vielleicht könnte die Bar noch einen Essens-Happen mehr anbieten, als nur einen Toast (der allerdings ist sehr lecker!) - nach einigen Abenden hätten wir Lust auf was anderes gehabt.... :-))) Eure Weihnachtsdeko und Bäume mit Beleuchtung ist sehr sehr schön. ! Lob auch dafür! Sehr elegant und einem Belle Epoque Haus würdig.

Your staff is fabulous. The cleaning is so efficient and tidy, and your receptionist are all wonderful. The maintenance of the place is extremely good, and we will recommend all our friends and family to stay here. The bed was a little hard, and it would be nice to know a little better in advance the placement of the window, but all in all I fell like we got great value for money

Unser Aufenthalt war bis auf die Hundesache wunderbar. Das Personal zuvorkommend, alles sauber, bequem und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch die kleine Überraschung in Form eines Getränkes an der Bar zu unseren Flitterwochen fanden wir sehr aufmerksam.

Mir ist ein wertvolles Schmuckstück in unserem Zimmer zwischen Schreibtisch und Wand in einen sehr schmalen Spalt gefallen. Es war nicht möglich, eigenständig daran zu kommen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat umgehend den Hausmeister informiert und dieser hat meinen Kettenanhänger mit viel Engagement, einer sehr guten Idee und viel Freundlichkeit gerettet. Hier nochmals ein großes Lob für seinen Einsatz und vielen lieben Dank!

Wir waren das zweite Mal in Ihrem Hotel. Wir haben uns bewusst für ein Zimmer im älteren Teil entschieden. Die sind einfach genial. Aber vielleicht könnte man zumindest die Türen einmal neu machen und entsprechend gegen Lärm isolieren, da man alle Gespräche und Schritte im Gang sehr gut hört.
