Dear We spent three nights in two different rooms, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful. We didn’t receive any information, for example, about the spa. What stood out was that there was no coffee or tea available in the room. The building looks stunning, as do the new rooms; however, the room in the old wing was a bit of a letdown for the price. There was no modern safe in the room, and the layout felt a bit cold and not very luxurious. Again, we enjoyed our vacation, and the front desk staff were super helpful, and the people at breakfast were also super friendly. Thank you for this. I would make a few small adjustments to the room in terms of service and luxury.

Please give our thanks to the team on reception for all their help. We had a couple of non-hotel issues that they helped with. Also, we accidentally pulled the emergency cord and we immediately got a phone call to check things were ok - good to know the team is quick to react! All of the staff at breakfast were fantastic - no waiting to be seated, everyone cheerful and helpful. Finally, our housekeeper was wonderful - very cheery and did a great job looking after our room.
