Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir waren das vierte Mal in ihrem Hotel, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Einziger Punkt wir hatten diesmal ein sehr hellhöriges Zimmer, so das wir jedes Mal den Nachbar duschen gehört haben, leider war unser Kühlschrank auch sehr laut, Wir sind aber mit allem sehr zufrieden und kommen auch wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Dear We spent three nights in two different rooms, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful. We didn’t receive any information, for example, about the spa. What stood out was that there was no coffee or tea available in the room. The building looks stunning, as do the new rooms; however, the room in the old wing was a bit of a letdown for the price. There was no modern safe in the room, and the layout felt a bit cold and not very luxurious. Again, we enjoyed our vacation, and the front desk staff were super helpful, and the people at breakfast were also super friendly. Thank you for this. I would make a few small adjustments to the room in terms of service and luxury.

Please give our thanks to the team on reception for all their help. We had a couple of non-hotel issues that they helped with. Also, we accidentally pulled the emergency cord and we immediately got a phone call to check things were ok - good to know the team is quick to react! All of the staff at breakfast were fantastic - no waiting to be seated, everyone cheerful and helpful. Finally, our housekeeper was wonderful - very cheery and did a great job looking after our room.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 giorni e mi sono trovato molto bene. La camera era pulita e confortevole, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. La posizione è perfetta per visitare il paese a piedi e la colazione era abbondante e varia. Consiglio sicuramente questo hotel e ci tornerei volentieri.

Das Frühstücksbuffet und Ihr Frühstückskoch sind spitze! Ebenfalls der Herr am Frühstücksempfang/Eingang. Sehr professionell! Ein grosses Lob hierfür und auch für ihr Abendessen/Menü am 24. Dezember. Sehr gut. Wir haben unser Essen sehr genossen. Ebenfalls Ihren Service an der Bar. Wir waren jeden Abend dort. Tipp: Vielleicht könnte die Bar noch einen Essens-Happen mehr anbieten, als nur einen Toast (der allerdings ist sehr lecker!) - nach einigen Abenden hätten wir Lust auf was anderes gehabt.... :-))) Eure Weihnachtsdeko und Bäume mit Beleuchtung ist sehr sehr schön. ! Lob auch dafür! Sehr elegant und einem Belle Epoque Haus würdig.

Mir ist ein wertvolles Schmuckstück in unserem Zimmer zwischen Schreibtisch und Wand in einen sehr schmalen Spalt gefallen. Es war nicht möglich, eigenständig daran zu kommen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat umgehend den Hausmeister informiert und dieser hat meinen Kettenanhänger mit viel Engagement, einer sehr guten Idee und viel Freundlichkeit gerettet. It was clearly a busy period, and I must say that despite the hectic atmosphere, the staff remained friendly and helpful—which surely isn’t easy. Special thanks to the young woman with slightly reddish hair and the girl working by the poolside; both were extremely professional and clearly very motivated.

The stay was great from start to end. Nice and tidy room. Breakfast and dinner was tasty. Overall very friendly and professional staff. It was a pleasure to stay at your hotel.
