Mir ist ein wertvolles Schmuckstück in unserem Zimmer zwischen Schreibtisch und Wand in einen sehr schmalen Spalt gefallen. Es war nicht möglich, eigenständig daran zu kommen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat umgehend den Hausmeister informiert und dieser hat meinen Kettenanhänger mit viel Engagement, einer sehr guten Idee und viel Freundlichkeit gerettet. Signora Petra efficiente e precisissima, ai clienti fedeli ed in giro per affari ,credo, un trattamento più "familiare" fa piacere. Già si è via da casa per cui un upgrade, una camera con vista piscina , sono quelle "carezze" che non si dimenticano.

Guten Tag. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Probleme mit dem Parken konnten sehr schnell erledigt werden. Das Zimmer war super und man konnte in dem Bett sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und der Service super. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Dennis Grimm
