La habitación que nos asignaron no era smart TV, pero hablé con recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación en 2 minutos. Y aunque todos fueron muy amables, recepción, desayuno, camareras de piso... TODOS quería hecer mención especial a Fernando que hablaba español y era un verdadero encanto, tal como lo avisaban el hombre venía súper rápido para ayudar. Realmente muy agradecida. Además, el día que nos íbamos no arrancaba el coche, nos proporcionaron unas pinzas de batería para poder seguir, se ofrecieron a buscar alguien que nos la cambiara... la verdad es que una gran amabilidad por parte de todo el personal Desde luego he recomendado y si vuelvo a viajar no tengo duda que elegiré el mismo hotel, porque no es céntrico, pero nos evitó las zonas de no poder acceder con el coche, parking en el mismo hotel (que fue uno de los motivos por los que elegí) y al lado mismo el autobús 14 que nos dejaba en el mismo centro de Florencia. The tea selection was fabulous, and Twinings!!! This, along with coffee, water choices, and the juice all available 24/7 was so nice and appreciated. Reception was able to happily provide plug adapters when we found our European plugs wouldn't work. The bed and pillow were the most comfortable we had during our entire trip. Breakfast selection was very good, as was the quality. Hot milk for the coffee/tea was a nice touch.

The gentleman who checked me in was extremely professional in regards to a very sensitive and unfortunate situation upon our arrival. There had been a disagreement between myself and travel friend and she left me at the hotel and went on her own. The professionalism and willingness to accommodate and help us with the situation was very impressive and I would have not received the same service in the USA. I want to thank both the hospitality of the team and management for a very respectful restful stay and the peace I was able to have to figure out my situation. With much gratitude and thanks!!

Everyone I had contact with were very pleasant, the housekeeping staff should be commended on their outstanding work. Signora Helena on the breakfast team was truly the sweetest person we met during our entire 2 week trip around the country of Italy. She always greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service (remembering that we have yogurt every morning and bringing it to us without us asking by the third day of our stay, checked in about what coffee we wanted, and more!). We really loved her, and it made our mornings brighter to see her! The front desk staff were all excellent as well! Super professional and answered questions about Florence and the hotel with ease. We also really appreciated the flavored waters and teas/snacks/mimosas provided in the lobby - was a lovely surprise.

Thank you for all your staff who were working during our visit 07.02.- 10.02. I didn't realized to mention that I use wheelchair nore that we have our four legged friend with us. We got the whole spa just for us after the regular users and even our dog friend was welcome and he didn't have to wait in the car. Thank you very much!!! We are from Finland and it was our first.time in almost three years after we got enjoy the sauna which is very important for Finnish. I must highly compliment your sauna! It was clean as the whole spa area and even more important for us: we really got the.nice, hot steams; real Finnish steams which is very rare to get usually abroad!! We will certainly tell to other Finnish about you and recommend your sauna! And we certainly will come again. The whole visit was such a success only disappointment was that wifi but it was small if you compared it to that superb sauna experience. Thank you very much. Please keep on your good work!

L'arredo delle camere poi davvero grazioso, il kit di accoglienza con ciabatte e accappatoio molto al di sopra di ciò che si trova normalmente spendendo la stessa quota altrove. Idem per le bottigliette d'acqua, un piccolo gesto non scontato e gradito. Grazie e alla prossima :)

La junior suite dove abbiamo soggiornato era molto confortevole, pulitissima e silenziosa. Il personale discreto ma molto presente e disponibile. Avevo ormai abbandonato l'idea di pernottare a Firenze, visti i costi esorbitanti delle strutture, ma avendo trovato nel vostro hotel un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo credo che tornerò volentieri a visitare questa splendida città. Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, anzi, è la terza. Abitando a circa un’ora da Firenze, ho sempre scelto questa struttura e, finora, non mi ha mai deluso. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo, così come il servizio, la pulizia, l’arredamento e il benessere generale. Sono davvero soddisfatta, in particolare per la cordialità della direzione, che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

Staff helped us understand ticket options for a concert that wasn’t on our schedule, and it was a great experience. We really liked the hotel - it was clean and had a great breakfast - but it was just too far from the things we had planned to do. Not your fault - we needed to be clearer with our tour agency, apparently. We would recommend it for those who don’t need to be near major attractions. For us, this was a trip we won’t likely make again.

Il Grifone mi ha colpito per la cortesia del personale , l’attenzione al cliente ( acqua gratis tutti i giorni in frigo ), la pulizia e la posizione . Mi sono trovata molto bene nel vostro albergo. È stato tutto al top per me. L'allestimento della camera dove ho alloggiato, con il comodo terrazzino aferente erano sempre pulite e al completo delle cose necessarie. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e professionale, ma anche molto disponibile con me. Ho apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità post checkout per il deposito dei bagagli, collocato comodamente accanto al ricevimento e custodito del tutto gratuitamente. La Spa era sempre accogliente. Lo spazio finestrato al piano terreno, con tavolini, poltrone e grande schermo TV per guardare le partite era sempre allestito gradevolmente. L'ordine era sempre mantenuto dovunque a dovere. Grazie davvero!
