I was travelling abroad for the first time being diagnosed as having Coeliac’s disease. The breakfast staff were all amazing. In particular the lady who looked after me each morning during our trip. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she was very caring and helpful, despite my lack of Italian. The barista was always very welcoming and made me lovely lattes and cappuccinos which I felt safe to drink, which is not always the case in the UK. Thank you all for taking such good care of us.
