This was the absolute best day we have ever had in Italy! We wish you were in other cities as well. My husband has already said that the next time we come to Italy, we will stop in Florence only because we want to stay at your incredible hotel. Everyone I had contact with were very pleasant, the housekeeping staff should be commended on their outstanding work. My room was an absolute pleasure to return to each day, impeccably spotless & very thoughtful to lay out my nightdress & leaving the extra cups in my room for when my siblings joined me for evening coffee on the balcony. The breakfast catering staff were wonderful, they were on top of any requests with lots of choice for meat eaters & vegetarians, they cleared plates quickly & were very joyful every morning.

Thanks to Alessandra (I believe this was her name), our stay was saved. She helped us switch rooms to a much quieter room where we were able to sleep without any problems. She also helped us to access the spa in the last 2 hours of service on the last night of our stay and we had it to ourselves. It was very relaxing. Also, the sweet cat valet in the parking behind the hotel was wonderful. Thanks so much!

Signora Helena on the breakfast team was truly the sweetest person we met during our entire 2 week trip around the country of Italy. She always greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service (remembering that we have yogurt every morning and bringing it to us without us asking by the third day of our stay, checked in about what coffee we wanted, and more!). We really loved her, and it made our mornings brighter to see her! The front desk staff were all excellent as well! Super professional and answered questions about Florence and the hotel with ease. We also really appreciated the flavored waters and teas/snacks/mimosas provided in the lobby - was a lovely surprise.

We got the whole spa just for us after the regular users and even our dog friend was welcome and he didn't have to wait in the car. Thank you very much!!! We are from Finland and it was our first.time in almost three years after we got enjoy the sauna which is very important for Finnish. I must highly compliment your sauna! It was clean as the whole spa area and even more important for us: we really got the.nice, hot steams; real Finnish steams which is very rare to get usually abroad!! We will certainly tell to other Finnish about you and recommend your sauna! And we certainly will come again. The whole visit was such a success only disappointment was that wifi but it was small if you compared it to that superb sauna experience. Thank you very much. Please keep on your good work!

Mi sono trovata molto bene nel vostro albergo. È stato tutto al top per me. L'allestimento della camera dove ho alloggiato, con il comodo terrazzino aferente erano sempre pulite e al completo delle cose necessarie. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e professionale, ma anche molto disponibile con me. Ho apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità post checkout per il deposito dei bagagli, collocato comodamente accanto al ricevimento e custodito del tutto gratuitamente. La Spa era sempre accogliente. Lo spazio finestrato al piano terreno, con tavolini, poltrone e grande schermo TV per guardare le partite era sempre allestito gradevolmente. L'ordine era sempre mantenuto dovunque a dovere. Grazie davvero!
