We had an absolutely lovely stay. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms were beautiful, striking the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. We spent a significant amount of time in the spa, which was truly incredible and the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast was fantastic and fueled us up perfectly for the day. We are already looking forward to bringing the whole family back for a ski trip, and we’re definitely considering a summer visit to explore the local biking trails. Thank you again for everything!

Wie sind sehr gerne bei bei Euch. Alle im Haus sind sehr freundlich, schenken einem ein Lächeln. Egal ob in der Rezeption, beim Frühstück, an der Bar oder im Spabereich. Vielen Dank dafür, ihr habt ein ganz tolles Team. Nach der Verwandlung in das „Al Nin“ waren wir sprachlos. Allesmsehr schön gestaltet, mit viel Liebe auch für Kleinigkeiten und dann noch der Spa Bereich - einfach toll! Wir konnten die Tage nach dem Skifahren auch noch etwas entspannen, und das war sehr schön. Wir kommen wieder und haben für das nächste Jahr reserviert. Liebe Grüße Martin

Thanks for the wonderful stay. The whole team (from reception, to cleaning staff and breakfast staff) is so kind and helpful. We enjoyed staying in room 303 (Double Deluxe) very much, it was beautifully and tastefully decorated and very quiet & silent. We were happy with the elevator as we stayed on the 3rd floor. And it was very comfortable to use to go to the ski deposit room. The breakfast is extended with a lot of choices, we were welcomed every early morning by Luciana & Virginia (?), the 2 kind & warm young ladies from Argentina. I enjoyed the welness, it is a really nice plus to the services the hotel offers. A warm compliment for Veronica. We were in communication to make the reservation of the room. She always responded efficiently and quick to all my questions. She is kind and interested. Always a pleasure to have a chat with her. Thank you Sharon & staff for creating a home away from home for us in Livigno Warm regards

Thank you for a wonderful stay Veronica ( super star ) as always is so welcoming and attentive 🩷 As are the lovely waitresses in the breakfast room who are always smiling , and serve food and coffee efficiently , and in the friendliest manner .. The new bar was also an added bonus with the opportunity to sit and relax in a nice area with drinks expertly made by the Bar tender.. Lastly, we attended the diner on the Thursday evening, which was excellent, the food was delicious and very well priced , another lovely addition to the hotel..

Mir hat der Kosmetikspiegel im Bad gefehlt und die feinen Ilykaffesticks. Sie wurden nicht jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Beim Tee hätte ich gerne Schwarztee,und Minzentee. Die Auswahl war letztes Jahr besser. Das Zimmer /Bad war top.👌. Sehr schön. Schade das der Spa erst am Donnerstag offen war.
