The professionalism and courtesy from check-in to check out is of a very high level. The rooms are clean, a very elegant and artistic ambiance, very romantic atmosphere during dinner with courteous, friendly and professional staff who are children friendly and welcoming, the dinner was exquisite, breakfast buffet is very rich. Both breakfast and Dinner staff were very kind, always available to guarantee the comfort of the clients. Chapeau to all the staff who served us during our stay.

Un très bon accueil des membres de l'équipe, Roberta en connection des mails très réactive, un monsieur barbu très serviable et efficace, et le personnel du petit déjeuner très bien. A la piscine, nous regrettons une musique trop forte et un manque de verdure pour se protéger du soleil.

Humberto was very friendly and helpful. He made us feel very welcome. Another lady at the front desk who a manager was outstanding and very helpful. Our ironing was done so fast. All of the staff were so nice

Amazingly beautiful spacious room and bathroom! Breakfast was super! Bar is cosy and served nice cocktails . All in all a great place to visit with an aristocratic vibe!
