Seit vielen Jahren steigen wir bis zu viermal im Jahr im Grand Palace Varese ab und stellen fast jedes Mal deutliche Verbesserungen fest. Vor allem die Küche, anfangs eher bemüht als erfolgreich, hat sich enorm gesteigert. Glückwunsch. Solange wir noch nach Italien pendeln, werden wir immer wieder im Grand Palace Varese absteigen.

The waiter at our evening meal was excellent - he was so enthusiastic to try the Crepe Suzette and then created theatre at our table when making it and explained every stage - it's great to see someone so passionate - it was our first night of our tour and a great way to start but sorry I cannot remember his name. we arrived at night and left first thing so little time spent at the hotel or in Varese but enjoyed it nonetheless.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons car nous nous rendons régulièrement à Milan. Nous avions l'habitude de réserver un hôtel sur Milan mais ceux ci n'ont pas un bon rapport qualité prix . Le votre correspond complètement à nos attentes. Un grand point positif à la sympathie du personnel du restaurant et de la responsable du spa.

Nous étions 22 personnes d'une famille pour les 80 de mon père. Nous n'aurions pas pu rêver mieux pour ce séjour. Les personnes qui travaillent chez vous sont très gentilles, et la communication était très simple. Le repas pour 22 personnes étaient magnifique et la salle réservée également. Merci encore pour cette expérience que j'espère que renouveler un jour.

I would suggest you get more shuttle rides to town and get new pillows for the rooms, along with redoing the bucket chairs in the lobby. They are too low for tall people!

Merci pour ce séjour d'une nuit mais incroyable. D'habitude nous descendons dans un hôtel à Milan, mais les prix étant astronomiques pendant les JO nous avons décidé de faire étape à Varèse. Nous connaissons très bien la région des lacs mais pas Varése. Et votre hôtel était tellement merveilleux que nous n'avons même pas bougé et avons profité pleinement du spa où nous avons reçu un accueil adorable, le restaurant délicieux et notre chambre avec vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons aimé cet hôtel à l'ancienne avec toutes les commodités. Milan n'étant qu'à une heure nous reviendrons certainement.

Séjourner, même une seule nuit dans votre établissement fut une très belle expérience . De la réception au check out, tout était parfait. Le service discret, cordial et attentif. On se sent très vite chez soi dans ce pourtant très impressionnant décor. Nous n’avons qu’une hâte: venir profiter des jardins et de la piscine dès que les beaux jours le permettront. Et dîner aux chandelles sous l’allée des colonnes du parc.

I have a tiny Chihuahua, seven years old, very clean and quiet. Last time I stayed at your hotel the fee for dogs was already a rather high amount of €18, and not exception of whether it's a big dog with lots of hair, or a tiny one who doesn't even lose hair. This time? I nearly fell out of my shoes when I was information that the fee would be €30! Listen, folks, that's totally out of proportion and totally disconnected from the reality we live in! I can easily pay these €30, but I don't want to, and I won't in the future, which is why I won't come back. End of an era with lots of beautiful memories with my kids and my mother. But I'm not willing to pay €30 for a tiny dog. I told the ladies at the front desk: I did a lot of volunteer work over the last 19 years in the West Bank and Gaza, supervision of peace groups like "Combatants for Peace" (look it up and donate if you will), and offering free therapy for the traumatized people there. For almost two decades I keep traveling there several times a year, at my expenses, offering my time and my professional help. This year I sent $50k to friends in Bethlehem who were able to get the money into Gaza and to help people buy food for babies, clothes, tents, medication. So there you go: I spend a lot of money on cases that are worth the money. But I won't spend €30 so my dog can stay a night in my room. Just not going to happen. I'm sure you'll find other people who also have a lot of money and don't care to spend these €30 for something that simply isn't worth it. And please don't tell me that's what the cleaning of the room costs! I can recommend the BOSCH vacuum cleaner, especially for animal hairs. Or Miele, for that matter. But pretending it is a super hard effort to clean a room after a dog was in it is just really not fact based. A pity, I always loved your hotel on the hill, surrounded by divinely beautiful trees and nature. But as the saying goes, everything comes to and end, sooner or later. All the best, Heike Lorenz

Desk staff on duty about 3:30 PM on 10/29 (male and female) who were very helpful with printing our boarding passed, and very pleasant. The bar was fantastic. We had a drink at about 5:30 PM and were treated to a parade of delicious hors d-oeuvres. Service at dinner, in addition to the food at the restaurant, was superb.

Das Hotel liegt so schön und ist ein ganz toller Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ob beim Frühstück, am Bistro, im Restaurant, die Kollegen/innen vom Zimmerservice und der nette stattliche Herr der sich beim Empfang am Parkplatz um die Fahrzeuge kümmert. Es scheint so, als würde seitens des Hotels darauf großen Wert gelegt. Wir waren dieses Mal auf der Durchreise, können es uns aber gut vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Ihr Hotel ist eine wunderschöne Oase wie aus vergangenen Zeiten, aber mit allem modernen Komfort ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich und der wunderschöne Park suchen seinesgleichen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant Liberty war sehr gut und die Einrichtung und auch das Personal äusserst stilvoll. Ich werde das Palace Grand Hotel in Varese jedem Reisenden wärmstens empfehlen.

Domenico was truly a dedicated welcoming ambassador of your hotel. He checked in on us, knew us by name, and his drinks at the bar were delicious. He is an exemplary role model. The front desk staff were very responsive and helpful with all of my needs. The hotel is beautiful. My massage was quite good too, but the masseuse massaged my breasts which I don't understand why so I would suggest that she ask permission as this is uncommon. Perhaps it was a language barrier. I don't want to get her in trouble as the rest of the massage was excellent.
