Desk staff on duty about 3:30 PM on 10/29 (male and female) who were very helpful with printing our boarding passed, and very pleasant. The bar was fantastic. We had a drink at about 5:30 PM and were treated to a parade of delicious hors d-oeuvres. Service at dinner, in addition to the food at the restaurant, was superb.

Die beiden älteren Barkeeper an der Poolbar sind absolute Profis, immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend, großes Lob. Der Parkwächter ist ebenfalls zu erwähnen, absolut nett und freundlich, irgendwie haben es die älteren Personen richtig drauf :-) Nicht unerwähnt darf die neu gestaltete Poolanlage bleiben, das ist das absolute Highlite des ganzen Hotels, was mich sehr beeindruckt hat. Das Hotel liegt so schön und ist ein ganz toller Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ob beim Frühstück, am Bistro, im Restaurant, die Kollegen/innen vom Zimmerservice und der nette stattliche Herr der sich beim Empfang am Parkplatz um die Fahrzeuge kümmert. Es scheint so, als würde seitens des Hotels darauf großen Wert gelegt. Wir waren dieses Mal auf der Durchreise, können es uns aber gut vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Domenico was truly a dedicated welcoming ambassador of your hotel. He checked in on us, knew us by name, and his drinks at the bar were delicious. He is an exemplary role model. The front desk staff were very responsive and helpful with all of my needs. The hotel is beautiful. My massage was quite good too, but the masseuse massaged my breasts which I don't understand why so I would suggest that she ask permission as this is uncommon. Perhaps it was a language barrier. I don't want to get her in trouble as the rest of the massage was excellent.

We always try to stay at the Palace Grand because we LOVE the bar and your bartenders - every one of them, but especially Marco and Dominico. They are amazing and awesome and friendly and make us feel like family when we are there. On my stay, I wasn’t able to get the attendants name, however, she greeted us and made us aware of the breakfast in a bag option, gave us taxi information, and was very pleasant compared to the other front desk attendants.

Wir kommen nun bereits einige Jahre regelmässig ins Palace und es gefällt uns sehr gut. Es ist zu bemerken, dass die Qualität und der Umfang der angebotenen Dienstleistungen rundherum in den letzten beiden Jahren zugenommen hat, was wir sehr begrüssen. Trotz gewisser moderner "Elemente" hat sich die schöne Atmosphäre des Hotels und die etwas "verstaubte" Grundsubstanz nicht verändert.Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

ein mehr als reichliches Frühstücksangebot - die Tische wurden vom Personal sehr rasch und sauber für die nächsten Gäste vorbereitet. Das Menü, das für uns (SABtours) vorbereitet würde, ließ geschmacklich nichts zu wünschen übrig. Eine Diskussion über die Größe/Durchmesser des Tisches Nr. 30, an dem wir zu siebt saßen, blieb leider mangels eines Maßbandes unbeantwortet. (geschätzt mehr als 2m) ?

We had an issue with the bathroom door of our room and complained the next day to the front desk. The front desk manager Claudia Cau was extremely accommodating and offered us a refund for the night. She addressed the problem quickly and I really appreciated her attitude. I would come back just for the service and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was excellent and so was the staff at the breakfast. They helped my grandma pick out all the items she wanted and they were quick to answer our questions. Overall, 10/10 stay would highly recommend.

The staff at the reception desk are attentive and helpful. The floor employees in the restaurant are professional and knowledgeable. They approach towards the guests and recommendations they give are accurate and proving that they are listening to the customer. It was a real pleasure to dine at your restaurant - not only due to quality of your food ( delicious) but because of the friendly atmosphere.
