Séjourner, même une seule nuit dans votre établissement fut une très belle expérience . De la réception au check out, tout était parfait. Le service discret, cordial et attentif. On se sent très vite chez soi dans ce pourtant très impressionnant décor. Nous n’avons qu’une hâte: venir profiter des jardins et de la piscine dès que les beaux jours le permettront. Et dîner aux chandelles sous l’allée des colonnes du parc.

I have a tiny Chihuahua, seven years old, very clean and quiet. Last time I stayed at your hotel the fee for dogs was already a rather high amount of €18, and not exception of whether it's a big dog with lots of hair, or a tiny one who doesn't even lose hair. This time? I nearly fell out of my shoes when I was information that the fee would be €30! Listen, folks, that's totally out of proportion and totally disconnected from the reality we live in! I can easily pay these €30, but I don't want to, and I won't in the future, which is why I won't come back. End of an era with lots of beautiful memories with my kids and my mother. But I'm not willing to pay €30 for a tiny dog. I told the ladies at the front desk: I did a lot of volunteer work over the last 19 years in the West Bank and Gaza, supervision of peace groups like "Combatants for Peace" (look it up and donate if you will), and offering free therapy for the traumatized people there. For almost two decades I keep traveling there several times a year, at my expenses, offering my time and my professional help. This year I sent $50k to friends in Bethlehem who were able to get the money into Gaza and to help people buy food for babies, clothes, tents, medication. So there you go: I spend a lot of money on cases that are worth the money. But I won't spend €30 so my dog can stay a night in my room. Just not going to happen. I'm sure you'll find other people who also have a lot of money and don't care to spend these €30 for something that simply isn't worth it. And please don't tell me that's what the cleaning of the room costs! I can recommend the BOSCH vacuum cleaner, especially for animal hairs. Or Miele, for that matter. But pretending it is a super hard effort to clean a room after a dog was in it is just really not fact based. A pity, I always loved your hotel on the hill, surrounded by divinely beautiful trees and nature. But as the saying goes, everything comes to and end, sooner or later. All the best, Heike Lorenz

My massage was quite good too, but the masseuse massaged my breasts which I don't understand why so I would suggest that she ask permission as this is uncommon. Perhaps it was a language barrier. We really enjoyed staying in Varese at Palace Grand Hotel.

We had an issue with the bathroom door of our room and complained the next day to the front desk. The front desk manager Claudia Cau was extremely accommodating and offered us a refund for the night. She addressed the problem quickly and I really appreciated her attitude. I would come back just for the service and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was excellent and so was the staff at the breakfast. They helped my grandma pick out all the items she wanted and they were quick to answer our questions. Overall, 10/10 stay would highly recommend.

ein mehr als reichliches Frühstücksangebot - die Tische wurden vom Personal sehr rasch und sauber für die nächsten Gäste vorbereitet. Das Menü, das für uns (SABtours) vorbereitet würde, ließ geschmacklich nichts zu wünschen übrig. Eine Diskussion über die Größe/Durchmesser des Tisches Nr. 30, an dem wir zu siebt saßen, blieb leider mangels eines Maßbandes unbeantwortet. (geschätzt mehr als 2m) ?

The staff at the reception desk are attentive and helpful. The floor employees in the restaurant are professional and knowledgeable. They approach towards the guests and recommendations they give are accurate and proving that they are listening to the customer. It was a real pleasure to dine at your restaurant - not only due to quality of your food ( delicious) but because of the friendly atmosphere.
