Nous sommes arrivés à 11 heures , alors que la prise du logement est prévu à partir de 17h . Nous avons été très bien accueillis ,après avoir été contrôler que le studio avait été nettoyer nous en avons pris la possession de celui ci à 11 h .

Great assistance and open conversations with management. It helped to overcome some situations, like a smelly bed, or a broader available WiFi (we have read on Booking that it is available only in a limited area, nevertheless it is a limitation these days, especially for international travellers). Another appreciation goes to Mr. Massimo for his great portfolio of proven recommendations, and his kind and friendly attitude, always on top of the services he provided from the bar, he is a great asset. Another felt appreciation goes to the pool assistant, he has kept a professional demeanor throughout, always punctual, has kept the environment clean, operational and up to standard - excellent, serious and reliable person. Then the whole team, from the management assistants, to the service personnel and maintainers, all dedicated, autonomous and capable. It was a pleasure to deal with them and see how they performed in general. It was visible and apparent, nice to see it.
