I would suggest that we observed some of your older employees training her need to be more patient and less cold in their displays to the trainees as even without speaking Italian we witnessed this attitude....

Giuseppe was very kind and professional with helping us with our daughter to stay one night with us coming from Milano. It was a blessing for all the kindness we received. She assisted us before we arrived, she was welcoming when we arrived, explained how to navigate the software in the room, and explained the other options the facility had to offer. The individual who was managing the front desk when we checked out (approximately 3:30 AM), was amazing. He went well beyond what we expected to track down our water taxi and ensure we made it to the airport on time.

I was searching for last minute alternate accommodation after a terrible apartment choice in another city and am so happy I came across Ca’ Bonfadini. The room decoration, size and facilities are excellent. The air conditioning system with the electronic controls for lights, do not disturb functions are super modern. All your staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. A slight negative is a lack in English speaking channels for the TV together with the odour that sometimes comes from Venice plumbing. Overall the hotel is an ideal choice for a luxury weekend away.

Also, the baggage handler at the hotel as well as the porter we hired to help with bags to Piazza Roma car pickup area near Train station were both very respectful + prompt + did a wonderful job. We had an amazing stay, all of your staff went that extra mile! We were made welcome and very special. It was incredible thoughtful that your team realised that it was our wedding anniversary and we were surprised to return to our room to see a note and drinks! All of your team did everything to make our stay very memorable but a few whose names we have are Asia, James and the head of house keeping Natalia After checking out we were still treated like guests because when we returned after a day of enjoying Venice to pick up our bags, we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and could enjoy some time sitting in your bar/garden area before flying back to London. All staff were so pleasant and welcoming - not pushy but always helpful and kind. We appreciate the small touches like the water and sweets in the reception area. Our room was cleaned really well every day. We also appreciated the care to look after all guests when the water was off during our stay. We loved the welcome letter and the card before departure, and the toiletries to take home.

We were so pleased for being received by the following team members: Marco and Adrian at breakfast, Asia and Giuseppe at Concierge. All four were outstanding in their service and passionate about their work. Our stay would not have been the same without them and one of the primary reasons for our eventual return.

this hotel was magical. davide and martina were the first to greet us and the last to send us off. everything in between made us want to MOVE IN THERE and stay forever. the accommodations were beyond what we expected and the ENTIRE staff bent over backwards to please us. the tranquility and maintenance of the property are stellar. we have already bragged to our friends and family about this special hotel and we will be returning again in the near future.

Everyone from the porter, front of house, reception and breakfast room made us feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble.
