Firstly I wish to thank you for upgrading our room to a suite when we arrived - It was the most beautiful room i have ever stayed in and such a surprise for my husbands 60th birthday, thank you for the chocolates, the wine and the hand written welcoming notes, it meant so much. Thank you to the wonderful staff who crushed fresh ginger for us when you had run out of ginger ale, the endless room service trips to deliver us drinks, crisps and nuts. The maid who changed our bed daily, it was spotless, making sure we had enough water and shampoos. The wonderful food, breakfast was just superb, I have never seen such an appetising and amazing display. The reception staff who always said hello, making us feel so welcome and important, for taking the time to show us the best places to visit in Venice, booking us water taxis. The porter who carried our cases out along the road to our water taxi. Thank you to everyone who made our stay totally magical and memorable. It was amazing and I can’t thank you enough

Our whole experience at Hotel Bonfidini was great. This was our first trip to Venice. All staff were very friendly, very efficient and appeared happy in their jobs. The hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and comfortable.The food was good quality. The hotel was perfectly situated, in a quiet spot but 5 minutes walk from bars and shops. The transfer from the airport was easy. The trip to Murano, organised by the hotel was amazing. Thank you all so much. We would definitely recommend your hotel to others.

She assisted us before we arrived, she was welcoming when we arrived, explained how to navigate the software in the room, and explained the other options the facility had to offer. The room decoration, size and facilities are excellent. The air conditioning system with the electronic controls for lights, do not disturb functions are super modern. All your staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. A slight negative is a lack in English speaking channels for the TV together with the odour that sometimes comes from Venice plumbing. Overall the hotel is an ideal choice for a luxury weekend away.

It was a true 5 star experience throughout the entire process. You should consider going for a Forbes or Michelin designation as it would raise awareness of your property. Sebastiano, in particular, went above and beyond for us. He is truly a gem and will forever remember him. 2nd best was Asia, who is also very classy, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Giuseppe is also good, yet 3rd best from our experience. Lastly, the room service staff was always very respectful + prompt. Also, the baggage handler at the hotel as well as the porter we hired to help with bags to Piazza Roma car pickup area near Train station were both very respectful + prompt + did a wonderful job. Bravo to the whole team for making my wife’s Bday trip a truly special & memorable experience.
