All staff were so pleasant and welcoming - not pushy but always helpful and kind. We appreciate the small touches like the water and sweets in the reception area. Our room was cleaned really well every day. We also appreciated the care to look after all guests when the water was off during our stay. We loved the welcome letter and the card before departure, and the toiletries to take home.

We were so pleased for being received by the following team members: Marco and Adrian at breakfast, Asia and Giuseppe at Concierge. All four were outstanding in their service and passionate about their work. Our stay would not have been the same without them and one of the primary reasons for our eventual return.

I would like to say a very special thank you to all of the wonderful, friendly, attentive and helpful staff at the hotel. Everyone from the porter, front of house, reception and breakfast room made us feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail was second to none, particularly with the chocolates and wine that were left in our room. We had an amazing stay and memorable 25th anniversary!! We look forward to returning again in the future.

this hotel was magical. davide and martina were the first to greet us and the last to send us off. everything in between made us want to MOVE IN THERE and stay forever. the accommodations were beyond what we expected and the ENTIRE staff bent over backwards to please us. the tranquility and maintenance of the property are stellar. we have already bragged to our friends and family about this special hotel and we will be returning again in the near future.
