Thank you to the wonderful staff who crushed fresh ginger for us when you had run out of ginger ale, the endless room service trips to deliver us drinks, crisps and nuts. The maid who changed our bed daily, it was spotless, making sure we had enough water and shampoos. The wonderful food, breakfast was just superb, I have never seen such an appetising and amazing display. The reception staff who always said hello, making us feel so welcome and important, for taking the time to show us the best places to visit in Venice, booking us water taxis. The porter who carried our cases out along the road to our water taxi. Thank you to everyone who made our stay totally magical and memorable. It was amazing and I can’t thank you enough

Our whole experience at Hotel Bonfidini was great. This was our first trip to Venice. All staff were very friendly, very efficient and appeared happy in their jobs. The hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and comfortable.The food was good quality. The hotel was perfectly situated, in a quiet spot but 5 minutes walk from bars and shops. The transfer from the airport was easy. The trip to Murano, organised by the hotel was amazing. Thank you all so much. We would definitely recommend your hotel to others.

She assisted us before we arrived, she was welcoming when we arrived, explained how to navigate the software in the room, and explained the other options the facility had to offer. The individual who was managing the front desk when we checked out (approximately 3:30 AM), was amazing. He went well beyond what we expected to track down our water taxi and ensure we made it to the airport on time.

Our 3-night stay was delightful and a perfect end to our Italian vacation. I was searching for last minute alternate accommodation after a terrible apartment choice in another city and am so happy I came across Ca’ Bonfadini. The room decoration, size and facilities are excellent. The air conditioning system with the electronic controls for lights, do not disturb functions are super modern. All your staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. A slight negative is a lack in English speaking channels for the TV together with the odour that sometimes comes from Venice plumbing. Overall the hotel is an ideal choice for a luxury weekend away.
