Your management and desk teams were excellent. The help they gave in organizing a left iphone was just great. they were consistently helpful and very pleasant people. The restaurant folks were also quite. good with lots of smiles which counts for a lot

Leonardo and Aleksandra were amazing and helped us secure beach clubs and dinner reservations. Veronica we met at breakfast service and she is so kind and personable. We love her! She gave us a big smile everyday and a warm welcome.
