your team behind the desk was excellent; they assisted us on booking, inquries as to places to go and we unfailingly pleasant which means a lot when you've flown 20+ hours; at the same time they were able to deliver dificult news or views on places to go etc. without themselves adopted a bad mood or outlook. You had a young man with a slight beard who's name i diid not get who worked long hours at an excellent level. your driver for your shuttle was excellent. Unfortunately he was often engaged outside the hotel but he was really prompt and pleasant. He also deserves recognition.

Wir waren bereits in unglaublich vielen 5 Sterne Hotels , ihr Haus kann da mehr als mithalten . Der Service ist toll , die Fahrräder ein so großes Plus , die ganze Anlage wunderschön… einzig das Restaurant hat uns nicht überzeugt und die frühe Schließung des Pools um 18 Uhr war nicht so toll. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt !

We recently stayed and had a truly wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive, making us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with lovely facilities and a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to switch off and enjoy our holiday. Our room was comfortable, spotless and well-equipped, and the attention to detail across the resort was evident everywhere. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing, and the location provided a great base for exploring Forte dei Marmi and the surrounding area. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of choice and high-quality food. We were consistently impressed by the level of service and the genuine care shown by everyone working at the resort. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and created some wonderful memories. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend Resort Miramonti to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Forte dei Marmi.
