There was a slight issue with the first room we were given and maintenance were working on the issue when we arrived as a result the staff quickly and very kindly upgraded our room and left us some complementary wine which was extremely kind! I stayed here for a solo 3 night visit to Florence and was made to feel welcomed on arrival. The room was clean, well presented and the balcony was a lovely surprise. The food at breakfast had variety and well made/cooked, but my favourite was the room service breakfast, where I was given an array of options and the service of the staff was great. If I had any questions, the staff were willing to help and very polite. Overall I had a wonderful stay here and would happily book again.
