She was very friendly and very professional. The personnel covering the breakfast was also very professional paying attention to detail and very meticulous. Merci au personnel de ménage, notre chambre chaque jour était parfaite de propreté et sentait très bon . L'hôtel est très accueillant, on s'y sent bien. Les espaces sont agréables.

I stayed here for a solo 3 night visit to Florence and was made to feel welcomed on arrival. The room was clean, well presented and the balcony was a lovely surprise. The food at breakfast had variety and well made/cooked, but my favourite was the room service breakfast, where I was given an array of options and the service of the staff was great. If I had any questions, the staff were willing to help and very polite. Overall I had a wonderful stay here and would happily book again.

We stayed for three nights and the service was excellent. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The bedrooms were spotless, with very comfortable beds and the breakfasts were delicious, plentiful and lots of variety, together with very attentive staff. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

This is an excellent Hotel. Staff are so helpful. Rooms are spacious and Quiet. There is everything you need and rooms kept very clean each day. Breakfast is delicious and Staff efficient. The small coffe and cake buffet on 1st floor is very welcome when you arrive. Thank you for a great stay.
