The Adler Cavalieri is truly a gem of a hotel. The staff genuinely is happy to see their guests and greet and help them. The property is gorgeous. My daughter and I spent time each afternoon in the solarium. We had nightcaps there, too. Breakfast had a vast number of choices; the staff happily made coffee drinks for each guest. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a memorable stay. I shall recommend your property to my friends, and I will return again. Oh, the proximity to the train station is a bonus!

We book Adler Cavalieri once or twice a year for 1 to 3 overnights. That began with tour group bookings in the early 2000s. During the past 10 years, we are traveling without the tour groups and ALWAYS book at Adler Cavalieri. When ( and not often ) we have concerns regarding accommodations or services, the hotel is very quick and happy to correct any & all concerns. Hotel Alder Cavaliere is truly a high quality hotel.

All the staff members were wonderful, friendly, and highly attentive. When I noticed mosquitoes in the room, they immediately sent a staff member to spray and install an anti-mosquito plugin device, which resolved the issue instantly. Also, whenever I ordered my coffee at breakfast, it was ready in seconds, and when I requested a taxi to the airport, it arrived within minutes. Since I relied on TripAdvisor reviews to choose this place, I will definitely write my own excellent feedback here because the result was truly wonderful. Thank you all! One last thing: although I had informed the management beforehand that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the room on the first day was not up to our expectations it had a strong odor and mosquitoes. However, on the second day, Umberto stepped in and completely fixed the situation for us

Your kindness and patience with non-Italian speaking travelers is appreciated. I never saw housekeeping which was a very professional touch yet not necessary. Air conditioning kept room cool and very much enjoyed our aperativo at the rooftop bar on Monday 5/25/26 (our bartender spoke fluent Spanish which was delightful). He made us feel at home and we were disappointed he was not there the rest of the week. Your breakfast hostess was super accommodating and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and well kept and the elevator is appreciated. We hope to return some day but will recommend to our friends and encourage our travel agent to recommend you.

We had the most wonderful stay! I’m incredibly impressed with Luca at the breakfast bar. I went there early this morning with my son and daughter-in-law. She is living with Celiac disease and is very sensitive to gluten. He was helpful to direct to gluten free food, but then noticed she left without eating. We had tried explaining her extreme sensitivity but wasn’t sure it made sense as we only speak English. After they left he asked me to explain again and was very eager to help once he understood how sensitive she is. Luca and the kitchen staff went far over and above to accommodate her, ensuring she had a plate of food to eat by the time we got back from the museum. He even covered the plate like I’d requested and let us take it to the room. There are not enough words to convey how incredibly grateful 🥹 we are. It’s hard to travel with someone so sensitive to gluten. We’ve come from Canada all the way to Italy and we will forever remember this particular hotel because of Luca’s kindness, sincerity in wanting to understand, then going over and above to Mae sure she could eat breakfast. Thank you!!! 🇨🇦

Gloria was very helpful every time that I asked her a question, directions or a recommendation. She was prompted and would look on line for further information to provide. She was very friendly and very professional. The personnel covering the breakfast was also very professional paying attention to detail and very meticulous. Also, I want to acknowledge the bartender who was very gracious and accommodating of my request for ice and a customized fresh lemonade with mineral water. They all contributed to a comfortable stay. We had the best stay while we were at your hotel. Everybody was so friendly and paid so much attention to our family. We know that it was hard with our family having three little kids, but everybody was so kind and generous and took such great care of us thank you so much for making our stay in Florence unforgettable!
