Thank you for explaining the power outage on the 9th of July and the offer of the gelato in the evening. It did help improve our spirits and made us felt seen. We understand that it was something that was out of the hotels control.

We arrived 30 minutes before check in but we were allowed to go to our rooms, a pleasant surprise. It was also pre air-conditioned on our arrival. We were thankful to escape to summer heat. The front desk also offered to hold our luggage after check out and it was much appreciated. The spa was very easy to book through WhatsApp and led to an amazing relaxing couples vacation.
