Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft war schon bei der Ankunft zu spüren. Das ganze Personal an der Reception, beim manövrieren des Wohnwagens und auch die Putzmannschaft war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war reichlich und sehr gut! Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit. Als wir die Rezeption auf Ameisen in unserem Zelt hingewiesen haben, wurde Personal vorbeigeschickt und wir haben ein Upgrade zu einer Ferienwohnung bekommen. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt ohne Probleme genießen. Der Campingplatz ist insgesamt sehr schön durch die vielen Bäume und das Lebensmittelgeschäft auf dem Gelände ist sehr praktisch

Beim Sunny ist perfekt: Küchenausstattung, Mückenschutz, Terrasse, Möbel draußen, Mülltrennung Die freundlichen Damen im Supermarkt machen den Einkauf jedes Jahr sehr familiär. Der neue Wow -Point ist sehr schön geworden. Wir vermissen die Geräte auf dem Trimm-dich-Pfad in diesem Sommer. Die Begrünung und der alte Baumbestand der Anlage sind einzigartig. Wir lieben den botanischen Garten. Der Pool und der Tennisplatz sind toll. Die Kinderfreundlichkeit ist überall spürbar.

Leider weiß ich den Namen nicht, aber die Mitarbeiterin an der Bar neben der Tauchschule, war immer sehr freundlich. Obwohl sie kein Englisch spricht, konnten wir uns mit Händen und Füßen verständigen. Man hat ihr die Freude an der Arbeit jeden Tag angesehen. Es war wirklich toll. Ebenso finden wir, dass der Campingplatz wirklich sehr kinderfreundlich ist. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Animationsteam ist überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Sehr schön.

Vorrei essere sintetica e cercare di racchiudere tutta la mia soddisfazione in poche parole. Siamo stati davvero molto bene. Il campeggio è davvero molto curato e non manca alcun servizio. Le docce pulite con acqua sempre calda, in qualsiasi momento. Anche l’acqua per lavare i piatti sempre sempre molto calda. Le docce per i bambini… bellissime! Le miei bimbe le hanno adorate! La piazzola era molto spaziosa e comoda a tutti i servizi. La spiaggia carina ed il servizio di navetta, con Nunzio, era davvero molto piacevole. Il parco piscine molto molto bello. L’animazione del Mini club fantastica con Alice e Giorgia che sono entrate nel cuore delle mie bimbe. Gli spettacoli serali abbastanza piacevoli ma pieni di entusiasmo. Alla reception ho sempre trovato impiegate/i all’altezza e molto gentili. Navetta per le spiagge con pranzo… top!!!! Parco giochi stupendo!!! Il wi-fi funzionante… non ho mai trovato un servizio che funzionasse davvero e così bene! Insomma sono più i pro che i contro. Credo solo che se dovessi segnalare un miglioramento sarebbe solo per l’organizzazione dell’animazione e degli spettacoli serali che ho trovato un po’ troppe volte fuori luogo.. Il ferragosto poteva essere gestito meglio perché alla fine alle bimbe è piaciuta come giornata e si portano un bel ricordo del Rosselba!

As a family, we've visited several campsites, but we've never seen anything quite like Rosselba Le Palme. We received a friendly welcome upon arrival. An empty gas bottle was replaced within 10 minutes of reporting it to reception. The pool staff made sure everything was clean, chatted with guests, and a broken grille was replaced immediately. And I could go on and on, listing all the things that contributed to a very pleasant stay at Rosselba Le Palme. The campsite is beautiful, clean, and has a very relaxed atmosphere. Despite a very busy and stressful job in the hospital emergency room, I completely relaxed during this holiday, and so did my wife. My children also had a wonderful time. Wonderful! We plan to book again at Rosselba Le Palme next year! Thank you for everything!

Der Camping ist sehr schön gelegen und die Unterkünfte schön platziert. Reception sehr freundlich wie auch Animateure und Angestellte im Shop. Personal an der Poolbar und Bar beim Eingang zum Teil negativ aufgefallen. Es wäre toll, wenn der Pool für Schwimmer (nur für Schwimmer) früher offen hätte. Der Fitnessraum macht nicht an zum trainieren (Lage bei Toiletten, Keller). Service wie bei leeren Gas war top, schnell und freundlich. Das Doppelbett war durchgelegen und einige Ameisen hatten sich ins Mobilehome verirrt, was aber kaum zu vermeiden ist. Der Strand könnte ab und zu etwas geputzt werden.. Alles in allem jedoch ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir haben uns wohl und erwünscht (vom Animationsteam) gefühlt. Danke für die Nachfrage, wir wünschen weiterhin eine gute Saison. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Die Ferienwohnung mitten im Botanischen Garten ist wirklich ein Traum. Dazu noch die tolle Außen- und Innenarchitektur, die tolle Austattung, die tollen Möbel, etc.! Auch waren wir begeistert, dass die gesamte Anlage täglich gereinigt und in Schuss gehalten wird. Dadurch fühlt man sich ausgesprochen wohl - dankeschön an das ganze Team. Und die Kinder waren sehr von der Animation begeistert - toll dass ihr das anbietet! Die Poolanlage ist natürlich wirklich grandios hinsichtlich Ausstattung, Aussicht, etc. Klasse auch, dass es E-Ladestationen gibt und den Supermarkt gibt! Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub - Dankeschön!

Wir waren sehr überrascht über die tolle Anlage. Unser Mobilheim Sweety war traumhaft. Auf kleinstem Raum war alles vorteilhaft und durchdacht eingearbeitet. Selbst in dem kleinen Bad war alles was man benötigt und sehr viel Stauraum. Alles war super sauber.

Non potevamo scegliere struttura migliore per il nostro (ahimè) breve soggiorno! Abbiamo prenotato tramite sito web, effettuando un comodissimo check-in online. Chalet in collina molto confortevole, in un’area tranquilla e anche molto fresca del villaggio. Personale di reception gentilissimo e molto disponibile, la chicca per noi è stata l’adorabile signora che ci ha accolti alla spa; ci ha da subito permesso di immergerci nell’atmosfera rilassante del centro benessere che è veramente il punto di forza del camping! Prima d’ora non ci era mai capitato di trovare strutture del genere, ci tenevamo a fare davvero i complimenti alla gestione e a tutto il personale per aver reso il nostro soggiorno semplicemente perfetto. Il campeggio dire che è favoloso è poco Pulizia, cordialità di tutto lo staff, non ha paragoni. Pizza del ristorante ottima.Market ben fornito e gentilissimi. Piscina stupenda e ben curata.Per non parlare del giardino botanico che ti lascia senza fiato! Abbiamo trascorso una settimana stupenda. Sicuramente saremmo ancora vostri ospiti. Veronica e Andrea.

The botanical garden is beautifull, the style of the appartment in villa Le Palme is nice and the beds and bathroom are very good. Some details and equipment are missing, that is all. Staff is very helpfull and kind. Our daughter of 3 loved the camping showers and toilets for the kids. And very clean. Just fix some soap dispensers there and it is perfect.

Die Begrüßung von Nadja war herzlich und nett. Das Mobilhome 5 war erstaunlich komfortabel. Hatte ich gar nicht so erwartet. Sogar sehr ruhig. Dusche Super, Bett leider zu hart. Meine Frau findet das allerdings gerade gut 😌
