En avond om 21:00u babyviage pas af sluiten, want in de avond eindelijk kans om te spelen want de zon is weg!

The stay was great, we had a nice holiday and would recommend the camping to close friends. Nice and clean campside, well taken care / maintenance / nature, very friendly and helpfull staff, good cleaning(service). Overall 8 due to the age (older) mobile home (Diamant). Tips for improvement: the unfriendly lifeguard at the pool, the look and feel of the restaurant, the choices and pricing at the supermarket. Making the next step for a 9/10, would be the the overall quality (newer) of the diamant mobile homes (dishwasher and coffee machine like nespresso), look and feel of the restaurant (cosiness), a bit more evening programme.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et tenons à féliciter toute l'équipe du camping. Le cadre est magnifique, avec un superbe jardin botanique, une piscine très agréable, des espaces de jeux bien aménagés et de nombreuses infrastructures de qualité. Les animations proposées aux enfants sont variées et très appréciées. Un immense bravo aux animateurs, toujours disponibles, enthousiastes et talentueux. Les spectacles du soir étaient magnifiques, très diversifiés et d'une grande qualité. Notre fille a adoré danser avec eux et toute la famille a passé de très beaux moments. Nous avons vraiment eu l'impression d'avoir affaire à de véritables artistes. Nous souhaitons également souligner l'excellente organisation du tri des déchets. C'est, de loin, le meilleur système que nous ayons vu dans un camping : sacs de tri mis à disposition, panneaux explicatifs très clairs, poubelles parfaitement identifiées… Un grand bravo pour cet engagement en faveur de l'environnement. Enfin, le magasin du camping est un vrai plus, avec un large choix de produits, y compris des plats préparés très pratiques. Le personnel y est toujours souriant, accueillant, disponible et très serviable. Ce fut un réel plaisir d'y faire nos courses. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ces magnifiques vacances. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre séjour, nous reviendrons très certainement et nous recommanderons votre camping à notre entourage.

Abbiamo trascorso la nostra vacanza per il secondo anno consecutivo ed è stata una conferma straordinaria! abbiamo soggiornato nel Bungalow Diamante, una sistemazione da 5 posti letto perfetta e ben organizzata negli spazi. La casetta è immersa in una fitta vegetazione che dona un relax incredibile e garantisce un'ottima frescura anche nelle giornate estive più calde. Bellissimo anche il giardino botanico all'interno della struttura, una vera oasi che ospita sia un'area SPA rigenerante sia un ottimo ristorante. Il cuore pulsante della vacanza resta lo staff dell'animazione, guidato in modo magistrale dal capo villaggio Giuseppe. Giuseppe ha una capacità straordinaria di intrattenere gli ospiti di tutte le età, grandi e piccini, coordinando e organizzando le varie attività della giornata in modo impeccabile. Il servizio del mini club è stato favoloso: un grazie speciale a Mattia e Carla da parte della nostra bimba Vittoria. Tutte le attività proposte sono state eccellenti, a partire dallo splendido giro in canoa curato da Vladimir. Infine, un ringraziamento di cuore a Nunzio e Gioacchino per la loro costante attenzione ai rapporti interpersonali: sempre pronti a regalare una parola gentile, un sorriso o una battuta. Ci siamo trovati benissimo sia l’anno scorso che quest’anno. Ospitalità e cortesia ottima ma il punto davvero eccellente è l’animazione che è sempre presente con varie proposte e con loro non ci si annoia mai!

Vorrei essere sintetica e cercare di racchiudere tutta la mia soddisfazione in poche parole. Siamo stati davvero molto bene. Il campeggio è davvero molto curato e non manca alcun servizio. Le docce pulite con acqua sempre calda, in qualsiasi momento. Anche l’acqua per lavare i piatti sempre sempre molto calda. Le docce per i bambini… bellissime! Le miei bimbe le hanno adorate! La piazzola era molto spaziosa e comoda a tutti i servizi. La spiaggia carina ed il servizio di navetta, con Nunzio, era davvero molto piacevole. Il parco piscine molto molto bello. L’animazione del Mini club fantastica con Alice e Giorgia che sono entrate nel cuore delle mie bimbe. Gli spettacoli serali abbastanza piacevoli ma pieni di entusiasmo. Alla reception ho sempre trovato impiegate/i all’altezza e molto gentili. Navetta per le spiagge con pranzo… top!!!! Parco giochi stupendo!!! Il wi-fi funzionante… non ho mai trovato un servizio che funzionasse davvero e così bene! Insomma sono più i pro che i contro. Credo solo che se dovessi segnalare un miglioramento sarebbe solo per l’organizzazione dell’animazione e degli spettacoli serali che ho trovato un po’ troppe volte fuori luogo.. Il ferragosto poteva essere gestito meglio perché alla fine alle bimbe è piaciuta come giornata e si portano un bel ricordo del Rosselba!

L'équipe d'animation est formidable avec une mzntion spéciale à Manu, Martina, Nunzio, Dominico et Giordano. L'équipe du bar de l'accueil et de la piscine, du supermarché et de l'accueil générale est très agréable.

Aux dames de l'accueil pour leur disponibilité et leur accompagnement avec le sourire, aux dames du supermarché pour leur gentillesse et leur bon coeur, aux animateurs pour leur énergie et leur bonne humeur, aux personnel de nettoyage et aux jardinier pour l'excellente propreté du camping et pour ces jardins uniques. Complimenti perché state trasformando questo campeggio davvero in una perla dell’Elba, continuate così è il segreto del successo continuare a reinvestire nella propria azienda e a migliorarla senza fermarsi mai! Die Rezeption (Nadja und Cora ) ist super besetzt. Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir sind keine Fans der Animation, aber das Team war super. Manuel ein super Typ als Leader.

As a family, we've visited several campsites, but we've never seen anything quite like Rosselba Le Palme. We received a friendly welcome upon arrival. An empty gas bottle was replaced within 10 minutes of reporting it to reception. The pool staff made sure everything was clean, chatted with guests, and a broken grille was replaced immediately. And I could go on and on, listing all the things that contributed to a very pleasant stay at Rosselba Le Palme. The campsite is beautiful, clean, and has a very relaxed atmosphere. Despite a very busy and stressful job in the hospital emergency room, I completely relaxed during this holiday, and so did my wife. My children also had a wonderful time. Wonderful! We plan to book again at Rosselba Le Palme next year! Thank you for everything!
