Compliments to the Management I would like to compliment the management and the entire team for our stay. We were here with the whole Finance Group, and overall I had a very good experience. I would rate my stay a **9 out of 10**. The service was excellent. The two people taking care of breakfast were both very friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated that the gentleman already remembered on the second day what I had been drinking the day before. Those small personal details really make you feel welcome. The breakfast itself was excellent, with nothing to complain about. The freshly made coffee and especially the cappuccino were a **10 out of 10** for me — much better than coffee from a machine. The reception staff were also very friendly, helpful and open for a chat. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough, and the hygiene was excellent. One small point for improvement is the shower. The cabin was quite small and the shower head could not be adjusted properly, so I had to hold it in my hand while showering. I would rate the **price-quality ratio an 8**, mainly because I find €18 for breakfast quite expensive personally, as I eat very little. The quality of the breakfast itself, however, was excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great service and genuinely friendly staff. Thank you to the whole team!

We stayed as a family of 7, over 4 rooms. The reception stay morning and evening were so polite friendly and helpful, arranging taxis for us. The waiting staff at breakfast were efficient, polite and happy, remembering our coffee preferences and room numbers. The cleaners were very efficient and did a great job. We all found your hotel, staff and facilities to be excellent and we would highly recommend you.

All staff were excellent. Reception/bar staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast staff were always there to offer coffees and couldn’t do enough for us. The housekeeper was great, even when we didn’t need our room cleaning we were offered fresh towels and water. When 3 members of our group got stranded in Limone the reception team managed to organise a taxi to get us back to the hotel!!! Also great sweet selection in reception.
