We visited the Corona de Oro Hotel last June and enjoyed very much the fantastic hospitality of this beautiful place. It is centrally located and the suite we had was very comfortable with every possible facility. What it is more important is the hotel staff that was so helpful, courteous and professional, especially when dealing with LOT Polish airlines, that missed 4 pieces of luggage on our trip from Krakow to Bologna. A bonus was its restaurant with an excellent cuisine and a wonderful and friendly staff. Out of 4 European hotels that we visited in one month, the Corona de Oro was by far the crown of our trip. This was my second stay at Hotel Corona D'Oro. I always have a very comfortable sleep; the bed is very comfortable, the room is dark because of the wonderful blockout curtains and the room is very quiet, just how I like to have a restful sleep. The bathroom is very elegant and clean, the shower is wonderful and has great water pressure. I did not use the restaurant services this time so cannot comment on that. I will consider the Corona D'oro again in the future.

The restaurant had a party one of the nights we stayed at the hotel. The music carried on until 12:30 am. This was not something that we were told about before we booked. I don’t know why that makes it ok for the hotel to not warn guests in advance of the noise that will keel up the guests up late in the night.
