Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig und das Zimmer war das schönste, das wir je hatten. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten viele Fragen, doch alle wurden stets geduldig und kompetent beantwortet. Ein besonderer Dank gilt der Rezeptionsdame, die uns am Abreisetag (Montag, 20.04., morgens) so ruhig und professionell unterstützt hat, als unser bestellter Fahrservice ziemlich verspätet war. Obwohl ich bereits sichtlich nervös, ungeduldig und vielleicht auch nicht mehr ganz so freundlich war, blieb sie vollkommen gelassen und versuchte, uns zu beruhigen. Als wir dann die Mitteilung unserer Fluggesellschaft erhielten, dass der Flug um zwei Stunden verschoben wurde, fiel die Anspannung sofort ab und wir konnten uns entspannt und freundlich verabschieden.

Wir haben uns von Herzen willkommen gefühlt in ihrem neuen Hotel und das lag neben der schönen und sauberen Struktur ganz besonders an ihrem zauberhaften Personal, denn jeder, wirklich jeder war zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, freundlich egal zu welcher Zeit und bei welcher Frage, es gab immer ein Lächeln, ein offenes Ohr, ein paar nette Worte und guten Service. Da wir im adults only gebucht hatten, war es herrlich ruhig und extrem sauber, insbesondere die Gartenanlage war total gut gepflegt und angelegt, auch der Innenbereich des Hotels ist blitzsauber. Wir waren über eine Woche bei ihnen und fühlten uns wirklich umsorgt und als Gast respektiert. Das Reinigungsteam für die Zimmer ist extrem gründlich und die Reinigungszeiten sind perfekt geplant.

Un sentito ringraziamento a tutto lo staff del Nautilus, che ci ha accolti per la nostra prima notte di nozze con una graditissima sorpresa in camera e un biglietto personalizzato davvero dolcissimo. Un grazie anche allo staff del ristorante Lithus e della sala colazioni, sempre pronti con un sorriso e attenti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta alla perfezione. The hotel was lovely and the staff excellent. I accept it was October but the pool was cold. The sea was warmer which made up for it. Having the cycles was great to enable us to get around and visit the Flamengoes.

We had a wonderful stay in Cagliari! The accommodation was elegant and comfortable, and the panoramic breakfast view was simply amazing. Amazing Hotel staff so friendly and welcoming. Hotel is excellent. All staff spoke very good English as we speak very little Italian although we do try. We would like to thank Sylvia who saw to all our needs throughout the day and looked after us very well. All the staff on reception are excellent and very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and we will definitely be returning.

Hotel is beautiful and in great location next to beach. Welcoming and very helpful reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they all speak very good English as my Italian is not so good although I try. Sylvia was amazing and looked after us everyday during our stay.
