Wir haben uns von Herzen willkommen gefühlt in ihrem neuen Hotel und das lag neben der schönen und sauberen Struktur ganz besonders an ihrem zauberhaften Personal, denn jeder, wirklich jeder war zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, freundlich egal zu welcher Zeit und bei welcher Frage, es gab immer ein Lächeln, ein offenes Ohr, ein paar nette Worte und guten Service. Da wir im adults only gebucht hatten, war es herrlich ruhig und extrem sauber, insbesondere die Gartenanlage war total gut gepflegt und angelegt, auch der Innenbereich des Hotels ist blitzsauber. Wir waren über eine Woche bei ihnen und fühlten uns wirklich umsorgt und als Gast respektiert. Das Reinigungsteam für die Zimmer ist extrem gründlich und die Reinigungszeiten sind perfekt geplant.

Hotel is beautiful and in great location next to beach. Welcoming and very helpful reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they all speak very good English as my Italian is not so good although I try. Sylvia was amazing and looked after us everyday during our stay. All staff deserve a fat 9 for their service, friendliness and caretaking. We ended up being in 3 different rooms and all was organized very easy. The atmosphere in and around the hotel was very positive and friendly. At every moment of the day there was staff at the reception/bar and no matter the hour there was always a smile.
