Am avut un sejur foarte plăcut la c-hotel Concorde Milano. Micul dejun a fost excelent, camera curată și confortabilă, iar personalul foarte amabil. La recepție, Andrea ne-a ajutat enorm – deși înțelegem puțin limba italiană, ne-a explicat totul pe înțelesul nostru și ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți. Recomandăm cu încredere!

Bonjour, à vous la direction, les cinq jours que je suis resté dans vôtre hotel ,je suis resté assez satisfait, surtout pour la chambre et la literie bien confortable. Le parking c'est très bien, quand on prend un véhicule de location, c'est parfait. Le métro c'est juste à côté, ça c'est un atout, pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller au centre 15 minutes et vous êtes sans avoir à chercher un place de parking.. Franchement si vous voulez vous rendre à Milan et profiter des visites c'est un bon plan. Voilà encore un merci d'avoir découvert ce hotel accessible à tout le monde.. Bien à vous..😊

It was an amazing journey starting from check-in till my check-out. Everything was perfect, great value for money & to not be misunderstood I don’t mean I got a service equivalent to what I pay but I mean I got an elite service with good price. In addition the Hotel location was perfect. Cooperative and friendly staff, nice room, facilities such as elevators, lobby, room, WiFi,… just great.

Dear all, Our stay was nice but unfortunately during our time there was constructions on the front. I hope in little time it would be perfect. Clyzia Stefania and Andrea were polite and helpful and gave us so many friendly advices. Parking is difficult and i thing that should be included in the price or stated clearly on the booking. Minor things that could not spoil our nice time in Milan and your excellent warm hotel. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Of course! Here’s a polished English version of your feedback: ⸻ Feedback for our stay at the hotel – Room 908 and 612 We stayed in room 908. The room was generally fine, but unfortunately, there was some mold in the shower and on the style icon. The bottom of the shower doors was also quite dirty. While we could live with that, the main issue was the air conditioning. Yes, it’s true that it was almost 40 degrees outside, but the air conditioning in the room couldn’t cool the temperature below 25°C, even though we set it to 18°C. We reported the issue to the reception — unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the receptionist, only that he was from Egypt. He was extremely helpful and service-minded. He arranged for someone to come and check the air conditioning, but it couldn’t be fixed. Later, the general manager came to speak with us. He completely understood our situation and arranged for us to move to room 612. This change made our visit to Milan perfect, and if we return, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. All of the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Thank you for your hospitality! ⸻ Let me know if you’d like this adjusted to be more formal, casual, or if you’d like to include names if you remember them later.
