Alle sind sehr nett, aber drei davon ganz besonders: Barbara ist ein ganz wunderbarer Mensch. Beim Serviceleiter im Fine Dining fühlt man sich dehr gut betreut und der „Frühstücksengel“ mit den dunklen Locken ist jeden Morgen wieder eine Freude. Auch die Reinigungsdamen machen einen tollen Job. Wir freuen uns schon aufs Wiederkommen 😍

Hotel staff was kind and professional, always ready to help, and to answer our questions. Room was nice and clean, equiped with everything for our stay, even with the welcome present which we liked. Spa facilities are very nice and functional as well as the personnel within the spa facility which was very flexible for the spa reservations. Also, we had 3 course dinner in brasserie, which we enyojed as the food was creative and delicious, while service in brasserie was professional, outgoing and precise. Good value for money.

I visited the SPA thanks to a voucher I received after my last stay. The environment and the atmosphere were both beautiful, but what truly made the experience special was meeting Manuela. She is incredibly nice, helpful, and exceptionally kind. Thanks to her professionalism and warm attitude, I am seriously considering returning to the SPA during one of my next stays at Le Fucine.

La Spa ben gestita anche come numero di persone presenti in base allo spazio e lo scopo di vivere un pomeriggio di relax è stato soddisfatto a pieno, per quanto riguarda il massaggio ho trovato una signora molto preparata nel suo lavoro. La cena al Bistrot di ottima qualità e anche qui personale molto cordiale forse l'unica cosa a livello personale è che farei aspettare più tempo da una portata all'altra. Veramente una bella scoperta l'Hotel Le Fucine, spero di tornarci il prima possibile e lo consiglierò sicuramente.
