Thank you so much for turning our experience around after a not-great first night dinner at the restaurant. You all took great care of us after and owned up to the fault of the first night dinner. The staff was all amazing - Guytano, Antonio, Lorenzo in the restaurant, the concierge and director, the night shift reception, and shuttle driver were all amazing. The housekeeper was pristine and perfect too. Thank you all for a beautiful stay and for making an effort to get to know us.

We enjoy staying at Rosapetra when we are in Cortina. The staff are friendly and professional. The location is super convenient. The food and service are exceptional.

As I shared as we were checking out, our stay was wonderful. We booked two rooms (including the family suite) for four nights and had an incredible time. But as magical as the facility is, what really made the experience special for us was the staff. They are a wonderful team who made my family (my daughter and son and their spouses) feel like family. I frequent many high end spas in various places (e.g. Mii Amo in Sedona) the Hatma Harmony was a therapy unlike any other I have experienced. Your description of 3D massage was so very accurate. This is truly an amazing experience all spa goers need to try. Bravo for the healing innovation.
