My wife and I had lunch with you on Sept 17. The food was absolutely delicious and the service outstanding. The waiter was able to serve two different half pastas to my wife - as she could not decide which one to order. The wine recommendation was also perfect. Later, when I asked the concierge where we should park our car in Cortina (to visit) the old town, he was kind enough to offer the hotel shuttle to take us to and from the old town. 6 Stars Service ! Francesco was extremely helpful and welcoming. Whenever we crossed paths he greeted me by name, and assisted me with ordering a gluten free room service dinner from the restaurant by introducing me to the restaurant manager. I really appreciated his assistance throughout the stay. All of the staff were extremely kind a professional, but I wanted to call out Francesco specifically for all of his assistance!

But as magical as the facility is, what really made the experience special for us was the staff. They are a wonderful team who made my family (my daughter and son and their spouses) feel like family.
