This is some of the best service we’ve experienced in a hotel and we were really impressed. Everyone from housekeeping (a really good service compared to other hotels), reception team, restaurant staff, the concierge team. Everyone is really attentive, friendly and professional. A huge thank you to Canio who helped us immensely with our plans, hard to get reservations and a medical situation with my pregnancy. He’s a first class, old school concierge! The food in the restaurant was excellent too - the couple of dinners we had in the restaurant were in our top for food we had here.

Every aspect of the facility is well run - reception and checkin, spa, dining, bar, and concierge - and the facility is immaculate and well maintained. Every employee went out of their way to provide assistance even when not asked. Rosapetra has a great company culture that is embodied by each team member. Cercavamo un hotel dog friendly di lusso dove poter rilassarci ma anche stare bene con il nostro cucciolo. Ed abbiamo trovato le condizioni oltre le aspettative. Camera con giardino dalla quale poterci muovere liberamente, possibilità di portare Dante in sala per la cena con camerieri disponibilissimi e molto gentili. My wife and I had lunch with you on Sept 17. The food was absolutely delicious and the service outstanding. The waiter was able to serve two different half pastas to my wife - as she could not decide which one to order. The wine recommendation was also perfect. Later, when I asked the concierge where we should park our car in Cortina (to visit) the old town, he was kind enough to offer the hotel shuttle to take us to and from the old town. 6 Stars Service !
