Our stay at Rosapetra was excellent. We stay at numerous higher end hotels and resorts throughout the year around the world, and this was a great experience. Every aspect of the facility is well run - reception and checkin, spa, dining, bar, and concierge - and the facility is immaculate and well maintained. Every employee went out of their way to provide assistance even when not asked. Rosapetra has a great company culture that is embodied by each team member. Cercavamo un hotel dog friendly di lusso dove poter rilassarci ma anche stare bene con il nostro cucciolo. Ed abbiamo trovato le condizioni oltre le aspettative. Camera con giardino dalla quale poterci muovere liberamente, possibilità di portare Dante in sala per la cena con camerieri disponibilissimi e molto gentili. The staff was all amazing - Guytano, Antonio, Lorenzo in the restaurant, the concierge and director, the night shift reception, and shuttle driver were all amazing. As I shared as we were checking out, our stay was wonderful. We booked two rooms (including the family suite) for four nights and had an incredible time. But as magical as the facility is, what really made the experience special for us was the staff. They are a wonderful team who made my family (my daughter and son and their spouses) feel like family. I frequent many high end spas in various places (e.g. Mii Amo in Sedona) the Hatma Harmony was a therapy unlike any other I have experienced. Your description of 3D massage was so very accurate. This is truly an amazing experience all spa goers need to try. Bravo for the healing innovation.
