Tutto lo staff gentilissimo, struttura eccezionale ma soprattutto vorremmo ringraziare per l accoglienza riservata al nostro Dante. Cercavamo un hotel dog friendly di lusso dove poter rilassarci ma anche stare bene con il nostro cucciolo. Ed abbiamo trovato le condizioni oltre le aspettative. Camera con giardino dalla quale poterci muovere liberamente, possibilità di portare Dante in sala per la cena con camerieri disponibilissimi e molto gentili. Tutto ha contribuito ad una vacanza eccezionale e torneremo sicuramente in estate perché è stato veramente un piacere trascorrere del tempo al Rosapetra!!

Giovanni the Concierge was extremely helpful to us during our entire stay! He was especially helpful when our rental car broke down and needed to be towed. He was able to get us in touch with our rental car company and to get us a driver to take us back to the hotel. We are extremely grateful!

My wife and I had lunch with you on Sept 17. The food was absolutely delicious and the service outstanding. The waiter was able to serve two different half pastas to my wife - as she could not decide which one to order. The wine recommendation was also perfect. Later, when I asked the concierge where we should park our car in Cortina (to visit) the old town, he was kind enough to offer the hotel shuttle to take us to and from the old town. 6 Stars Service !
