I found all the staff to be exceptional. I had many pleasant exchanges with Tuta prior to my stay and everything was arranged perfectly. The reception team was lovely and helpful with suggestions for dining and arranging car transport to the airport. My daughter and I had many fantastic breakfasts in the hotel. I would love to stay again when I return to Milan. I would recommend the hotel with no hesitation.

Fantastic service from initial moment we walked in. The Concierge was very helpful with our luggage and the front desk was quite welcoming. The rooms were very well decorated and quite cozy and clean. Room service was spectacular during each night of our stay. We loved every day we stayed!

The entire staff, from the front desk reception and concierge services, the hostesses of the evening restaurant, the maitre'd and their support service, the bellmen, everyone, made me feel welcome, and very much a special guest in the hotel.
