I have already mentioned Antonio and his staff but will once again as their service was truly exceptional. That being said -- I also cannot speak highly enough about all the staff at the front of the hotel, who always not only greeted us warmly but were always looking to be helpful and lend a hand without being asked. In short, your hotel has provided me (a relatively seasoned traveler) with the best service experience of my life. For this we can only say thank you.

The émérite staff from the bell and door men, concierge, house keepers, waiters, and restaurants managers made us feel welcomed and taken cared of. We have never experienced such a unified hospitality team. Thank you to each and every one of them for making our trip memorable and comfortable!

There is a common way to take care of people while on holiday, then there’s the way the Nemi takes care of people. Significant attention to the smallest detail is what stood out to my family and I. The appreciation for our business and a general care for our comfort was consistent during our stay. We only regret not spending more time with the fantastic Nemi team!

I was lucky enough to stay here for the DUCO Italy conference and absolutely loved my stay. Thank you for putting me in a beautiful suite! It was a very busy week with late nights of work after all of the DUCO festivities and I was so lucky to have so much space in my room, because I spent a lot of time in it. I slept wonderfully in my comfortable bed, it was super quiet and tranquil, and the balcony was lovely for morning coffee with the sun shining. All of the staff were exceptional and I really felt like a celebrity every time I walked in and was greeted by the doormen. They were all wonderful, but Seke and Jeremy were particularly helpful. I think this is a fantastic new property, and as someone who lives in a big city, I loved feeling like I was in an actual Milan neighborhood and not in the tourist city center. Thank you!

I found all the staff to be exceptional. I had many pleasant exchanges with Tuta prior to my stay and everything was arranged perfectly. The reception team was lovely and helpful with suggestions for dining and arranging car transport to the airport. My daughter and I had many fantastic breakfasts in the hotel. I would love to stay again when I return to Milan. I would recommend the hotel with no hesitation.
