It was a brief one day and one night stay made so much easier and memorable by the friendliness and helpfulness of Andrea, who helped ease our arrival by sorting out our parking, helped with our luggage and also ensured we had a lovely table for dinner. Thank you for his service which was excellent and our stay at the hotel was great.

All of the personnel were outstanding. Andrea called me before our train arrived to make sure we had a van waiting, and he made restaurant recommendations and reservations for us too! Igor makes the best Hugo Spritz ever, and was a great waiter! Claude was also wonderful to meet, we really enjoyed his recommendations and conversation. It was a wonderful stay!

The reception staff were very good during our entire stay, especially the man who welcomed us. Our breakfast was exceptional and was brought to our room every morning which we can’t thank you for enough! They even noted what food we did not eat and replaced it the next morning with something different. Thank you again!
