All of the personnel were outstanding. Andrea called me before our train arrived to make sure we had a van waiting, and he made restaurant recommendations and reservations for us too! Igor makes the best Hugo Spritz ever, and was a great waiter! Claude was also wonderful to meet, we really enjoyed his recommendations and conversation. It was a wonderful stay!

Your staff made our stay with you quite exceptional, definitely going well beyond merely doing their job. Right from our arrival we had someone running down the road to greet us and help with our bags. This and many other considerations mad our stay exceptional and a wonderful memory.

The reception staff were very good during our entire stay, especially the man who welcomed us. Our breakfast was exceptional and was brought to our room every morning which we can’t thank you for enough! They even noted what food we did not eat and replaced it the next morning with something different. Thank you again!
