Our stay at your hotel was very pleasant. Even though there were some renovation works, we didn’t feel them at all because of the great care and attention given to ensure we enjoyed our vacation. We were also very impressed with the breakfast, especially by a lady named Bety, who took care of us every morning with great kindness and dedication. Congratulations to the entire staff! Wir sind in den Genuss gekommen, eine frisch renovierte Junior-Suite bewohnen zu dürfen. Diese war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das sehr großzügige Bett und die sehr bequeme Matratze haben sehr für guten schlaf gesorgt. Die Ruhe die Nachts über Venedig liegt, war ganz besonders. Dies darf durchaus als Qualitäts-Plus gewertet werden. Das Personal, ob Empfang, Service in der Küche, oder das Reinigungspersonal, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch gut Informiert. Wonderful stay, we were shocked at how beautiful the villas were for the price we paid. Excellent location on the doorstep to some lovely bars and restaurants. Brilliant base for getting around and also only 5 minute walk from the airport water taxi.
