Thanks for having us. From the check in to check out, everything was well organized. Beautiful and spacious room in a nice location. The only issue is that the WiFi is very slow and sometimes does not work while the 5G reception is not very strong.

Un soggiorno così bello non ce lo aspettavamo. La realtà è stata meglio dell'immaginazione. Tutto perfetto e il personale è stato eccezionale. Anche il check in un'ora prima è stato molto apprezzato, la colazione Stratosferica e le 2 suites comunicanti un sogno perché siamo state tutte insieme per divertirci e comunicare. Grazie davvero. È stato indimenticabile.

Das Personal, besonders an der Rezeption, ist sehr freundlich und wirklich bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir mussten aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten die erste Nacht in der Suite übernachten, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Aber unser gebuchtes Zimmer ist auch sehr schön.

Was a beautiful accommodation and staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Only complaint is the noise in the room at night. There was a loud machine noise reverberating all night which stopped us sleeping as well as loud footsteps of children running around and furniture being dragged which started in the very early hours of the morning at approximately 5am and it was impossible to sleep. It is a shame as the accommodation was beautiful but we were on holiday to relax and rest as we both work very hard back home and our holiday was a time to rest and rejuvenate. Unfortunately, we hardly slept all holiday which left us very run down.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault the property. It was large, spacious and incredibly quiet — the perfect place to relax. The attention to detail really stood out, with so many thoughtful little touches that made it feel welcoming and special. The bed was huge and unbelievably comfortable, and the whole place was absolutely spotless. The kitchen area was well-equipped and made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were exceptional — so attentive both in the lead-up to our stay and throughout, always helpful and responsive without being intrusive. The location is superb, making it easy to explore while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it.
