Happy Hour im Kristal Palace ist absolut top! Preis/Leistung absolut human. Nicht zu vergessen die Beigabe von Chips und kleinen Snacks. Lieben wir …! Der Wasserspender und das kostenlose Obst ist absolut einzigartig, bitte so beibehalten! Der kostenlose gekühlte Prosecco im Zimmer ist ausgezeichnet und ist was ganz besonderes!

Wir waren bereits Gäste im Kristall und jetzt das zweite Mal im Aris. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Jack ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Das umfangreiche ,kostenlose Obstangebot und der Wasserspender sind ein besonderes Service, was wir sehr schätzen. Lynne at the front desk was excellent at the Aris Apartment as was the other young man (sorry I cannot remember his name). Always helpful and welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and the cleaning staff do an amazing job

The staff at Aris, though limited were excellent. Staff at Kristal could have been more helpful when we were changing, ready to leave at around 17.00 on a very hot day.
